If you browse the Raising Cane's website, you will find that they serve "the most craveable chicken finger meals" and that it's their "one love." It turns out they are right as every time I go to Raising Cane's, their chicken fingers and sauce are indeed the most craveable chicken fingers I can recall over the years. This is the Raising Cane's location closest to where I live, and I have enjoyed meals many times at this location, as recently as this summer. The service is also great and the food comes out very quickly and is very tasty. They have five combo options. My regular pick of combo meals is the 3 Finger Combo, consisting of three chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, Cane's sauce, Texas toast, and a regular fountain drink or tea. If I was even more hungry or prepared to share, I may have chosen the larger combos like the Box Combo (an extra chicken finger and coleslaw) or the Caniac Combo (six total chicken fingers, two sauces, coleslaw, fries, Texas toast, and a drink). They also have the Sandwich Combo and the Kids Combo. They also have tailgate options and extras (add-ons). I absolutely adore their lemonade with their small crushed ice, too. My kids absolutely love Raising Cane's, especially my son! He begs for it, and we just wish there was a location closer to Desert Ridge. The Paradise Valley location is our closest, and I think a Cane's in Desert Ridge would do so well! The drive-thru at the Paradise Valley location is a little funky because you have to pull in and drive past the drive-thru entrance before getting into the actual line. That said, the drive-thru is always pretty quick. My son always gets the Caniac Combo . It's a big meal for him so he usually eats half and then saves the other half for later. He doesn't like coleslaw, so he substitutes it for an extra piece of Texas toast. Since the combo already comes with toast, he ends up with two pieces, which he loves because he makes a chicken sandwich with them! He always gets extra sauce, and more than once he has convinced me to order the "cup of sauce," which is SO much sauce! I only do that when my daughter and husband are getting meals too so everyone can share it and it doesn't go to waste. My husband always gets a half tea, half lemonade with his combo. And of course, there is something about that Cane's sauce that is just so good! My son loves dipping both his chicken and fries in it. Cane's is definitely a family favorite, and we would love to see one closer to Desert Ridge! Until then, we'll keep making the drive to Paradise Valley. read more

I come to this Cane's location all the time, and it's always consistently great. This week has been especially long and stressful, so I decided to swing through the drive-thru tonight to grab some food and unwind. Tobin was the one who helped me, and his upbeat, positive energy and genuinely polite attitude were exactly what I needed to turn my day around. Even through the drive-thru, his attitude stood out and made a real difference. We were greeted with a team of happy employees- everyone with a smile and good energy. We ordered the three piece combo which was jam packed with food- we even took some home. I just landed in Arizona and got my first meal and experienced my first time at Raising Cane's. As someone who can enjoy KFC but also Churches Chicken in Seattle, I was a bit underwhelmed by the breading and sauce. It kinda just reminded me of fry sauce and I think KFC is crispier. I went through the drive-thru and ordered food. The guy who took my order and payment was great -- no complaints there. The problem came after. The way the drive-thru is set up makes it almost impossible to leave, so when I realized I wanted ketchup, napkins, and an extra sauce, I parked and went inside. You'd think that would be simple enough, but instead I was met with terrible customer service. When I asked for extra sauce and napkins, the employee (with others watching) told me there was already sauce on the sandwich and refused to give me anything extra. When I asked if I could speak with the manager, I was still denied and treated like I was asking for something unreasonable. I even showed my receipt, but it didn't matter. For the prices Raising Cane's charges, it's disappointing to be treated like this. Customer service matters, and here it was completely lacking. If you want anything extra -- even something as small as ketchup or napkins -- don't bother asking, because apparently that's too much for them. read more

Uhhhhh ohhhh! What is going on with PV Cane's?! My son and I on 2 separate occasions have had immediate food poisoning. My daughter had the 3 piece combo with a large lemonade last night. She put her drink in the refrigerator after saying on the way home it smelled soapy. I said "WHAT?!" Don't drink it. I figured it was ok because, she then put it in the fridge. I grabbed her drink from the fridge today while on my lunch break- took 3 sips- tasted the soap taste and immediately vomited. I like Cane's. We go there pretty often. My son about 2 months ago threw up for 2 days after a 3 finger chicken combo. Sometimes- the line is rushed and our order is inaccurate. I'd prefer accuracy over speed at all times. Areas for improvement- Slow down Double check the quality and accuracy. Sanitization? Food and Safety Checks I would have called the store today but- I am on Zoom meetings. They will not give you napkins or ketchup in the drive thru and if you get off your car to ask for some make sure you bring your receipt. They will accuse you of not ordering food and then they will say you got a sandwich which doesn't qualify for extra canes sauce because it's already on the sandwich. This store is struggling and it shows! Check your bags before you leave the drive thru and make sure they give you napkins, sauce, or ketchup before you leave the drive thru or they will not give it to you if you walk inside and ask for it. You would think they are taking the items out of employees checks with how bad they refuse to give these items out. read more

I have gone to this Canes all my life and have loved it. Today I did an online order for first time. I asked for an extra sauce which is extra money, and only received one sauce as shown in photo. I discovered this after my 20 min drive home and was extremely disappointed, as the sauce is the best part and is necessary for the meal. I also asked for it to be extra crispy and it was not, but that one isn't a huge deal since I didn't pay extra for it to be extra crispy. Overall sad about this experience as it's not close to where I live (north Scottsdale) but it's the closest one and I love Canes. read more

Well, I was quite drunk and only had a few bites of chicken and fries. Both were pretty good in my drunk mind. Chicken tasted fresh and fries were crispy and not soggy. Cane's sauce was good too. I don't really remember what it tasted like, but I do remember I liked it. Combo meals come with fries, slaw and toast. My friend substituted the slaw for a second piece of toast.
