What happened with the legendary superior Chick-fil-A service? The ladies at the counter did not greet anyone in line. With moms, strollers, and kids all piled up at the counter, it was difficult to distinguish which line was open, but the CFA ladies never voiced their customary "how may I help you?" This place is horrible! I listened to two employees fighting for almost five minutes yelling the f- word and mf-er to each other. She took my order, got it wrong due to the fighting. Then had to listen to the continuous fighting and cursing for another five minutes. This is was a disgrace to the chick fil a brand. read more

Don't judge me but I came by Chik-Fil-A for a dream ice cream cone for a comfort dessert before flying out! The line was rather long, but went by quickly. The staff was in a hurry but was still polite where they could be. The wait wasn't long because it doesn't take long to make, so no complaints here! Ice cream was delicious. I'll probably be at MCO in the future so I'll come back probably when I have a hankering for ice cream or their fresh spicy chicken sandwiches! Their chicken portion is always huge. We ate at the chick-fil-a inside the Orlando international airport food court area. The staff who took our order (Gina according to my barely inked receipt) and another Indian lady who looked like a manager seemed like we were inconveniencing them by even being there. We placed a small order (two meals) and said thank you and at no time did the cashier smile or reply to us in a friendly way. We also asked for sauces when we received our food and the staff simply provided the sauces without any greeting. We said thank you at this time as well and there was no acknowledgment. Do not waste your time, go to McDonald's instead. At least you won't be surprised at their customer service. read more

As an employee inside of the airport, I have to say that the customer service inside of this particular food court (in between the security checks of the terminals) is abysmal. The only shining light is this Chick-Fil-A, most of the time. While I am sure most people are not "regulars" at a fast food restaurant (especially in an airport), I end up coming here more than I probably should. They always remember my order and it is usually fresh and delicious (except around 8pm.. don't go then. Disgusting, old food haha). The employees are pretty friendly for the most part, food is good for the most part, and it's definitely convenient. read more

What disorganized mess! MacDonalds cranks food out. This place is like the slow boat to China. I waited 10 minutes for a single Chick-fil-A sandwich when there were 12 sitting ready and waiting under the heat lamp. But no, the manager had to go methodically, order by order, one at a time. This was one of the first times I seen Chick-fil-A at an airport food court and we wanted to try their breakfast items (when I think about fast food breakfast, I was think about McDonald's) so we got their chicken biscuit sandwich. Service was quick, sandwich was really good. read more

Where I'm from. Seattle, we are sadly lacking any Chick-fil-A locations and they were my favorite fast food back home in Ohio. Usually airport locations of restaurants are a pale imitation of their real world counterparts but my chicken sandwich and waffle fries were just as tasty as I remembered getting back home. If you want to go here remember to stop before you go through security, there isn't one once you pass the security gates. read more

Everyone knows chick fil A and everyone knows about their large filets in their sandwiches. This was not the case for this location. The sandwich was noticeably smaller than normal and it was not hot nor crispy. The fries tasted a little stale too, probably has been sitting out for too long. Disappointed. read more

Food is great. Just as it is at home. However, this is about the worst service I have experienced in my life. It's busy here, I get it. Every chic-fil-a is busy. I asked the lady to put ketchup in the bag and she said it was already in there. I find a seat with the wife and 2 toddlers, no ketchup. Get in line and ask for some and was treated as an inconvenience. She gave me 5 packets for 4 people. When our drinks were empty and I went back up to ask for refills and more ketchup, the lady literally rolled her eyes at me. Making the brand look horrible. read more

If my family and I are going to eat fast food, Chick-fil-A is usually the place we choose. The service is great the employees almost always sound cheerful with a smile on their face, as if they really enjoy their job. The food tastes fresh and si yummy. The original chicken sandwich is one of my favorites if I am going to splurge. The grilled chicken sandwich is delicious and pretty healthy. Their cole slaw is also good. first time i experienced a not very good chick fil a. customer service is 3/10 they were not very nice like all other chick-fil-as. didn't give me my receipt. ordered the 8 count nuggets and only received 6. they also tasted off. some of the fries were either not cooked all the way or cooked too much. read more
