I was at this location yesterday, 1/3/25 at 5:09pm, a "Micheal" (guess his name is mispelled on the receipt and should be Michael?) took my order and as I was looking at the menu he pointed to the spicy chicken deluxes. I said no, no spicy, I'll have the regular chicken deluxe meal with a coke. I get up to receive my meal and expected my sauces to be incorrect, as they usually are, but I see my order stuck on the bag and it's a spicy chicken deluxe and a sprite! Seriously? So I exchange the sprite for the Coke I wanted and gave back the spicy chicken that I never requested and they ask me to pull forward. The girl brings my sandwich up and I want to check it, don't trust them at this point, and the sandwich is cold. Literally cold when I touched the bun and I opened it up and they had slapped some piece of cheese on there. I sent it back and I asked her why would the guy who took my order mess up my order so badly when we had a conversation about what I wanted and her reply was, "for giggles?" Again, seriously? The girl was incompetent. So I wait another 10 minutes, total of at least 15 min waiting at this point. She finally brings me my sandwich and finally it's ok. Literally the only thing they got correct the first time was my waffle fries. Oh, and this time they got the sauces I requested correct, which usually never happens. Never again! Chic fil a is overrated and their customer service is sub par! If I could give less than a one star, I would! Don't waste your money or time, there is too much competition than to go to this place! The crack heads who serve chicken at the jack in the box nearby are friendlier and get your order correct! Better yet, Cane's. Do note that you're able to get parfaits even though it's not actually on their visible menu in the store. The service was quite amiable. They got my order wrong but I noticed the mistake and was able to rectify it before leaving. I got a spicy chicken deluxe meal and replaced the side with a parfait which cost me $11.72. This is some high quality fast food chicken sandwiches. Be prepared for a wait because this establishment tends to get busy. read more

I never thought I would have a bad review for a Chick-fil-A. To start out my fiancé and I's 7 Hour Dr. to California. We decided to stop by the Chick-fil-A on the way out. The drive-through line has three lanes and two of them are for mobile orders, and the other is for regular drive-through customers. At this time of day the drive-through lane For regular customers was so long that it was blocking the sign that said that the other two lanes were for mobile orders. As soon as I realized that when I pulled in to the mobile order lane, not having a mobile order, there was two cars behind me so I couldn't back out. I waited 20 minutes to get to the front of the drive-through Wayne to talk to the person at the window, the person at the window said that I would not be able to order from there and I have to go all the way around. At this point, I decided to go in to the restaurant to order and the line for the restaurant was out of the door homes. When I got to the register, I had already been at this Chick-fil-A location for over an hour waiting to order, I asked to speak to the manager and the manager Crystal Was very not understanding, and did not give any care about how much time I have wasted because of their poor signage. Crystal said that there was nothing she is willing to do for me for wasting all of my time for this. I asked to speak to a manager higher up than her and she said that there wouldn't be one available until 2 PM. It Was 1 PM at the time. I can't believe the lack of care this Chick-fil-A showed me during my experience. I would highly recommend going to the other Chick-fil-A over off of Scottsdale Road. Crystal was obviously lying to me about how the other manager could not talk to me because she was back in the kitchen, because when my fiancé went back in to get Polynesian sauce, it was the other manager who handed her the Polynesian sauce. I thought Chick-fil-A actually cared about their customers, but this one obviously does not care at all. Chick-fil-A is our one and only fast food spot, but yesterday's food made me need to write a review! Their spicy tenders were crispy, hit perfection. I also tried their seasonal Watermelon mint frozen lemonade and at first sip I didn't know what to think, but after a few drinks it was creamy and the perfect amount of sweet and minty. I love this location and Chick-fil-A as a whole. Also, no matter how long their line they make the drive thru fast and efficient and their workers are always nice! Poorly ran restaurant that lacks mature and responsible management. Placed a mobile order and dined inside the place and when the food was brought out we were missing 5 medium lemonades, 1 kid lemonade as well as 12pc grilled nuggets and 3 medium fries. Had to point out the error 5 different times because the 1 employee at the register was trying to handle all the other customers. The rest of the employees were slow walking zombies pretending to be very busy cleaning. Really love Chick-fil-A! We always get a couple chicken sandwiches and the Market Salad. The Market Salad is one of my favorites with fruit, nuts, and slices of warm grilled chicken. They also have soup, shakes, and waffle fries. Their counter service is quick. The employees are courteous and patient when waiting for you to decide. They give you a sign to take to your table, then bring your food to you when it is ready. They keep the line moving even when it's busy. It's always very clean. I have been to at least 4 different Chick-fil-A's since i moved to Arizona and this location in Deer Valley is by far the best. First of all it is right across the street from where i work and they are always giving away free food...via your receipt or sending out discount coupons. They make the best chicken sandwich on earth...i am not kidding. It is the first real chicken breast sandwich i ever seen served at a fast food restaurant. It is a little more expensive than your average chicken sandwich but it is definitely worth it. It is not open on Sunday's because it is a Christian Franchise so they let their employee's have Sunday's off. This particular location has great customer service...fast service...it is extremely clean and all the food is great no matter what you choose. The dessert is not half bad either...so if you ever want the best chicken sandwich you have ever had in your life please go to Chick-fil-A. Eat, Drink, and be Merry my friends!!!! read more

First time at this location. It didn't disappoint. Smaller than many other stores, the service was still quick, courteous, and the food was Ah-may-zing as always!! There's a kid play area and plenty of seating. This store is located on the fringes of the Target/AMC supercenter at I 17 and the 101. So it's hard to spot unless you know it's there. Lots of other eateries are surrounding it. They had THREE drive-thru lanes going yesterday (which means obviously lots of people know it's there!) The service in particular was outstanding. The cashiers and expeditors couldn't have been nicer. We polished off the food quickly (we were hungry!) and it was so good!! I'm going to remember this location for the future. It's not horribly far from my home - AND they're opening a Deseret Bookstore in that same plaza later this month!! read more

For anyone who wants to try to venture outside the box and try their NEW watermelon mint lemonade.. let me inform you of something because they won't and it is not posted anywhere. You CAN NOT get a refill in your cup even though you pay more than any of the other s, m or L drinks, they will not give you any sort of refill what so ever if you purchase the NEW watermelon mint lemonade. I just had lunch there with my husband and 5 kids. We all got meals and I bought a NEW watermelon mint lemonade with my mine meal for $2.25+tax. We all went to get drink refills and I ask for an ice tea refill instead of the watermelon mint lemonade and they absolutely refused to give me any sort of refill. I went today to grab dinner again and I wanted to confirm if this was true and Jaqueline said no, if you didn't get a sandwich , you didn't get the sandwich you paid for . I said oh ok just so I know for next time and she asked well did you want the sandwich now or no? And I said if it's ok , don't want you to get in trouble and she said no we want to make it right . I JUST WANNA SAY THANK YOU JACKIE! Thank you for not being rude and actually explaining to me and she said of course ! The employees are super nice a few complaints drive thru is ridiculous and the coke taste watered down.

I don't know what it is about this Chick-Fil-A but the food quality is always lacking compared to other stores, which sucks because this one is extremely convenient for my morning commute. Every time I order the Chicken Biscuits or the Chicken Minis (my favorites on the morning menu) the biscuit and the mini yeast rolls are always dry, crumbly and stale tasting and the chicken usually seems dry and overcooked. On the few occasions I've had dining during lunch time, the waffle fries have always been soft and floppy rather than crisp. I highly suggest visiting the Chick-Fil-A at Peoria & 31st ave over this one. The food quality is always good and they even give you a little butter mint with each order. read more
