I really couldn't tell the difference between ordering at the drive thru or ordering through the app as both lines were moving at the same pace, although the mobile line was shorter. I can't speak much on the customer service aspect since I didn't have an interaction with the employees, as they only delivered my order to the car. I live near this location so it's super convenient, BUT the portions are always super small! Fries are never filled and salad bowls are never full! I always feel like I'm getting ripped off. You're probably not going to believe this, but this was our first trip to this Chick-fil-A in Pembroke Pines. Let me say that the experience was pretty good, except for a little shortage issue. What I liked most was their pickup setup. Other stores should use their system. In addition to the two lanes for drive-thru, they have at least 10 spaces for curbside pickup. So, I left my place in line, parked, and ordered on the app. This is a more than usual high-traffic store, but to their advantage, they have a huge lot. They also move super fast. Our food came out in a tray and we pulled away. I soon wished I would have checked the bags because apparently, lettuce is not the only thing they were running low on, as the "welcome" sign announced when we pulled in. During COVID the drive thru line has gotten much larger and driving past you would assume cars must be sitting in that line for hours. You'd be very mistaken! The system that Chick-fil-A has in place for drive thru is easy and efficient. Cars pull up and are given a number card as they place their order. There are multiple people taking orders so the numbers help keep track of cars. You go through the process of paying and getting your food and the number is removed from your vehicle. I truly believe that Chik Fil A is gods gift to fast food! whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner they never disappoint. Stopped in for breakfast today before a doctors appointment. We ordered some chicken minis which are chik fil a nuggets on tiny sweet rolls with what i can describe as liquid sugar on the top. Throw some grape jelly on them and each one is a bite of heaven! Also got one of their bacon egg and cheese biscuits. A layer of soft eggs, a couple pieces of crispy bacon and a slice of American cheese on a soft, pillowy biscuit. This sandwich is amazing! We did mobile order and our food was ready in a minute from when we arrived. All of the employees are so nice. They treat everyone equally. Always willing to help take your items or if you need a refill ok your drink. The food comes out hot and fresh. For a chicken sandwich, I think chick fil a has the best fast food. Although it's not the most affordable for everyone the sandwiches are filling. Those waffle fries are warm with a slight crisp/crunch on the outside. The polynesian sauce is my favorite if you ask for any they never question you. They have a special places for sanitizing wet napkins, straws, utensils, jelly, mayo, mustard, ketchup, honey and so much more. It's always clean here. And offer plastic placemats for children. Waffle fries are seasoned to perfection and best when warm -- sadly they do not always microwave well the next day The cookies and cream milkshake is a bit on the sweet side, especially if you let it get warm and the cookies melt in. All in all - when u need a good chicken sandwich, Chick-fil-A is the place to go. Do note there is another Chick-fil-A INSIDE the Pembroke Lakes Mall, so if you're ordering ahead/doing pickup, make sure you choose the right branch/building. I visited this location for a late lunch. I believe I caught the crazy after school crowd. The line for drive-thru was a long however the employees were super efficient. There were a total of four employees outside who was directing traffic and taking orders. Although they were moving quickly the employees made sure that this was a pleasant experience. Employee who helped me make sure to tell me her name before taking my order. She repeated the order to make sure what I ordered was correct. There was lots of parking outside the restaurant, but most of the spaces closer to the restaurant were taken. There was an area that was coned off to direct the flow of traffic through the drive-thru line.
