Service was horrible. I ordered a grilled sandwich and ask for it with lettuce and tomato and regular bun. I got HALF A BUN, not lettuce or tomato and when I tried to tell the manager and he was like " in order to get a refund you have to bring your food back". I work at the hospital on my freaking break just walked a thousand miles to pick up my food , I'm not walking all the way there again. They were like you can bring it another day to get your refund.... I'm like, you want me to save the food I can't freaking eat and save it in my "fridge" and come back on my day off! Hell no! This place sucks and the workers don't know anything and are always distracted! I will be taking this to corporate and someone will be fired. Bc this is insane. I work at the damn hospital and we don't even get a discount when we order. So no I'm not saving the damn good to bring it back! I bought it to each for lunch not to go to damn waste

Waited for 20 min just for milkshake. Left without it. Awful service. A lot of people running back and forth pretending work.

We tried the Hogzilla, Glen Rhee, Firecracker Shrimp, and Cuban - we did a 3 bao combo for $15 and an à la carte bao for $5.50. The combo is a no brainer if you want a satisfying meal for 1 or a snack for 2, since it comes with a fountain drink while the baos are discounted 50 cents each. As we were a party of 2 , we went with 4 baos so 2 baos per person and it was a nice snack. The hogzilla is the pork belly which is decent - a bit on the saltier side but all the ingredients meshed well. The Glen Rhee is Korean beef which was a bit dry. Despite glowing reviews, I was a bit disappointed Firecracker shrimp was amazing. 4 pieces in the bao so definitely overflowing with shrimp, and the sauce that comes with it is filling and satisfying Cuban is their seasonal and has pork and chicharron. I was hoping there was a crunch from the chicharron but at least there was ample flavor - a reinvention of the Cuban sandwich This place is fast casual so you mostly seat yourself and bus your own table, fill your water, and grab your utensils and napkins. We were in and out within 30 minutes

I ordered the Big version of the Prime Beef sandwich thinking I'd take half home for leftovers. Unfortunately the 1st have was so darn delicious, I ate the 2nd half. Yes, I'm uncomfortably full now but due entirely to my lack of discipline . The sandwich shocked me how good it was. We used to love Quizno's toasted subs but they have been long gone. So glad to see a toasted sub place again. The wife ordered same sub - original size, and loved it too. We will definitely be back again and again to try different options.

I stopped in after doing some shopping and placed my order online so it would be ready by the time I finished. I ordered the chicken club sandwich and a Dream Bar. It was after 8 p.m. on a Saturday, and the restaurant was pretty much empty. My order was ready ahead of the quoted pickup time, which I appreciated. However, the sandwich didn't quite live up to what I remember. The bread didn't taste as fresh as I expected, and the sandwich was lukewarm instead of warm and toasty like I've experienced at other locations. The Dream Bar was also not quite what I remembered. It didn't have the same richness or taste that made it a favorite for me in the past. I'm not sure if the time of day impacted the quality, but the overall experience just didn't match the Potbelly I remember from Chicago. That said, because I've had great experiences with this brand in the past, I'd be open to giving this location another try. The garlic shrimp is very good but my only feedback is that it could use a little extra sauce. I did ask for extra that we were charged for when the bill arrived. Noodles are also excellent - highly recommend as a side! Fair warning that portions are on the larger side, which is awesome. Highly recommend the ube cocktail, which they can also make as a mocktail that's delicious!

The portions were big and you get your money's worth, but the gravy on the loco moco was just for texture and the Hawaiian breakfast needed some type of sauce. The best part was the mac salad that came on the side! The food was reminiscent of Hawaiian fast food joints like L&L, Maui, and Ono Hawaiian BBQ. Service was okay too, the servers were attentive but in a way that felt rushed. It's a small restaurant and there was a line at lunchtime so they were trying to burn and churn customers out of there. The ambiance is superb, loved the color and decor of the diner and it truly transports you to the Hawaiian tropics. Not sure we'll be back though, but it was nice to try once given all the positive reviews.

The tacos are packed with flavor, the portions are solid, and everything tastes fresh and made to order. The Korean beef taco and butter chicken taco were probably my favorites, but honestly even the sides and sauces stood out. The atmosphere has a cool laid back Orlando vibe and it's one of those places that feels unique compared to the usual taco spots around town. Service was quick, staff was friendly, and the prices felt fair considering how much food you get. It's also a great late-night option when most places around the area are already slowing down. Definitely one of the more underrated spots in Orlando if you want something different from traditional tacos. Perfect place to bring friends because there's enough variety on the menu for everyone to find something they like.
