This Chik fil a fails to demonstrate the quality of service I expect from other Chik fil a. I ordered a salad and expressly requested no bacon or chees. Additionally, I requested salad dressing. Upon receipt of my order, the window person stated my name incorrectly calling me "Leo" not "Neo". Upon receipt of my order in the drive through, I retrieved my food assuming the order accuracy after all this is Chik fil a "the fast food company that prides it self on customer service" so getting the order correct would be fundamental to good service. As I arrived home, I discovered a salad with bacon and cheese and no dressing. Interestingly, the person taking the order asked what dressing I wanted. Apparently, the restaurant owner(s) and leadership have failed to foster an environment/culture of attention to detail and accuracy, but only seem to be riding on the representation earned by other restaurants. This is the last time I go to this location. I have had some regular experiences here with no issues, nothing ever exceptional, and some really bad experiences. It seems door dash took my order instead of another Tyler (mistakes happen) when my coworkers brought back my food, it was the wrong order so naturally I went up there to get the correct items. This turned into the MOD claiming that my coworker STOLE (he used that word) my food and having a 3 minute argument with me until I finally asked them if they were going to ultimately fix the problem or not. When my coworker found out he was FURIOUS and decided to call corporate. They said the owner would call back in which I never received a call. Go figure. I've been to this CFA a few times. Always through the drive thru - never been inside, but the lines here are always long. I usually order ahead on the app but for some reason I think they must be understaffed that this location because it always seems to be backed up to me and it doesn't matter the time of day that I have come here - mornings and evenings and it's the same thing. On Saturday one of the hottest days. A senior went to this store to ask for a drink of water and was refused by one of the staff members. Who has been complained about over and over again. This person wore a black scale cap with tattoos all over his arms. At 3: 40pm a senior enter the building and asked for a cup of water. The store was empty. He lied and told her that the owner Bryant declared that they are not able to give out water any longer. The woman asked him was he sure. He replied yes and she walked away. I rolled up to Cfa and got the 4 pack chicken minis w Polynesian sauce side. The minis are such tasty lil bites I didn't dip. Just the right breakfast item for a great day. Was rolling upon this location right when my lunch alarm went off so I went for it, I'm a CFA fan so it made sense. This review is only based my experience going through the drive-through on 09'28'20. The drive through area is huge and rightfully so as I e never seen a CFA drive through that wasn't packed out. Today it wasn't crowded at the time I pulled up, maybe 2 cars in front of me. Order was taken & paid for in the drive through line. They were polite, my food was hot & correct and my condiments were accounted for. The sun was shining so I upgraded my lemonade to the frozen version, YUM! If you haven't had either their frozen lemonade or their frozen coffee you haven't lived! Order them in moderation because they are highly addictive. I lobe the design of the newly built Chic fil A resturants. This one is made very similarly to the location in Foundry Row in Owings Mills. Both are great locations. I'm giving this location 4 stars because it seems like everytime I go to a Chic fil A lately, it takes forever for my Milkshake to get prepared. Not sure if drive thru customers get priority or what, but whenever I opt to go I side to avoid the drive thru line, I feel like I wait longer that if I had just sat in the drive thru line. The Chick Fil A of Reisterstown MD is an amazing and honestly the best-chicken sandwich place in the 5 mile radius. This Chick Fil A has exceptional sandwiches with the Spicy Deluxe being my favorite. They have widespread selections between breakfast and lunch and they have the tastiest (and only milkshakes) that satisfy my taste. They have treated me well like they always have with,"my pleasure" and,"have a nice day" but I don't know why they seem to be getting the hate on Yelp. They although sadly but accurate always have long lines because they look to be understaffed. But they work well and hard and I commend them on their hard work. After waiting almost 30 minutes going through the drive-thru (which was my second attempt at this location), my order was completely incorrect. After reviewing my receipt once I arrived home, I saw I had been charged for items I had not ordered- which also weren't provided to me!
