Placed a pickup order for a duo delight which is bothering snow crabs and shrimp. When I got home noticed that they only gave me (1) crab cluster, NO SHRIMP. Called the store told them that I was missing the shrimp, the customer rep that answered the phone "You can come back and we will give you a pound of shrimp for our error." I get back to the store and tell them that I'm here to pick up the shrimp that was not in my original order. The customer rep asks me where's the box of the original order, I tell her I didn't bring it. And she told me that I needed the original box so they can see the shrimp was not in there. She didn't inform me that I needed to return the original box when I returned to the store. And that there was nothing she could do and she will not be making the error in the order right. I showed her the receipt and the picture that I took of the contents of my order to show her. She then continues to argue back and forth with me stating that there is nothing she can do. I reminded her that I just spoke with her and she never mentioned that I needed to bring anything back. I ordered from a third party delivering service so my review is strictly on the food! Let's start with the rice... it was tasty but nothing Cajun about it. No spice, no seasoning that gave it a Cajun kick. It was just rice, no vegetables or meat in it. The fried fish and shrimp were okay. The texture was crunch with a slight softness from the oil it was fried in. It wasn't oily though!! The flavor was mild. I had the cocktail sauce and tartar sauce to accompany it with flavor. The bread was "delicious" according to my toddler who stole it off my plate. Next time, I'll be quicker than she is and at least take a bite! Speaking of toddler, she didn't eat any of the protein we plated for her but she went back for seconds on the rice, so that's telling. WOW. When I say this is the best seafood boil, I mean it!!! It's also a bang for your buck. This shrimp combo was $13.99, and it came with lots of shrimp, corn on the cob, and 3 potatoes. Large portion that will definitely fill you up. Their 7 spice seasoning in the boil is so delicious, and although I got mild, it still had a bit of a kick, but nothing too strong. So yummy, and I will definitely be ordering again. 10/10 read more

For marketing themselves as a Cajun place I will be honest and say there is better Cajun food out there. However this food is fantastic for being as cheap as it is. I just got back from 7 Spices and the woman that is answering the phones at 7 Spices Shadow Creek Parkway was the rudest person I have ever encountered at any restaurant. She answered the phone Hello not 7 Spices Restaurant so at first I thought I had dialed the wrong number and she still hasn't said anything else so I finally asked if this was 7 Spices and got a rude reply but I went ahead and gave her my order. When I arrived I told her my name for the order and she just turned around and went and got my order. I paid and she never said a word thank you or anything.
