Funny how the LA guy has the nerve to call Pompano "the ghetto" especially the Lighthouse Point area. To be clear this is fast food. I have two separate ratings and a 4 star for fast food is not the same as a 4 star for a sit down restaurant. But as fast food goes, it is an excellent sandwich and I'm not even much of a chicken fan. Polite and friendly staff, but you have to watch it in the drive though as they can be pretty lazy and forget stuff, give you the wrong item, etc. But the best thing of all, IT IS CLEAN. I don't feel like I am going to get some third world disease if I eat at a table. Nice touches are polite employees that offer to refill your drink without being asked and things like that. read more

I became upset only after I tried to call, listen to there long message, pushed #4 to get a voice mail....not many people were in the restaurant and maybe 3 people in the drive thru, bad customer service. Overall I am always pleased with any visit to this location whether it be drive thru or dine in. I have noticed since Efraim Silva bought this location, they don't wipe down the table as often. I hardly ever see an employee walking around with the wipe packets. I've also noticed a lot more teenagers working the front line who are either always gossiping with each other or ones that are on break(?) standing around chatting with those that are on the clock and supposed to be working the customers in line at registers. I wish I knew the name of the drive thru order taker on my most recent visit. Receipt states "Harvey" but I don't think that it accurate. This person was so busy cutting me off to make over the top commentary that he didn't get my order right & told my total before I could even finish my order. Please Please Please take this person off the front line. Don't let him be an order taker. Please place him in a position where he has minimal opportunity to engage with customers. Also, Honey Roasted BBQ is very different in taste & how it's pronounced to Honey Mustard or just BBQ sauce. I don't know why so many times I am given Honey Mustard or BBQ. I don't know if they only half listen or what but most often then not, I am always having to re-ask for Honey Roasted BBQ and have to swap out what they first threw in bag. read more

Their food quality is the same as any other fast food: cheap, processed and extremely bad for you. The best thing on their menu is the fries. Chick-Fil-A employees here know good customer service! Not only do you get cheap, healthy (compared to other fast food joints), delicious (I dare you to find better fast food chicken!) chicken variations, but amazing service. I don't expect it or need it at a fast food place, but they do it anyway, and let me tell you, it goes a long way! They will bring your lunch to your table, refill your drink if need be, get you anything you need, give you moist towelettes & take your tray when you're done. The truth is I'm a southerner so I've been eating Chick-fil-A for a very long time. Being a southerner, I know a little bit about fried chicken and have eaten some of the best fried chicken the south has to offer. So when I give this location 5 stars I'm not doing so casually. The one thing I've always appreciated about Chick-fil-A is the effort they go to from the standpoint of service. This location not only has great food but they also have excellent service. I'm not alone in my view of their food so you can expect to see me and many others waiting in long lines during lunch and dinner hours to place our orders. So as some other's have noted in their reviews you might experience long waits if you visit this restaurant during the lunch or dinner rush. What you'll also find is that the vast majority of Chick-fil-A customers are considerate and polite. So if you do experience long lines you typically won't have to deal with rude and obnoxious fellow customers waiting in lines with you. Of course the food is worth the wait. read more
