I wish there was another chick fil a closer than this one. I mobile order every time I go and usually get a Cobb salad and sometimes a side. I feel like I have an issue ALMOST every time. Either something is forgotten or the salad is barely full. Yesterday I got a salad and extra strips. I asked for BBQ and ranch. When I got home the salad wasn't filled like it is at other chick fil as and I had ranch and a ketchup in my bag no BBQ. Last visit they forgot the dressing to the salad... big big miss. This location can get very busy during weekend breakfast or dinner. I've found using their app to order in advance is very helpful and allows you to run in and grab your items. Four of us went to the Brier Creek drive-through while visiting NC. There were many workers standing outside, so one of them came to our car and asked what we want. We asked for a menu, he said they don't have one, and you have to keep on driving and order at the same time. Crazy concept! So dangerous too. As you're driving, you have to make sure not to hit anyone or the poles. There's no chick-fil-A yet in the state that we live in so we did not know the menu items. When we drove up to big, posted menu, we stopped but he told us we had to keep driving. Really? So the guy recited the menu to us. Mind you, we're driving and trying to order at the same time. The whole thing was a big, messy rush! I will say the server was very professional and got our order correct. When we got our food, we were rushed away. So we drive away and when we were ready to eat, we see that they forgot one of our sandwiches! I called for a refund since we charged it, and they said "NO", we have to come back in person. We were no longer in the area and flying out the next day. So they have our money and refused to reimburse us. This is a terrible policy. And an odd, uncomfortable drive-through type service. read more

A bacon-egg-cheese biscuit is not the same without the cheese! I ordered two and both were missing the cheese. The service is always with a smile and a "my pleasure!" However, at this location, which the interior was always spotless, they typically botch an order. Yes, my wife and I have received several botched orders but the place was always clean and they were always sooooo nice. I felt like apologizing to them for asking them to correct an order.
