I am a huge lover of Chick fil a! I visit this location often as it's close to my job. I did have a problem with my last order. I asked for fresh fries. When I got them, they were hard, HARD! I had to park to go inside. The manager was very attentive and got me fresh fries quickly. They were very salty but fresh. Man... I didnt think you could ever have a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A... The people were amazing. Super polite as always and pleasant to talk to. I ordered a lunch menu item during breakfast so it is expected that I wait extra 10-15 min or so. Not a problem. Their icecream machine was broken so no frosted coffee, I asked for the granola parfait and that wasnt given (all in fairness I didnt see it on my receipt either), the two polynesian sauces I asked for was missing, and the large fries I ordered was didnt feel like it was full. Unfortunately no photos The food was delivered neatly and nicely, and they added a free cookie and brownie - i presume for the lack of frosted coffee. Nice touch but I still wanted my parfait. Honestly I've never had to check my food at a chick fil a before so its on me that I didnt get all that I asked for. Now the biggest disappointment was the chicken that they had given me. This new generation of CFA workers is lazy, sloppy, and could care less about customer service. I visited on May 17, and Pearl, who took my order through the drive thru was incompetent. I had to repeat myself 3 times. It's almost as if she wasn't even listening. This job isn't hard! I won't patronize this location unless absolutely necessary. I pull in the drive thru and am told to wait in curbside. 20 minutes later, my order status changes to saying it's ready and disappears from the app soon afterwards. I walk in and tell the manager my issue. She says there was a miscommunication and they don't have tomatoes and aren't able to make my salad unless I'm fine with no tomatoes (I actually unselected tomatoes when ordering) and makes me my salad. I suppose they were just hoping I'd go away and weren't actually planning on coming out to tell me. I will never come back to this location again. read more

I had a great experience here today. Angela was busy at work cleaning the lobby and was so kind offering refills to all the patrons. It was clean inside and the food was fresh. Wait time was pretty standard for Chick-fil-A and the food arrived promptly to my table. The location nearest me is bad to give you cold fries and not fill the carton so it was nice to get a full, hot, and fresh carton of fries. Nice service, hot food and clean environment. The food is consistently fresh and hot, even after I've arrived home. Ice cream and Sunjoys are always refreshing and cookies are sweet tooth satisfying. Wow. This is the first time that I think I was completely disappointed with my meal. The drive through was slow (nothing new for this location) and they didn't have employees with the tablets taking orders, so everyone was having to order through the intercom. I ordered the #8 combo: Chick-fil-a Cool Wrap with unsweet iced tea. I asked for Avocado Lime Ranch dressing and repeated it to make sure they would include it in my order. I typically don't check my food at Chick-fil-a because they're usually pretty good about getting the order correct, but when the employee handed me my food, something told me to check it, and I didn't. I'm regretting that now. When I got home, I was missing the dressing. This wrap is completely dry. Luckily I had ranch dressing at home that I was able to put on the wrap. The iced tea which is never bitter was bitter! This is the first time that I've had iced tea at Chick-fil-a that didn't taste like it was freshly brewed. The wrap barely had any chicken in it. I was excited to have this place open up 5 years ago. I've only ate there 3 times. Their chicken sandwiches are the thinnest I've ever had. I work in Deer Park and go to the Chic-fil-a off of Spencer all the time. Their service is outstanding and their chicken sandwiches are like what's advertised on the commercial you see on TV, thick and juicy. I'd drive 30 minutes away on a Saturday to eat at that Chic-fa-a before I go back here. If you like a lot of bread with a sliver of chicken, then this is the place for you. I hope someone high up in the franchise reads this review and does something about the thin chicken breast they put in their sandwiches. BY FAR the worst CFA I have ever been to. I've lived less than a mile from this CFA for the past two years and I honestly cannot count the number of problems I have had with my orders, but all of that might be forgivable if they weren't SO.... EVERLOVING.... SLOOOOW!!!! I have never, in my life, been to a slower CFA. Honestly, it's probably in the top 3 slowest drive thrus that I have ever experienced. I've pulled into the line with 20+ minutes to spare and had this place make me late for work numerous times. In fact, I no longer go here for breakfast anymore. There is a different CFA (which is typically about 5X as busy) about 5 miles past my work from my house, and it is faster for me to drive out of my way to that CFA in rush hour traffic than it is just to stop by the CFA by my house which is on the way to my work. I sincerely hope someone reads this in the CFA organization that can do something about this, because I LOVE CFA, I live right by a CFA, but everytime I go here I have to consciously decide to go spend potentially 20+ minutes in the drive thru. Oh, and I've been referring to how slow they are at breakfast. Dinner time is often times worse. Always check your order, and don't be fooled into thinking it'll be quick if you only see only 2-3 cars in their drive thru. They'll still take forever. read more

I came here at 1:30pm, on Saturday, January 5, 2019. The ordering area was full when I arrived. I ordered a simple #1. Shouldn't take too long to prep, right? Customers that came in 5-10 minutes after me got their orders before me. By the time the waiting area was nearly empty, I noticed a bag (my order) dumped on the counter. I had a feeling it was my order so I walked up to ask about it. Employees ignored me, while addressing other customers that walked in after me. Did they think I was just standing around the counter for fun? They even spent time asking a child, who was making clanging sounds in the corner of the room, if he needed help. The child told them that he did not need help, then continued to slam an object into the railing to make noise. The confused employees continued to discuss whether or not the child needed to place an order. I was finally able to flag down an employee and she bluntly/rudely confirmed that the bag on the counter was my order. There was no "thank you", no "sorry". So in conclusion, if you love being ignored and waiting 25 minutes for a breaded chicken sandwich, then you'll love this supposed gold standard of customer service. Hot tip: Instead of waiting patiently by the counter to be addressed, try slamming a hard object multiple times into the railing for faster customer service. read more

Call and since they offer delivery thought they'd help me out. Candice the "manager" was so rude and dismissive. Rather than help she kept repeating like a robot that next time I come in they would do better. That didn't help. I wound up having to Door Dash my daughters order and spend $20. I put in an easy order for a southwest salad at 7pm, it was busy at the time so I understand if it took around 10 minutes but I didn't get my order until 7:22. The worst part was seeing the sticker which shows what time they printed it signifying that they completed the order which showed 7:07. I waited an extra 15 minutes because they wanted to run as much food as they could at once. On top of that there was no fork and no extra tortilla strips like I asked. read more
