I was in Cameron Village District and decided to pick up lunch on my way home. I ordered in the Chick-fil-A app and picked up my Jalapeño Ranch Club Sandwich with a Spicy Filet through their Mobile Thru. I ate my sandwich about 30 minutes later once I was home, but it was still delicious. The toppings were fresh and the Spicy Filet was huge! I loved that they put the Jalapeño Ranch on the side, the bun didn't get soggy. The Mobile line was longer than their regular drive-thru line, so if I come back to this location again, I would wait to submit my order until I see which line is shorter. read more

I usually am a repeated customer at this location, in the past few months, I constantly have to wait in really long drive-through lines, the whole parking lot cant even contain the correct amount of cars because it shares a lot with a gym and shopping centre. The wait is always 15-20 min if not longer, and most people are trying to get food for work but it seems almost impossible to try to get food here on a 30 min break because is it so poorly mismanaged. I get to the drive thru window and they only have my drink ready and they'll make me wait at a whole different location for 1 item, and 90% of the time, they forget i am waiting and i see car after leave. Making people wait in a different location and forgetting about them is ridiculous, this is the 3rd time this has happened to me where I leave and just dont get food because the wait time so long and they cant keep up with whats going on, young adults there dont seem to care about hospitality and customer service, would rather talk about person stuff than rather help and move and make sure people get there food. I happened to be in the Village District and thought I'd stop at Chick Fil A as I needed something to eat. I think I should have checked the reviews first. My mistake. Ordering seemed to go smoothly and the order was mostly correct but they didn't include the sauces or salad dressing. My bill was almost $20 so these items should have been included as they were part of the meal. The drive thru was set up strange too where your food is delivered to the passenger side rather than the driver's side. If you want fast service but not accurate service this might be the place for you. read more

The drive thru and the parking lot are really congested. We were told to park in the waiting area while our food was being prepared, but there weren't any vacant spots. The cashier/ drive-thru attendant bought our food out and immediately went back to the window area while I checked to see if it was correct. The additional requested items were missing, so I had to walk up to the window to request them a second time. I'm not sure if they hired some of their family members on a work release program fresh out of prison at this chick fil a but I have never had such a hostile and horrible experience in my life. I placed a mobile order and when I arrived someone had gotten in the wrong lane which prevented me from scanning my QR code. By the time someone came over to take the persons order I ended up scanning at 10:30am which is when breakfast ends. I sat and waited for 5min before anyone came to the car. Someone named Leetta came and said it cancelled because it scanned too late. We explained what happened but her attitude and demeanor clearly showed she didn't care. She simply said there was nothing she could do. When I asked if they had any biscuits left she said yes but you didn't pay so I can't give it to you. Even though they already took the money out my acct. I said that's fine. I'll pay now and this girl told me I would need to drive back around in the drive thru and place the order instead of her just taking it. I asked for a manager and she said I'm a very ghetto & rude way with her neck moving "It's me! That's right...I am her. I'm the manager". I said never mind then. Her coworker then came over to ask what happened. We explained and then she said yeah there's nothing we can do and you're holding up the line. My daughter told her she was being rude and asked how she got hired and this thing rolled her sleeves up and told her to get out the car threatening to fight her. I am in shock. Went to this location on Saturday because it was the closest between home and work. Used my app in the drive thru line to place an order for an 8 piece nugget meal, Mac and cheese and large sweet tea. I received a free chicken sandwich as a reward. Service was great and I got my food in a timely manner. I leave the premises and get half way to work (keep in mind this is around 2:30-2:45 pm and I have to be at work at 3 pm-11 pm) and go to take a sip of my tea and I promise that tea had not one drop of sugar in it. I was pissed. I decided to call the store and let them know and to my surprise the "manager" was very nonchalant. Only thing she said was that she would have someone to change it out. She did not offer me and opportunity to come back on another day for a replacement or anything. I was most disappointed because I'm not use to that type of customer service from Chick Fil A. Only reason I gave them 3 stars is because the two gentlemen in drive thru were so polite and attentive. This was not my typical experience for sure. read more

My wife and I had an absolutely terrible customer service experience Wednesday evening while in the drive-through with three children in the car. We ordered milkshakes for the kids along with food for all five of us, and when we got to the front of the line to receive the food I was handed the large bag of food, as I was sitting in the passenger seat. With my hands still full getting the food bag in the car, the employee placed a drink holder with the three milkshakes on the car windowsill and immediately let it go without checking to see if I had a hand for it. This caused it to fall, spilling all three milkshakes on my pants, shoe, and the inside of the door of my wife's new car. The employee then disappeared, and I had to ask multiple people for napkins, and received no offer of assistance to clean up the mess. When we finally got things cleaned up as best we could and asked for a manager, an employee named Izaiyah stated that he was a manager. We made the request that something be done to make up for the mess caused by the employee's negligence and were informed that in order to refund the milkshakes he would have to take them back. Instead, the employee who spilled the shakes handed me a few gift cards for free nuggets/cookies. When my wife informed the manager that we were very disappointed with the customer service he replied very rudely, turned his back, and walked away. I sent a private message with this information to the business on Wednesday evening to give them the chance to make it right before posting a bad review. In this message I included photos of my pants and shoe. The pants have since been washed but the stains will not come out completely, which means I will have to purchase a new pair. There has been no response despite waiting 3 days. I am incredibly disappointed with this entire experience and can no longer in good conscience recommend this location to anyone. There are multiple other Chick-fil-a locations close by that have always provided excellent service. read more

