Great food, but as I'm noticing in the Triangle area, this location stays just as busy as the other ones. I used the drive through one day during a late lunch & it was STILL busy. We ordered three bacon, egg and cheese biscuits at the drive-thru this morning, no sides, no drinks. Simple. Easy peasy. While the receipt stapled to the bag said "3 bec", we received 2 egg biscuits and 1 bec. Big fail. Two-thirds of our order was wrong. The new drive thru system doesn't work. It's not fair for the people who are standing in the original line to have the faster lane cut them off, yet alone, being told to wait while their order is being taken. Seriously chick fil a you can do better. It's not safe this way. Also, if you're going to start taking orders with recognizing types of cars, I suggest you hire some people who actually know a lot about cars and food. Wow! This chick fil a REALLY got it together when they reopened after their renovations! We live close to this one and have gone here for years, always having issues. Since they have reopened, they always get everything right, and they are SO fast! I just went during lunch rush and there had to be 50+ cars in front of me and I was out in roughly 15-20 minutes. I had a good experience at this Chick-fil-A. The service was quick for how busy it was, and the food came out freshly made. My chicken sandwich was piping hot inside and perfectly fried. There's nothing like biting into a piece of freshly fried Chick-fil-A chicken. The waffle fries were hot and weren't overly salty, which was nice. Overall, the service and food here was good, and it's definitely one of the better Chick-fil-A's in the area. read more

Admittedly, I love Chickfila. Most of the time they offer amazing service and they provide me with everything I need. This was not the case at the Brier Creek Chickfila. At other Chickfila locations you are served your food quickly and you are asked for a refill multiple times. I sat at this location for 30 minutes waiting out a storm and not one employee asked to refill my drink. To make matters worse, I stood at the counter as THREE employees made eye contact with me and non of them took the initiative to refill my drink. I will make certain to go out of my way to avoid this Chickfila. I'd rather drive 10 miles out of my way to Southpoint or to Glenwood Ave to get better service. read more

Chick fil a's food is extremely exquisite .My meal consists of beautifully breaded chicken that tastes absolutely exquisite with a nice slice of cheese that is melted onto the chicken. amazingly baked bread. Perfectly salted warm fries. A 12 piece nuggets that is breaded perfectly. To top off the meal, they provide you with a fresh lemonade that is perfectly made. Do you know how certain restaurants give you very little sauce? Chick fil a supplies you with multiple sauces around 8-10 which is great for the people who like to double dip. Chick fil a also is a great place to order food because no matter how many people you are feeding no matter how much food you order they will always be able to execute your order in a timely manner. There's a saying Chick fil a's lines are always long but truly their short. Their customer service moves very fast daily and every single last one of them are very respectful. If you decide you want to dine in, no problem they'll bring you whatever you order as well as the sauces and eating utensils. If you have to use the bathroom; there bathrooms are beautiful there and very sanitary. You can tell the person who cleaned it really takes their job seriously. The first time I went to a Chick fil a, I wasn't sure on what to get so I got something random. Their meal was delicious and also filled my stomach. It was the perfect meal for me. When I first walked in the music was very calming and the mood was really chill every time i go in. The food is quite expensive but your taste buds will tell you how worth it it was spending that money. I highly recommend going to chick fil a for these reasons displayed above. Update 6/17/19: This place continues to be the absolute worst location I've been to. Waited 20 minutes in line on a Monday night around 9pm. When I finally get to the window, the children behind the register (probably 5 of them) are arguing about abortion. This was a full fledged argument. I doubt they're even 20 years old. Is there a manager anywhere to be seen? Nope. They're just going on and on without a care in the world if others can here them and how slow they are being because they're completely involved in this argument! I hit them up after 2:30 today for a quick lunch​ and the drive-thru line left the parking lot and stretch out onto the adjoining street. Even inside the place was packed. This was the Brier Creek store which is in a suburb just North West of Raleigh, not even the busiest part of town, and an hour after lunch they're still rocking. It's sad to see how horrible this location has gotten. The food quality and staff friendliness is just not there anymore. Today we placed a mobile order and an hour later we are barely receiving it. Not only did they initially give us someone's else's order but they still managed to messed our order up once we returned the incorrect food. On their second try, they missed the eggs from the biscuits so we told them, they went back to supposedly remake the biscuits, 30 minutes later we had to get out of the car and attempt to go inside to figure out where our food was. At this point the staff have us an egg, just a plain egg so we could add to the biscuits that they had forgotten to add them to. Are you kidding me?! Wow. I will NEVER be back thanks to some disrespectful employees. I am a busy mom of two kids so I end up at this Chick Fil A at least twice a week. Usually there are absolutely no issues. So last week when I sat in the drive through on a busy Friday, then got home to the chicken sandwich out of my Chicken Sandwich meal missing, I shrugged it off. It happens, I was tired and didn't want to have to drive back and sit in line forever for them to give me my correct meal. Then I sent my husband out today to get us lunch. He ordered three meals and a salad. When he got home, we were missing a medium fry. Again, not a big deal except this was now the second time in a week that food I have paid for has been missing. So I sent him back to quickly run in and grab the missing fry thinking it would be no big deal....it's a medium fry. I WASN'T expecting to get a raging phone call from him after what he believed to be the STORE MANAGER looked him in his face and called him a LIAR in front of all of the lunch rush customers. Over fries.... He attempted to explain to this woman over and over he didn't need the whole meal again. That he ordered a number one, medium and just the fries were missing. She wouldn't stop accusing him of trying to get free food long enough for him to even get a word in. I can assure you....my husband didn't want to drive all the way back to chick fil a to get some free fries. We simply wanted the food we paid for. Not to be disrespected in front of at least a dozen people by someone who clearly woke up on the wrong side of the bed. read more
