This is consistently the worst Chick-fil-A I've experienced. If they don't completely forget your order, they miss an item or put the wrong item in. I assume it stems from the manager, who's name starts with a T and ends with an Om, who lacks any customer service skills. The last time he told me my order was "lost" (after I waited 30 min in curbside for it, not to mention the third tome they've told me my order was "lost"), and I told him he should have some remedy, he actually replied "whatever" and "I don't know what to tell ya". Hate coming to this location. Can't ever park, always way too crowded, drive thru is never fast, I've been overcharged and had them fix it the last 3 visits, and they're always running out of trays when you eat in, so you have to get a to go bag which is so inconvenient!!! The reality of it is, there's a huge stack of trays and no one cleaning them! Just poorly managed. The chicken is always cooked inconsistently as well. My husband and I always seem to crave this place on Sundays, imagine that! The one day they are closed! But really, this place, despite how busy they get, still manages to put out great food. And I usually do the drive thru, and I can say with all certainty that their staff is the nicest group of people trained in customer service you will ever interact with. They always sound upbeat, thank me, and tell me to have a great day. In other fast food chain drive thrus, it's difficult to even get a thank you, forget the rest of it! Picked up a mobile order through the drive through last night. When I got home and started eating, I found a hair in my French fries. We ended up throwing away $16.00 worth of food, as we were absolutely disgusted and couldn't continue eating. I messaged the store last night via Instagram regarding my concerns and they didn't look at the message or respond. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Every time I come here it seems to always be an issue whether it be not receiving items I ask for or being told my order can't be taken when I already online ordered. Maybe the app should get fixed along with the service that is currently there. I wish I didn't waste my time and just go to Wendy's. I also wish I didn't waste my gas driving 20 minutes away just to be told they can't give me my breakfast order because breakfast is over. Yet, I ordered 15 minutes before breakfast was over and I still couldn't get what I paid for! Ridiculous and pathetic! Fix your app so it can tell you 15 minutes beforehand that you can't order breakfast. For a place that says service is their first priority clearly doesn't seem like it. I love Chik Fil A and usually this location is amazing. I usually hit the drive thru but this morning decided to go in and have breakfast inside. I placed my order at 10AM and didn't receive my food until 10:17AM.... oh and all we ordered was a cup of fruit and a bacon bagel sandwich. Always great customer service and very clean restroom, dining area, and play area. My sons and I go here occasionally as a treat and have never had a bad experience. Yesterday, my oldest and I went here for lunch. While walking in, he told me a mosquito bite on his ankle itched. The manager overheard and offered some some anti-itch ointment from the store's first-aid box. The ointment was not necessary and we politely declined, but I was impressed that he offered. I wish more places and people operated like Chick- Fil-A. The world would be a better place! read more

Just had by far the worst experience at any fast food establishment ever. The workers had attitudes, absolutely no direction on where to go in line and when to pull up and pay. Took north of a half hour in line and it wasn't that long. And once we finally pulled up to the window, they rushed us to leave and pulled away our order was incorrect. Chick fil a is my guilty pleasure. If I am craving some fast food, chick fil a is my go to. I love their chicken strips and chicken nuggets especially with their chick fil a sauce. Their strips and nuggets are always tender, juicy, and crispy and when dunked in their tangy, honey mustardy, bbq sauce--it's just heaven. Their sandwiches are also delicious with a generous chicken breast in between buttery bread. It is not a patty full of processed meat but actual chicken. Basically, they know how to fry chicken. Also, make sure to get some waffle fries. You cannot go wrong with waffle fries. Chick fil a is always a pleasure to have once in a while. read more

I have show this place Grace so many times. I really don't want to leave a bad for you, but I think that this is necessary. I cannot count how many times they have messed up my order. They rarely get the order complete.When I have substituted my fries for fruit they have given me fries. I order a tea half cut with no ice they give me ice. Today when I ordered my tea half cut with no ice they gave me tea that is obviously old. Am I picky, Maybe? Or maybe I just like to receive fresh food and drink. The service is always excellent! Everyone is professional and friendly. I love the food, and it's always been fresh. The greatest costumer service in the entire food industry. One time I tried to throw away my own trash and an employee rushed over to take care of it for me. The food is cheap yet always delicious and the place is always incredibly clean. I've never been there when it wasn't busy but the employees take every step to get your food out as quickly as possible, it's really impressive. This Chick-fil-A store forgot to put a 12-count nugget in my drive thru order. A simple enough mistake - it was crowded that day. I called upon realizing their mistake and the manager who took my call assured me they would send me a coupon for the 12 count nugget in addition to other coupons. I made sure to clarify multiple times that I would be getting at least this much, because I would rather have an immediate refund rather than coupons to be mailed. Over two weeks later I finally received a hand written note from Chick-fil-A and a coupon for less than the value of a 12 piece nugget. I love Chick-fil-A's food, but I will never return to this store. This location is almost always crowded and probably won't miss my business, but I hope for their sake they become more conscious of how they treat customers so as to not lose anymore. read more

With the coupon about to expire, I drove to my Chik Fil A on Washington Road to use a coupon I had used 4 previous times. I mentioned the coupon when I ordered and they refused to take it when I went to pay. They need to train their employees at this location. I have no problem spending my money elsewhere. read more

Great food, great value, but they don't check the bag. I visit the Chick Fil A South Hills Pittsburgh store drive-thru once or twice a week, usually at lunch time. Within my last dozen or so visits, my order has been wrong four times. Three times, I ordered a sandwich meal and six nuggets, and the six nuggets were omitted from the order. Most recently, I ordered a fish sandwich meal, and received a chicken sandwich meal. One time, I did catch that the nuggets were not in the bag and went inside and got them. I realize I should check the bag every time, but the drive-thru line is often ten minutes or more and you want to keep things moving for the next person. I think it would be very useful for them to instruct their crews on the importance of checking the bag before it leaves the store. I like the restaurant and recommend it - I'm only posting here because communicating via the Chik Fil A website requires the consumer to give up A LOT of personal information. read more

Great food. The staff & service is what really makes this place nice to come to. They are very friendly and check on everyone at the tables. They are even willing to take your trash and refill your drinks. I personally don't take advantage of that, but some do. Kids area could be larger. read more
