I hate being the negative nancy, but I'm not thrilled with this Chick-Fil-A. Two months ago I went to pick up lunch for myself and my husband. I took the bag, got to his work, and all they had given us were fries. I went back with my receipt, explained the situation, and she handed me that bag with the rest of the food. Today, my husband went to grab lunch for us. When he got home with the food both large fries were only half full. For lunch, I got a plain chicken breast and handful of fries. I love Chick-Fil-A. I really do. This location has been pretty disappointing though. Edit: The owner contacted me promptly to remedy the situation. It was very appreciated to be acknowledged, however, I never took him up on his offer. We have returned many times since. read more

I don't know what happened to Chick-fil-A but whatever it is, it's not good. In general, Chick-fil-A's food quality has took a turn for the worse and it's so obvious. I don't understand what happened. This particular location doesn't make it any better. Every time I go, there's an issue with my food. Fries being cold, too salty, or dry. Nuggets being tiny, cold and dry. I've even had an issue with my lemonade tasting not so pleasant. Never thought I'd have an issue with a simple cup of lemonade. I'm done with Chick-fil-A period and other fast foods for that matter because nobody seems to take pride in the quality of their food, smh. read more

Our absolute favorite Chick Fil A! This store exceeds all expectations for fast food! The staff is friendly, helpful and fast. The food is delicious and served with a smile. This store has high standards for cleanliness, which we appreciate. When we need dinner in a pinch, 9 Mile CFA is our first choice! We also love how supportive 9 Mile CFA is of our community. Great service as far as personality goes, but they forgot my sauce and then I opened my chicken biscuit and it looks like this.. no wonder they forgot the sauce there's no surface of biscuit to put it on. SO disappointed. They must've forgot to put the top of the biscuit on. This was my favorite location until this happened. read more

Stopped here for lunch while travelling down I-10. Restaurant was busy (lunch at Chick Fil A - this is to be expected), and the parking lot was insane. Service was friendly and our food came out very quickly. Food tasted the way it's supposed to taste, and our bellies were full. My only gripe is the bathroom - a little messy, but given the business of the restaurant, that's probably why. It's also a little difficult to find off of the highway exit (a little complicated to get there, especially with the construction). read more

I'm an avid fan of Chickfila and have eaten at the many locations across the country. I must say that this location is the absolute best! They are delicious, fast, 100% accurate every single time, and incredibly courteous warm. I know there's a social media frenzy going on about popeye's chicken sandwich versus Chickfila's chicken sandwich. This place is unbelievable. I have never had a better experience at a fast food restaurant. Seriously the get the food right every time. All of the servers are nice and engage you in real conversation if you have to wait. To make sure that people get out of their drive thru quicker they send out a server with a tablet to take orders ahead of time. There's definitely a fine line between outgoing service and stereotypical horror movie happy family. As I pulled up to receive my food I was greeted with the almost inhumanly massive smile I'd ever seen in my life and horrifyingly enthusiastic "HEY MATTHEW HOW ARE YOU?! " as if I was some lifelong best friend who they've known since birth. Now I didn't remember giving them my name at first so I nearly screamed and slammed on the gas pedal, but my desire for chicken got the better of me and I managed to stay long enough to grab my food. read more

