This Chick-fil-A has always been good until the last 6 weeks. I travel to St. George twice a month, and have been stopping at this Chick-fil-A. I stopped by about four weeks ago on a Friday evening. The drive through was not crowded, but the employees were outside at the speakers. As I approached the female employee, she literally rolled her eyes and turned her head in disgust. The male employee who took my payment did not say thank you, have good day, nothing! The female who gave me food through the window, was nice. Stopped here on a business trip after a friend continually raved about how much he loved Chick-fil-A. It was pretty standard tasty fast food: deep fried, smothered in tasty, sugary sauce, and overall delicious. This is literally the worst Chick-fil-A! Horrible service (efficiency) everyone is still pretty nice though. Also, food quality was poor. This Chick Fil A is clean, the service is good and the food is as good as it gets (for fast food). It has a playground inside which is great for our kids to get their wiggles out on a pit stop. The bathrooms are decently clean and there is a changing table in the women's (yay!). I love that for kids meals you can get grilled chicken (not fried), a fruit cup with a variety of fruit (not dry apples or all melon, there are actual blueberries, strawberries, pineapple, watermelon, and of course cantaloupe and honey dew melon) and milk. The manager came around to see if we had everything we needed, even on a busy Friday night when the restaurant was very full. Great place to stop on a road trip. read more

I have never had a bad Chick-fil-A experience until today. It took 28 mins for me to receive my food. I ordered a market salad, combo meal, and a frosted key lime for dine in. The others in my party received their food and we're finished before I ever received mine. The only reason I give them 3 is because once I received my salad it was delicious. I cannot even believe I am writing this review about a Chick-fil-A. I frequent Chick-fil-A (and when I say frequent I ashamedly admit I'm talking about 2-3 times a week). This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at any fast food establishment! I placed a mobile order at 12:29pm and did not receive the order at my car until 1:12pm. Now....they were very busy. Like line into the street, every curbside spot filled busy so the wait is not really where my complaint comes in. The problem here is after a 40+ minute wait on my food I say to the girl who brought it "after a 40 minute wait" and instead of saying "I'm sorry" or anything apologetic she basically threw the last bag at my husband and walked away without saying anything at all. If she had brought the order and immediately apologized or offered the normal Chick-fil-A caliber of service (which is why I so frequent them) then the 40 minute wait would not have even been that big of a deal to me. I truly cannot believe the level of service we received. I will make this review public on every platform possible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE ORANGEBURG CHICK-FIL-A as the employees don't even know how to show basic kindness. Not to mention the fries were cold and I ordered a gallon of tea and they brought 4 large cups because they were out of gallons. Again, these complaints along with the wait would have been no big problem for me if simple kindness or an apology was offered. read more

Typically, when I go to a Chick-fil-A, the drive-through is very fast. Unfortunately this is the slowest drive through I have ever seen. I've been in it for 15 minutes and I'm still not up to the window. Usually I can make it through Chick-fil-A drive through in a couple of minutes. I am not sure what is wrong here but someone does not know how to keep this traffic moving. They need to go to Mount Pleasant South Carolina and study how they do it there. read more

I was in the car with my Dad, Aunt, and Uncle inside the drive through when I went to Chick-a-fila. Even though, the line was extremely long, extremely slow, and it was hotter than hades outside, it was 12:00 on a Wednesday, so I didn't expect anything less. The service was extraordinary. The man who took our orders said he was grateful to take our orders. The lady at the window gave us double straws as well. The spicy chicken sandwich, fries, and chocolate milkshake was mediocre. The "spicy" chicken sandwich wasn't spicy at all, and it looked like what it was: a piece of fried chicken squashed between two pieces of stale, thin bread. The fries were more bland then my dad's lectures, and the "chocolate" milkshake also tasted like what it was: a vanilla milkshake blended in with chocolate syrup. In my opinion, I would just go to Wendy's. read more

Good fresh fast food. This restaurant falls solidly in the normal range of ChikFilas, Clean, efficient, no surprises. My only complaint is the turn radius is rather tight for their drive through, but doable in a big GMC. I am also disappointed they no longer have the spicy chicken wrap. read more

Outstanding, servers are professional, attitudes are great which is surprising in Orangeburg. Food is prepared properly, service is fast, they even bring to table for you. Drive through is super fast and they station personnel outside at peak times to speed up. Kids playground is clean , highly visible, and has plenty to keep little ones entertained. Apparently bad reviews got noticed. This is a very busy area just off 26 where millions of travelers stop for a break. We usual hit the other restaurants in the area but decided to stop at this very crowded chick fil a. I was nervous as to how such a crowd of people could be served by the crew. I was very shocked at how friendly and efficient they were. I was greeted by a young and tall girl who was eager to help the several hundred people crowding in the store. Honestly Chick Fil A never disappoints but I guess there is an exception at this location. They forgot to bag one of my sandwiches which was accounted for on the receipt. On top of that, they completely messed up my other Sandwiches. I asked for a Spicy Chicken Sandwhich Deluxe and some how they gave me a sandwich with just bread and chicken. I hope this is constructive, because I love Chick-Fil-A and hate to be giving a bad review. However, this experience was particularly bad. I was traveling and went through the drive-thru at this restaurant. It is a double drive-thru and I , naturally, went thru the shorter line. When I finally got up to the menu board to order, four cars went thru the other line before anyone came over the speaker to take my order. When I got up to the window, I told the girl that I had a free sandwich coupon on my app. I held my phone out, and the girl just looked at me like I was doing something wrong...she then, in a rude tone, said you're holding it the wrong way. I flipped my phone around and then she scanned it, gave me my food and I left. When I got my sandwich out to eat it, I noticed that it did not feel warm. I took one bite and it was actually very cold and the chicken tasted terrible. Anyways, I wish this chick-Fil-a the best, but am sad to say that it will be "my pleasure" to never return to this restaurant. read more

I have been to dozens of Chic-Fil-A's and this one by far has the worst management. Total wait time 1hr 15 min from the time we ordered. We ordered our food using the mobile app 30 minutes prior to our arrival. Once we arrived we find there are no spots available for the curbside pick up. The app directs you to pull into a near by spot and put your flashers on. There were at least 10 cars in the adjacent spots doing this. The entire rows of parking spots are along side the only exit to the restaurant, which creates more congestion for people who are just trying to leave. It was clear the drive through was being prioritized. The line was double wrapped around the building when we arrived and completely empty while we still waited for our preordered food. I feel bad for the employees who were getting yelled at by other customers for the unacceptable wait times at curbside pick-up. I now see several other negative reviews regarding the same issue, which would lead me to believe management knows, but has yet to correct the issue. Management should talk with other chic fil a managers who handle the same volume with record breaking time and smiles on everyone's faces. This store poorly represents other Chic Fil A's. This is the best Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. The service was top-notch, the produce was super super fresh, the establishment was very clean. This location is the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever visited. Stopped in during travels from Florida to Greenville this past Thursday. The bathrooms were beyond filthy and the service was simply deplorable. With no one in line, it took over 5 minutes for the cashier, who was standing at her register, to even look up and acknowledge us. It then took over 15 minutes for our food.
