Very disappointing. They gave my toddler sister a spicy sandwich instead of a regular one. When my other little sister went up to trade her kids toy for an ice cream, all of the workers looked at her, ignored her, and just kept talking to each other. We came to see a late movie because we missed the earlier showing. It was 8:30, and we knew the mall closed at 9pm even though our movie was later. We almost always go eat at the Gyro place, but they looked like they were closing shop up and didn't have much left. We went around looking to see what was left. I used to wait tables and hated when people would come in last minute. We ended up here. Stephen (think he was the MOD) was AWESOME. Everyone always lives up to the Chil Fil A name with how nice they are. He let us know we still had time to order, but we don't like to be those people. This CFA gets so backed up busy at lunch however, they still manage to conveniently get people moving ASAP! Employees are friendly (i favor the 63rd and May location) and my order has always been accurate. If you need to go grocery shopping or hit up target it's super easy as it's right in front of the quail target lot. Giving this CFA 4 stars due to the nasty kids play area. It looks like it has been through the ringer and back compared to other locations. Not to mention the awful smell you get before you even walk in if the door is open. Granted, i know it's a play area at CFA it won't smell like roses but still it's bad. Overall it's usually a clean nice good CFA location. Good accurate and fries are always crisp! read more

I go to this chik fil a pretty often because it's closer to me than the others, but on a scale of 1 to fastest and least amount of screwed up orders, it's probably a low 7. I'd like to say it's a 10 but I've had my order wrong many times and they're not as efficient as the one on 33rd and Broadway. That being said, they still get 4 stars for being great despite the minor issues. If you have time, this is the one to go to. If you're in a hurry, the one on 33rd is faster. read more

Hopefully this is for the right Chik-Fil-A that's in Quail Springs Mall. Really not a whole lot to say about fast food chains, but I figure that since it is one of my favorite places (if not for nostalgia), I'd give some deference to that fact and rate this place. Location: 4 out of 5 Located in Quail Springs Mall and close to where I was staying in Edmond on Memorial. Can't really complain. The food court is on the very bottom level and there are some neat dining tables in the shape of antique cars. Service: 4 out of 5 Overall, I find that because of Chik Fil A's business model tying in so much with the philosophy that all people should be treated well (notice I'm not getting into the religious aspect here), even if the people who work at Chik Fil A aren't as fast as putting out the food, they seem to have a better countenance and demeanor. I found this location to be no different, and I applaud them for that. Quality of food: 4 out of 5 What's there to complain about? Tender lightly breaded chicken. Waffle fries. Need I say more? Pricing: 3 out of 5 Probably a little pricier than other fast food places, but for the quality I think it's well worth it. And, you get free refills at this location. Didn't look like too many of the other food court places offered this deal. Overall: 4 out of 5 Completely satisfied. For fast food, Chik Fil A has always been top of the line for me. Staff is always polite and helpful, food is excellent, and I've never once had to complain about anything smaller than a missing nugget in a 12 pack. I wish they were open Sundays, but the quality of the fast food makes up for the lack of this. read more

I give this Chick-fil-a 5stars because, they truly go above and beyond for their customers. CFA is known for their customer service experience and for their phrase "my pleasure." This CFA lives up to both of those qualities and more. It is in the mall food court so you wouldn't expect any service after you have received your order, but they almost always have someone walking around taking away your trash, refilling your drinks, and making sure everything went well with your order. I eat here once a week. The service is incredibly fast and ok customer service. I love the nuggets and fries.

Every staff member that has served me has been more than just nice and courteous. More restaurants need to instill the importance of common courtesy that Chick fil A has. This location is very close to my home. We love it! read more
