This has been my neighborhood Chick-fil-A for many years, and it just went through a major renovation while closed for some time. The food is always tasty, and there is sometimes a long line or long wait at the pick-up counter, and there is sometimes no wait. Today, I ordered pick-up before I arrived, and I waited only about five minutes for my order. This location has plenty of seating and a playground indoors along with curbside pickup, order to a particular seat, order to go, order catering online, or traditional orders at the register. Normally I would never give chic fil a a 3 star review but I asked for the crunchy bell peppers to add to my southwest salad. It was clearly added on the receipt but was it in my bag? No, no it wasn't. I had a specific taste for a specific salad that was ruined because my items were not correct t in the bag. I even told the guy handing me my food that something is always missing . He said oh no like he didn't make a mistake with my order with the missing items. I'm so bummed out and I would drive back over there but I have to work now so I can't. I usually go to my chick fil a in Arcadia but today I was in PV running errands with my puppy and thought both of us would get a treat. When I asked for a pup cup the person said the manager has done away with them. I now know never to go back to this location. No pup cup and grilled chicken sandwich cold. I highly recommend the Arcadia location where food always is delicious and the manager and staff are super friendly to both their 2 legged and 4 paw customers. I was heading home from Hobby Lobby with my 2 year old in tow, and we were in need of a quick dinner because mama spent too much time shopping! This isn't our neighborhood Chick-fil-a, but like all of them, they had a good sized line around 5:45 PM! The gals working the line were definitely diligent in making sure that it moved along quickly and it even looked like there was a manager out there supporting them. Love to see that! We were in and out in about 10 minutes and loved our meal, as usual! I always go with the Deluxe chicken sandwich with buffalo + ranch sauces and my little man loves the chicken nugget kid's meal. The fries are my absolute favorite out of all fast food concepts. YUM! We had them all eaten by the time that we pulled into the driveway... ha! I may have created a car-eating french fry monster in my little dude. I would recommend this location if needing a CFA fix! The slowest service ever! This is just not a one time experience, they are consistently slow with their service yet have tons of employees behind the counter. Today I waited 7 minutes in the drive thru and didn't move. Finally backed out and ordered my food inside which also took a ridiculous amount of time. Mobile ordering is not any better. Don't do mobile order ! I submit a mobile order online. They said something went wrong w/ the chick-fil-a app so I needed to repay. I did repay but when I got home , I ended up noticing I was charged 2X for the same order. I went today to dispute in person & there's nothing they can do bc apparently the order was cancelled ... how was the ordered cancelled but I was still charged and I HAVE THE RECEIPTS of my purchase. I will attached all receipts & screenshots below ! I have never been to a Chick-fil-A like this before. Chick-fil-A is known for trying to please the customer but it's been a hassle to try get $15 back from a $30 Chick-fil-A meal ! I would try another Chick-fil-A if you can . So did a mobile order for the first time. It was super easy! Also ordered breakfast for the first time at Chick-fil-A. I got the chicken biscuit & 4 count minis & hash browns. It was delicious. The chicken biscuit was super good, you can taste the honey in the biscuit. It's good with any sausage for example mayo, ranch or polynesian. Polynesian sauce is my favorite for the chicken biscuit & minis. They do have a couple of outdoor seating. There's a play place inside. Previous orders placed online for pickup were fine but I want to warn you - AVOID THE DRIVE THROUGH AT ALL COSTS!!! Started in the line under the awning and it took 30 minutes to get our food and our order was wrong ‍ They forgot one of our fries which we caught and so I walked into the store to get them. *****BEWARE***** After calling the customer support number they looked up my account and it sounds like this location is SCAMMING customers by saying their coupons do not work when they do, requesting payment, then pocketing the cash. THIS LOCATION RUINED CHICK-FIL-A. Absolute disregard for customers. We have 2 drive through lanes. We are stuck behind a large van doing a large order for approximately 10-15 minutes. The staff instead of handling the issue makes all the customers wait behind the van yet 6 cars in the 1st lane drive up and continue to go by. So going forward people please make one lane a "mobile order line" and other lane drive up and order. Otherwise walk the van forward to the order board and then everyone else will pull up in the order as they pull in to remain efficient and to keep things going smoothly. Seriously I spoke to management she had glasses, blonde hair and blue shirt and frankly said "well we must keep the cars moving " did not remotely have a care that all of us were stuck in the lane. My family and I frequent this location. Last week, 4/12/23, my husband and I were set to pick up a large order for a baseball team. The order pick up time was set for 3:45, with the bus departing for an away game 4:15... but very last minute, we found out the bus departure time was changed to 3:45! I called the restaurant in somewhat of a panic and asked if the order (25 sandwiches!) could be made ASAP instead, due to the predicament. I spoke to the manager- I'm 99% sure his name was Michael... and he was very willing to help. We arrived and the order was ready almost right away upon arrival. Michael again assisted and was so kind, even though this was in no way his fault the time got moved, and it must have been a pretty big chore to get this large order done so fast.
