We know what we like, and we order it often. Last night though, webrought our Gargantuan home and I knew immediately something was wrong. The weight of the bag alone told me. We split one generally, so I'm familiar with the size. The bread was smaller than normal, there were 2 thinly sliced tomatoes on the entire sandwich only ascant amount of lettuce mix and they left off the cheese completely. We ended up deconstructing them, added our toppings, lettuce, cheese and fresh tomatoes and I threw on some bacon. We had a awful experience at this location! The girl at the register is rude in fact they were all rude! Not welcoming at all. She acts like she can't hear you so you have to repeat yourself over and over! Very unprofessional, and she is wearing a shower cap which I think is kinda strange! My husband went at 7pm tonight to pick up 2 foot long sandwiches. We have eaten here for several years and I have never been able to finish eating my sandwich in one sitting. I always have a half of the sandwich to eat the following day. My sandwich was extremely thin and missing tomatoes. I was able to eat the whole sandwich and I'm still hungry. My husband paid nearly $20 for 2 sandwiches. No chips or sodas. Shrinkflation is alive and well at Jimmy John's. We will not be back. read more

Every time I heard someone say something good about Jimmy John's, I always thought, "meh, I've had better." The reason is because many years ago, I was told that the best thing about Jimmy John's were their unwiches. Being the easily influenced child that I was, I ordered the unwich and was rapidly disappointed. Three years later, I finally went back. Instead of an unwich, I ordered a Hunter's Club with onions and mustard. If only time machines existed; I would slap my younger self for wasting time with the unwich. They don't skimp on the ingredients. When they advertise a 1/4 pound of meat, they're not joking. Follow that up with plenty of lettuce, onions, Jimmy mustard, tomatoes, provolone cheese, and a generous amount of real Hellmann's Mayonnaise and you've got yourself one heck of a sandwich. You can have the sandwich on either French bread or 9-grain wheat (getting 9-grain wheat on #1-6 will cost extra, but on #7-17 it's free). I prefer the wheat to the French bread, but you can do what you want. I'm not your mom. I was also pleasantly surprised with the price that I paid for it. $5.95 is quite the steal considering how much food you get. Well done, Jimmy John's! As a group of four we ordered online: Ultimate Porker, Unwich The Vito with peppercinis The Beach Club(2) Veggie on italian We were quoted 15 minutes, the manager promptly called us to say they were short a driver and it may take up to 40 minutes. He was cordial and offered to make it up to us. We added a pickle and called it good. I had worked in the restaurant industry for ten years previously so the Jimmy John's concept is hard for me to figure a tip. I do a flat $5 on pizza and Chinese. However "Freaky Fast" sandwiches that are guaranteed to be slow leaves a learning curve. I tipped $5 and called it fair for keeping us involved in our order and an apology. However I asked for mustard & mayonnaise packets to be included with delivery for the unwich but it wasn't included, nor napkins. While Which Wich is nearby with their custom assembly system, I still have pangs for New England style sandwiches more so than plain submarines. read more

I've been to this location on two separate occasions. Both times employees are rude, ordered my food and asked for a bag as I was not dining in. She then just points and tells me at the end. So I had to reach over the counter to get my own bag and bag my food to take it to go. Super fast and the food is delicious! Went through the drive through and I was the only car in line. Drove up to the window and at the same time I handed them my payment, my food was handed to me. That blew me away. The "fast food" place next door takes 2x as long and most of their stuff is prepared ahead of time. As for friendliness, the staff was friendly enough. My thought is, if they are busy working on my order, they don't have time to be overly social. The ingredients on the sandwich are fresh! I work at Enterprise around the corner from this location and was told I was out of range for delivery then I see a delivery driver comes to the business right next to me. I have used Jimmy Johns on several occasions for caterings at my work. They are quick, super friendly and the sandwiches arrive just like I ordered them for piled high with fresh toppings. There have been times where I am putting together a last minute meeting and in a panic, have requested box lunches or sandwich platters from Jimmy Johns and they have had them ready in a flash. Today I had two events I needed to cater. A lunch event and a dinner event. Jimmy's was my go-to and everything was perfect. I ordered the sandwich platter for 30 with chips. It arrived within 30 minutes of my order. The bread was soft, the meat was thick and the veggies were crisp. Ditto with the sandwich tray for my dinner shift. Perfect. There is something to say about a place that consistently makes it simple. Knowing that I can depend on the food to be right and fresh and delicious every single time takes the worry out of some of my planning. I'm very busy and coordinating a hundred different things at once is incredibly overwhelming. Jimmy John's does the trick, every time, right on time. read more

We were going to this Jimmie johns at least once a week. The customer service was fine except they would constantly give us the wrong chips in the drive thru. We went the other day through the drive thru and after I had paid I realized they added an extra sandwich on my order. I parked and went inside to return the sandwich and get a refund thinking it would be a simple thing. It was NOT simple. I explained what happened and that I didn't order this sandwich and could I please get my money back. He said he needed me to get the change he gave me back in order to give me a refund? I told him I was not going to walk back out to the car for 86 cents. He said he was not allowed to give me a refund that it would throw his drawer off at the end of the night. I said that was unacceptable and I was charged for a sandwich I didn't order. He said well we have already made the sandwich. I was completely frustrated at this point he tried to hand me a $5 bill which was less than I paid for the sandwich? I wouldn't take it because it wasn't what I was out of pocket. This went on for awhile and short of making a complete scene I had nowhere to go. I left the sandwich and began to walk out, he said we will give you a free sandwich and chips on your next visit, but didn't give me anything to show them or gift certificate. I left very frustrated. Today I went through the drive thru again and asked to speak to the manager. I explained the situation she apologized but did nothing to offer me a refund. She then said if I ever needed anything to just let her know? I need my stinking $7 back! Needless to say we will not be going back to this Jimmie Johns which is very disappointing because we love their food, but the customer service stinks. read more

I eat often at Jimmy Jones thru out the country. I am here in OKC on training. I called from My FL phone for delivery, they found an excuse not to deliver. They assumed I was not from the area? I provided them with the address where I was which is 0.8 miles and still told me I was too far. I went on two occasions and found them not friendly, selective who they greet. Surely does not reflect the experience at other Jimmy Jones. I will not go back. read more
