I am not a frequent visitor of this location, but if I lived closer I certainly would. I was passing by one morning after an appointment in PTC and was really craving a breakfast burrito, however I saw that it was just past the 10:30 AM mark. I decided to try my luck and to my relief, the cashier made it happen. She stated she would put the order in and make sure the kitchen pushed it out for me. I was elated in that moment! This seems like a simple thing, and too many it is, however that gesture of kindness was massive for me as in the weeks prior I had experienced the loss of my mother and family pet. Getting this burrito when technically I shouldn't had, was a moment of happiness I needed. It allowed me to focus on something for a few moments other than sadness. I made sure to submit a survey in hopes of recognizing the employee, Mackenzie, for her kind efforts that morning! I will certainly be back to this location when I am in the PTC area! read more

They always give such wonderful customer service. I have never had a bad experience at this location. Every time I leave this place, I am left with a huge smile on my face. The food is always piping hot (not lukewarm or cold) but steaming hot. The chicken is always fresh never hard or cold. And they always end the order with my pleasure. They are literally the best when it comes to fast food chains. If the cashiers could, they would recite poetry and tell inspirational message to the customers. Never have I been disappointed in a chic-fil-a. Went for lunch with a co worker. We both ordered sandwich meal. I noticed he didnt finish his but I had a hard time finishing mine. As we left I said that that was the worst cfa I ever had, it was so greasy. He said, I'm so glad it wasnt just me, thats why I got up and went to bathroom to wash, I felt like I was covered in grease. Dont know whats going on, did they change their fryin oil? Great local spot that always serves great chicken sandwiches and salads with a smile. If you eat in, they treat you like a real restaurant customer and will bring you your food and refill your tea. Hopefully that all wont be changing when they tear this location down to rebuild to their new model... small in store eating, two drive thrus to accommodate the notoriously long lines of teens on golf carts before and after school hours. read more

The new facility is nice but a but cold aesthetically. It is much nicer than the new facility in West PTC which is very cold and hard and cramped. The food and service is always reliable and great. Sad that these new stores are not the same quality as their service! In the end the atmosphere is secondary. The Thomas Crossroads Chick-Fil-A was closed for renovations so when my wife and I were sick and needed chicken soup, we went to PTC. What I ordered was 2 large chicken noodle soups- what we got was two large beverage cups full of a sort of soup. One was hot, one was cool. One had a very few pieces of chicken, the other didn't; the one without chicken had some noodles, the other didn't. And both had a fair amount of strange doughy things which we believe were possibly hunks of fried chicken nuggets, or possibly just the batter for the nuggets- that's what they looked like, though they didn't taste like anything on earth. Chick-Fil-A is an amazing fast food restaurant. The service is amazing, the workers there are very polite and most importantly, the food is amazing. If it is an early morning and I am in a rush to get to school, but I need something to eat, I will stop at Chick-Fil-A. Their breakfast choices are absolutely delicious. For breakfast my go to choice is the chicken minis, which are delicious, but their chicken biscuits and all of the other breakfast items are still amazing. On weekends, I will eat lunch at Chick-Fil-A. They have many amazing options, but I usually go with the classic chicken sandwich. If you want something healthier than a fried chicken sandwich, they also have many grilled options which are much healthier. If you want to come back for dinner you can do that as well. Like what I would get at lunch, for dinner at Chick-Fil-A I will also usually get a chicken sandwich. If I don't get the sandwich my next choice would be the grilled chicken nuggets for a healthier option. Apart from Chick-Fil-A's amazing food, they also have insane desserts. They have amazing chocolate chip cookies. Whenever you buy one they are always warm and freshly baked. The chocolate chips are melty, and the cookie is very warm. Another dessert choice at Chick-Fil-A, is their ice cream cones. They serve you vanilla ice cream on an amazing tasting ice cream cone. I'm personally not a big fan of vanilla ice cream, but I really enjoy their vanilla ice cream cones. You can now also get a brownie from Chick-Fil-A if you wanted to. Even though Chick-Fil-A has all of these amazing desserts, their milkshakes are better than all of the other deserts by far. All of the milkshakes are delicious, and they are exactly what you would hope for. The cookies and cream flavor is my favorite because of the pieces of oreos inside the milkshakes, but they also have many other amazing flavors such as chocolate, and strawberry. During the summer, they have a special peach flavored milkshake which is unbelievable, and during the winter they have a peppermint flavor which is also amazing. After mentioning all of the things I have said, there are still many more amazing things to talk about like their frosted lemonades, and all of the amazing sauces. There really isn't anything Chick-Fil-A doesn't have, and that is what makes them so amazing. read more

I eat at Chick-fil-A quite often and I can proudly say that it is the best fast food restaurant on the market. The service is impeccable and the food tastes fresh. Most of the time there is a line wrapped around the building, which can be annoying but they try to work fast and have workers taking orders outside. Sometimes they take a while to get your food ready but at least when you get it is still warm. Comparing Chick-fil-A to other fast places like Mcdonalds is crazy. Most of the time when you go to Mcdonalds the line is long and they take a while to get your food. Even when you get your food it can be cold, or not right. Another thing that Chick-fil-a does is when they get your food wrong, they normally get you your correct food and sometimes even refund you. Even though I like Chick-fil-A a lot I do have some complaints, like how they end breakfast at 10:30, even on the weekends. If you're like me then you wake up anywhere from 9 to 11 on the weekends. That doesn't give you any time to go get their breakfast. I think if they would stop breakfast at or around 12 it would be much better. 12 is basically the universal time lunch so it would make more sense than ending it at 10:30. Chick-fil-A also offers a veggie wrap and now mac and cheese. As a vegetarian, I appreciate that I can have a meal there unlike places like Mcdonalds and Wendy's. In the wrap, there are black beans and a bunch of different types of vegetables, so it's not bland in any way. My last complaint is that they are closed on Sundays. I can't tell you how many times I've pulled into their parking lot and immediately had to turn around. I understand its religious reasons but I think that if they opened at 12 it would solve a lot of problems. I've never had a big issue at Chick-fil-A and overall the restaurant is very good. Chick-fil-a is a friendly fast food restaurant in the county. There are so many nice and kind people I have seen work at a restaurant. They help with your order and they also have many options to fulfill your cravings, many options deal with chicken but you can also get a vegetarian option on some of the food items. Chick-fil-a has a great drive through with covers for their employees and it is very fast to go through. They support school fund rairs and will let them run it in their building. The employees have really great workenthic. Their stores are always clean and they have people out in the eating area always cleaning and taking out the trash making sure that the place is spotless. I have been to chick-fil-a on multiple occasions like going to lacrosse practice or just going to get lunch there. They are always really fast and their food is always hot and really for you to eat. The only thing bad is that there are many flies that come into the building especially when it's hot outside. I feel as if that would be concerning because I don't want flys to be touching all the food that I ordered. Hopefully they will be trying to solve this problem fast in the near future. Overall chickful is a great place to get a smaewhitch, nuggets a milkshake or even coffee. They have some flaws but overall they are a great fast food place to go to when you are hungry and you are in a rush they will get you all that you need fast. They have employees that will make your day and they always have a smile on their face when serving you. So I highly recommend that you should stop by chick fil a. read more