I love this place don't get me wrong but today my order was completely wrong I order a spicy chicken entree and was given a chicken sandwich regular and I ordered a spicy chicken meal with no pickles and was given with pickles I know I could take them off but the juice is not problem since I am allergic to pickles I went back and asked it to be fixed but my request was refuse sad. This used to be the best location in Pensacola! I have been going to this location since it opened and everything was always perfect but the last several months I just don't know what is going on here. Things like the chicken bowl or the fries it's like they're just not filling them up all the way but still charging high prices for them. I've ordered these chicken bowls ever since they were introduced and they keep putting less and less inside of them. Why have large containers for things that you're not going to fill up ? seems wasteful. the breakfast burritos are inconsistent they're not always prepared the same way. the tortilla shells are consistently being old like it's been made and left out for two hours on the counter which makes the tortilla hard when it should be soft. it's very strange. I also noticed a lot of bickering among the employees. they don't seem happy. I love Chick-fil-A I go to this particular location a lot and I really hope they get their act together. I've had a love affair with Chick-Fil-A since I lived in San Diego and was very excited to have them here in Pensacola. This one is only a few blocks from where I live and I've had excellent service every time I've been here. The Southern hospitality is wonderful and my orders have always been filled very quickly. One of my favorite fast food restaurant chains. Chick-fil-a has delicious chicken sandwiches along with delicious waffle fries. And for the parents, they have a kid's play area in the back of the restaurant. They also have very warm hospitality for a fast food joint. This company refuses to refund or replace any food when they make a mistake. They make you talk to the owner of the Chick Fil A. They refuse to cave at all even when you wait 35 minutes in drive and they forget your chicken in the bag. read more

I love this place. Customer service at most restaurants is a thing of the past but, here they treat you like they care about your satisfaction. One thing that is great is how even when the drive thru line is wrapped around the building they seem to make it move very fast. This place is weirdly good. I am so impressed by it that it is strange. I took my son there and he played in the kids area while my husband and I ate and did homework. I went to the counter to order coffee after we were done and the guy is like, well it will be just a few more minutes we have to brew a pot. I say eh, no thanks. Well then like 10 min later, he comes by and says I brewed a pot of coffee would you still like a cup and I go up and pay and he comes by to check and make sure that everything is okay. The staff at this location are wonderful! The first time I went they didn't have wraps and I wasn't bothered by that and didn't complain, but they apologized and gave me a card for a free frozen lemonade. Then today they told me I was the 100th customer and they started ringing bells and playing music and gave me a 6-pack of DELICIOUS cookies! Dear Chick-fil-A, Hi, my name is Sarah. I have been a customer to Chick-fil-A ever since I can remember. My first word was probably chicken. Besides the point, there are 3 things I love. Sam my boyfriend, chicken and Jesus. And what makes Chick-fil-A the most perfect place ever is that it incorporates chicken and Jesus (y'all must say a blessing over that chicken as it goes in that fryer bc OH MY LORD (sorry for my language) but that chicken is the bomb.com). Well anyways y'all also have the best lemonade ever. Like ever. (Seriously what kind of prayers do you say over this stuff bc I need to bless what my dad cooks bc yikes) but it was super hot today. I was sitting at home and I was like, "I'm going to go all the way to Chick-fil-A for a large lemonade because it's so worth it" so I get there in my HOT car bc I have no ac so I was definitely looking forward to this lemonade when I pulled up, I get in line and a nice young woman come and takes my order (btw she was so sweet), she tells me the total and I drive up in line and wait to get to the window. I miss understood the total and I got out $2.37 when a large lemonade is $2.57 which I found out when I got to the window. The lady greets me with a smile and tells me the total and I frantically start looking for another 20 cents to make the correct change and I look up at the young lady at the window and apologize because I miss understood the amount and she looks quite unhappy because I couldn't find the 20 cents so I just pulled out a nice $20 bill and handed it to her with 57 cents because I felt like a bother. She hands me the drink and my change and I was looking forward to that wonderful phrase that you're employees use after you say thank you.... and I was not told my pleasure.... I drove away so sad. I was looking forward to hearing that after when I left. I'm not writing this to complain or to be annoying. I want to thank you guys for always being the kindest, most genuine fast food restaurant I have ever been to. Thank you for getting my orders out in less than 5 minutes and thank you for putting your heart and Jesus into every meal. This location is THE WORST. I've lost count of the number of times I've gone through the drive-thru and either had to return after getting home or park and go in because the order was wrong or they forgot something. Today, it was salad dressing and Splenda (which this time I'm not even going to bother returning to get). This location has got to get it together. I stopped going for awhile, but took a chance today and wish I wouldn't have wasted the time for a salad without dressing. I keep saying I won't go back, and today, I really mean it. The service is always on point (Even when they are flooded with customers), and the food is fantastic even in comparison to other chick-fil-a's.