The handful of times I've been to the Chick-fil-A in the past month have been great experiences. Almost always, there has been a really long line to order, but the line goes by so quickly that it's really not that noticeable. They handle efficiency quite well. I love that the upstairs area is very kid-friendly, including mini-booths and smaller chairs. There is outdoor seating as well, with a mini-play area (that's only really mounds, but kids seem to enjoy it) for nice weather days. And the food is always top-notch. Spicy chicken sandwich is my go-to, but I enjoy the Cobb Salad as well as their Waffle Fries. And don't get me started on the Peach Milkshakes. I'd be in trouble if they were available all year long. read more

I went to this Chick-fil-A when I was in Raleigh and I had a really good experience! I love Chick-fil-A. When I heard that Raleigh had a two story Chick-fil-A, I had to go! Overall, this Chick-fil-A is pretty much like all of the other Chick-fil-A restaurants that I've gone to. The service was great and the food was good! I ordered what I usually get, the chicken sandwich. I also had a lemonade as my drink. The lemonade and chicken sandwich were both delicious. My friend and I decided to eat our food on the second floor, on the little outside area. The seating outside was nice. I'm glad that the restaurant has outdoor seating! After we ate our food, we heard that there is a conveyer belt that can take your food to the second floor for you! I wish we knew that before we ate our food! It would have been cool to see our food on the conveyer belt! Overall, this Chick-fil-A is just like any other Chick-fil-A location. The only difference is that this restaurant has two stories! I like this particular Chick Fil a because there are 2 levels which I think is really cool. In spite of it being lunch time there was no line (we dined in) they brought our food up shortly after we sat down. The cashier who's name was Sabrin was really pleasant + nice. She was very patient with me as I had my son who I was trying to keep still. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and it was good. I ordered my son the kids meal 4 ct with fries + milk everything was fresh. The only downside is that this particular location doesn't have a play area. They have an area outside for warmer days but nothing inside. The staff was very good as well. Every time someone got up they made sure that they cleaned the table. This is the 5th time I have had a major issue with this restaurant. Their new fast mobile order service is anything but. For one, you go to scan the QR code but it won't load because the wifi at their location is so terrible. Then they will send you in circles around the drive thru until you realize you will have to give up on the mobile order and place a new one. You'll drive up to the food distribution area and they'll tell you to wait in a parking spot. Finally, after an hour, you will see a worker carrying your food but he just can't seem to find your car that is in pain sight. The workers her are so incredibly incompetent and unhelpful. I highly suggest finding somewhere else if your not trying to ruin your evening. read more

I would give negative stars if I could. I am having an absolutely terrible week, as my upstairs neighbor flooded my house. I needed a chicken biscuit to feel better. I ordered two chicken biscuits but when I came home, I had two sausage biscuits! I do not eat pork. The receipt on the bag said chicken biscuits. I called my restaurant once and was disconnected by an employee. I called AGAIN and was disconnected from the manager. I called A THIRD time. I am a very hungry woman, having a very bad week who just wanted her biscuit. The manager said I could come back. However, I cannot come back! I have water intrusion people at my house and I can't leave them. I asked for my money back! No can do- you need to come back for that too. She finally offered me two biscuit rewards and that will have to do even though I don't want to give you any more of my business. Then she calls me! I can't find you in our rewards system. I give her my member number - she still can't find me! She's like can you come in tomorrow. NO I cannot- -the water intrusion people will be back and claims adjuster will be out! She said she'd open a ticket and get me my a reward biscuits for later date. I do not have faith that I'll ever get my biscuits. Updating this review: * I've noticed on several occasions recently that the portion size on your sandwiches seems smaller than usual, or maybe it's just me. I had to take a picture and share this time around. Every time I get a sandwich at this location this is how it is. I also found the one single pickle on the sandwich pretty funny as well. * I'm usually not one to ever complain about Chick-fil-a, but last night after getting home from this location I was frustrated. I consistently order the same thing most visits, a grilled chicken sandwich and 8 grilled chicken nuggets. When I opened my bag there were fried nuggets, and I thought no big deal, they just didn't hear me order correctly and made a mistake. I'm not going to turn down fried chickfila nuggets by any means, haha. Then I opened my chicken sandwich which was served in the small box it always comes in, however, it was a fried chicken deluxe sandwich. I definitely had no problem eating this either because I enjoy all Chick-fil-a food, but when I order and anticipate receiving healthier options and both things I order are wrong, it's frustrating. I guess I could have checked my bag before leaving. I'll still support this location just as much as I have leading up to this, but just wanted to give some feedback to the business should they see my post. read more
