Their menu is very customizable; any item can be made vegetarian simply by choosing tofu as the protein option. I placed a delivery order via DoorDash, which arrived quickly. The BBQ Ranch Salad and Caesar Wrap were each $8.50, so I expected the portions to small and/or low quality. They were neither. The salad was a true entree size with a great variety of toppings, and the wrap was packed with flavor and firm meaty tofu. Delicious, fresh, and satisfying. This meal would cost at least double the price where I live in California. If I lived locally, I would eat here often. read more

Ok this place is literally a DREAM. It is a to-go place, not a dine in restaurant but I love this for the convenience and it's right next to VASA, literally could not be more perfect. I don't go to VASA, but this is five minutes away from my home. There are soooo many options to choose from, and you're not a salad person, they have an option to make it into a wrap for about $6-7 after tax! They also serve breakfast burritos for under $3! The portion size is also HUGE, fresh, and so filling! My favorite is the autumn salad-- sweet potatoes, cranberries, Brussels sprouts, and the chicken = perfect combo!! Despite the rise in food prices lately, the salads here are still insanely affordable with generous portions since I had a tub of leafy greens. My Caesar salad was fresh and quite delicious. I was not fond of the chicken, but for around $6, I won't be picky. However, the cold brew I got was terrible. It was diluted even with half and half added in. I love the cucumber mint lemonade and the blueberry basil. For a limited-time this location has offered drinks with a salad or wrap to complete your lunch needs. It gets very busy at lunch, but the staff works very well to get you in and out. If you don't have time to wait. Just call in and pick up at the window. The chicken Cobb is my favorite. I've had for one week a Cobb with tofu and it's a great vegan substitute if you minus the bacon or sub it out for another veggie. You can also change your salad dressing from the blue cheese if your fully vegan. If vegetarian you can sub out the bacon and keep the blue cheese crumbles and dressing. I tried the steak wrap and salad and it's okay. The steak Is not always lean as I would have liked. But the southwest flavor was there! The chicken pot pie soup is great. Having crackers would help. I have gotten salads from all three metro locations and happily satisfied with each one. Every salad I've tried has been pretty good - and they're only $6.24!!! The teas and lemonades are really good also. My one knock would be on their salad dressings. Cheerful and fast. We've gotten the cucumber mint lemonade before, and liked it (it tastes a bit like dill pickle lemonade, so refreshing in the summer heat). We finally got salads. I got the chicken cobb and it was large and filling with many toppings on it. Next time, I'll ask that the bleu cheese be left off as I didn't realize it had bleu cheese on it. It was still very good. My companion got the Antipasto salad and liked it. She said it was greasy and wonderful - the grease, of course, came from the fatty salami and the oily olives. It was filling and crunchy and had lots of toppings, and filled her antipasto craving. It's out of my way in a part of town I rarely get to, but it's super close to my companion's home and workplace, so she'll go by more often. The service was amazingly fast. Drove 20 minutes from work to get there & 20 minutes home. Got two salads. The tomatoes were bad. They were soft and tasted bad on a Cobb salad. The lettuce taste, stale, and old. Ordered chicken and tofu combo and had to pay extra for the tofu. Instead got steak and chicken. Every bite of the steak left me with the gristle & fat that I had the spit out into my napkin. The other salad was a Greek salad. Tomatoes were bad cucumbers were soft and fermented and bad lettuce was stale and did not taste right. You had one chance to have a customer for life our very first visit to try it out and y'all failed us. Perhaps I should've went to a store that had fresh ingredients that looks like the picture. I want to give more stars but finding out this place is relatively new, and to read the previous reviews to experience the same thing I'd disappointing. I ordered my salad and picked it up later. Because it had been highlighted that other's experiences entailed salads missing items, when I got my salad ( Greek salad) I looked carefully at the salad and noticed it had no tomatoes. When I brought it up to the woman at the window she responded that my salad didn't come with tomatoes. Um....I was positive it came with tomatoes and I began to pull up the app to show her the menu when she corrected herself that it did come with tomatoes. When I got home I had one Kalamata olive, which is one of the reasons I love a good GREEK salad so much. As one who has been in the foodservice industry, it's highly important that the employees know their menu, otherwise you're going to get whatever they give you, such has been the ongoing case apparently by the reviews. At least the reviews helped me to be prepared for what I experienced. I'm also a patient person that gives people chances so I'll probably end up going back at some point, but I think it's important that this be paid attention to if this business wants to be successful. read more

The salads are HUGE, with fresh and high-quality (at least seemingly so!) ingredients! The dressings are prepackaged but they are actually really tasty and don't have that bottled dressing flavor. It's also incredibly affordable - less than $14 for two salads, which in includes protein (the only "up charges" are for extra ingredients). Service was very quick, but the food was not great. The ranch was so thin and watery it just slid off the salad and pooled at the bottom. Wouldn't stick to anything in the bowl. Also, I couldn't pin-point the ingredient, but something in the salad was definitely sour. read more
