This location is great. The staff is very friendly all the time. They are always asking if they could improve anything. The food is always great. Never a problem. The store is also very clean. Something has changed with this location. My past 3 visits have been bad experiences as a walk-up dine inside customer. Each time there is a lengthy line to order (8-10) people, with only one or two order takers. Twice it was at 7:30 pm and the other time was 2:30 in afternoon. The waiting line for to-go or phone order was getting all the attention! The manager on duty seemed to be so overwhelmed with kitchen and drive thru issues she could not help with the waiting customers. There are lots of employees, but only two or three dealing with the dining room. Very disappointed. read more

Due to the short notice, however Kayla Martin the sales manager was gracious enough give our student lunch gift cards instead. She was very accommodating and super friendly. This Chick-Fil-A always provides extraordinary service, and all the employees seem genuinely happy unlike other fast-food franchises. The food is always good here, and it seems all the workers go out of their way to be extra friendly. They're obviously trained to say "my pleasure" (which is a bit overkill at times), but their friendliness is genuinely authentic. If you have children, there is a playground in the back. If you come during lunchtime, the place is very busy but the wait for service isn't that long. In contrast, the place is empty during breakfast time. read more

I have always been impressed with the courteous staff every time I go, but today was especially wonderful. I went through the drive thru with my son, ordered my food and got to the window, and realized I left my debit card at home. I looked all through my purse, and still came up empty handed. The kind young lady at the window smiled at me and said, we will take care of you, and proceeded to hand me everything I had ordered. I was and still am in shock by her kindness. Chik Fil-A definitely has the highest of standards for their employees as far as drive thru restaurants are concerned. I didn't catch her name but she had a smiling pretty face, and short dark hair. After practice I was so excited to get chick-fil-a . My friend and I were craving it . So we go through the drive thru and theres a pretty decent line, no problem its worth it. When we got our order at the window with our drinks ,my friend and i both got dr.peppers and there was no carbonation at all.
