No customer should be treated like they're an inconvenience for simply placing an order. Her attitude was completely unprofessional and made the entire experience uncomfortable. If someone hates their job that much, they shouldn't be working in a customer service position. Management seriously needs to address the behavior of their staff because this kind of conduct makes the whole business look bad.
