Where I'm from in upstate NY we have only one chick-fil-A and it's in the airport, past the checkpoint - so unless you're flying out (mon-sat) it's pretty much impossible to get. That being said, Chick-fil-A is something I look forward to at times when I travel. Needless to say this visit was painfully disappointing. At 1:30 in the afternoon my daughter and I chose to wait in a very long line with the mindset that at least our food would be hot (wrong). There were 4 cashiers working so we thought that possibly the line would move quickly and orders would be correct (wrong). When I received my chicken sandwich the bun was so hard I had to throw away the bottom half because it was literally inedible. I was actually glad I removed the bun because it gave me a chance to examine the rest of the sandwich... the lettuce was so brown it was almost black, I had to look twice to make sure I didn't see any slime. The tomatoes were not ripe at all - they were mostly yellow. And the cheese was so hard and stuck to the other bun I had to peel it off. The only thing that was good was the chicken itself. I basically ate the chicken and the pickle. The waffle fries were surprisingly cold - I was surprised at this due to the speed at which the food was coming out. The customer service was great and our cashier was friendly, accurate, and she handled herself well with a line that would've stressed out the Pope. I am definitely not in a hurry for more Chick-fil-A anytime soon. read more

Lady working register is definitely not a good representative for your organization. Elizabeth definitely doesn't like talking to people at all and gets annoyed while doing her job. I got my food but the person in front of us, that paid, had their food thrown away because they didn't respond to her calling their name twice. The time span was 30 seconds from first call until she threw the food away. I recommend she either adjust how she operates or changes jobs that don't require her to put effort into anything. Worst Chic-Fil-A experience I've had traveling these Fifty Nifty United States. No greeting from the worker. Got a spicy chicken that was overcooked and not spicy at all. The cheese was not freshly melted but had a dark tint as if it had been sitting for a few hours under a light. Lettuce seemed dry or more dehydrated then I've ever had at any other Chic-Fil-A. The bottom bun was harder or seemed like it had been sitting under heat. Waffle fries were the same and didn't seem fresh. Was not asked if I wanted sauce. This place is a stain on the brand and should be shut down immediately. The brand has lost me as a customer because of this experience. 25 minute wait after ordering. VERY rude and unprofessional. Cashier rolled her eyes at me for ordering a cookie and instead of telling me they were out of cookies, she just acted as if I said nothing at all and proceeded to charge me without acknowledging my request. This location didn't have lemonade or coffee (as well as many other items) and became visibly annoyed if you asked for either. How was I supposed to know you were out?! My daughter ordered a spicy chicken meal. 30 min later she still didn't have her food so I checked on her. They couldn't find her order and said the receipt she handed them was not from their store? My 17yo doesn't carry receipts in her pocket. So after a little shouting and a request for a refund I left with any food, or my money. We were not the only ones having trouble either. First off it's right in the food court before you go through security so it's easy to find. I hate eating in airports because it's always so stressful and I always seem to be short on time, but this wasn't that kind of situation. The menu is smaller than the stand alone chick fil a, but it's got the standard nugget, grilled, or crispy chicken options. They also serve breakfast. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich add cheese and the cashier seemed confused, I'm assuming she was a new hire. Although the customer service wasn't as friendly or relaxed as I've had it before my order was ready, and correct before I could even put my credit card back in my wallet! I'm from the South, and I love me some Chick-fil-A. I think they stop serving breakfast early though because when I went to get a chicken biscuit around 10:30AM, they only had two left. I must admit that I lost my Chick-fil-A virginity at an airport. There, I said it. I've long heard stories from friends and coworkers originally from the South about the famed Chick-fil-A sandwich. I found myself in MCO a week ago and there it was like a beacon in the center of the food court! I ordered two sandwiches and loved their simplicity. Much better than other fast food chicken sandwiches, most definitely and certainly more authentic looking and tasting (no preformed mechanically-separated chicken patty here!). I'll admit that the highlight of the meal was the addition of their buffalo sauce to the sandwich. Added a perfect spicy and buttery kick. If they bottled this stuff, I'd put it on everything. So, I guess Chick-fil-A joins Waffle House in the family of Southern chains that I'd love to introduce to Chicago! You'd both do so well here! read more

I'm leaving on a jet plane. Don't know when I'll be back again. I visit Orlando every few years, and Chick-Fil-A is always a must. I dip everything in their Polynesian sauce. And this is always my last stop before heading through security. Once upon a time, when liquids were ok to check in with you, I brought a gallon of sweet tea on the plane with me from Atlanta so I can share the goodness with my then boyfriend. I love their wrap, but it's not available at this location. But you can get their best items here before you leave Orlando. You also can't take the sweet tea with you through security. But that's not their fault. I love pretty much everything on their menu. Wish I could take it all with me home. Or if they opened up one in San Jose. I know there's one in Solano, but the quality isn't the same. Oh. And all the locations are closed on Sundays. I think the business is Chrisitian owned. So get your fix Monday through Saturday. I am sad when I forget and try to get sweet tea on a Sunday, but you gotta love a company that closes on a weekend so that their employees can spend time with their families and friends. read more

Chick-fil-A is probably our favorite fast food restaurant. I love their biscuits and you just can't beat their chicken biscuits. Bad for me is that I'm always wanting them on Sundays, when they are closed. I must say that I do admire a business that can put people and values before profits and continue to stay closed every Sunday when more and more businesses are staying open on holidays like Christmas and Thanksgiving (there by taking their employees away from their families). Best chicken sandwich I've ever had! I'm so bummed you can't fine one in the Bay Area (or else I'd be eating here every week). As I departed Orlando, I had to pay one last visit to the Chick that stole my heart. Thank goodness their was a Chick-fil-A in the airport terminal. I ordered the original chicken sandwich with cheese. The fil-A was moist on the inside, crispy on the outside. I ordered it with cheese for extra flavor with a regular bun (i've tried the biscuit and it's just as good as the original). The waffle cut fries were delicious, setting them apart from the usual fast food fries.
