Not ready for prime time. We've been to this location about 6-7 times (ya know, cause there's always hope they would get better) and they have not gotten our order correct one time. The best was the time they ran out of chicken nuggets. I mean, their only entree is to serve chicken right? The last time they forgot one of our items when we returned to have them correct their mistake they gave my husband the evil eye like we were trying to rip them off. You're better off hopping on 795 south to the Owings mills boulevard exit and save yourself the trouble. I just went through their drive thru and waited TEN MINUTES behind ONE person then when I order MEALS not ENTREES they give me ENTREES with NO SIDES and gave me an egg, chicken, and cheese sandwich when I SPECIFICALLY said just the cheese and chicken! Horrible service and I was rushed through ordering. It was disgusting and the food was not what I ordered!! Love the location of it However Customer service needs some major improvement. They are so slow. I rather drive to the one by Best Buy, because by the time I drive there place my order, get my food and drive back I would still be waiting for my order at the new location. read more

I have had 0 issues with every other Chick-fil-a restaurant I've been to, which I go to in my area about 1-2 times a week. Never have I been handed the entirely wrong order as I was at this location. Okay it happens, oh well; It was what happened next the annoyed me. I pull to the window and explain the confusion, the manager I assume? demands I trade the bag they gave me for my own food that *I* paid for. I didn't know what to say so I just did it and drove off. Upon calling a friend to laugh about it she told me that not only was I legally entitled to keep the food (which I already ate some of absentmindedly in line) but that it was incredibly gross to do DURING A PANDEMIC. I don't understand how a billion dollar company can't afford to lose $10 worth of food from THEIR mistake. It was going to get tossed anyways which upset me as it's a total waste. Employees at This Chick-fil-A have a habit of being unhygienic. Today I witnessed the manager and other workers touching the trash can by the drive through window then completing people's orders such as touching milkshake covers, fries and salads. It was reported to a worker and hopefully they will be mindful of cleanliness. read more

My friends and I come to this Chick-Fil-A after school pretty often. We come respectfully and we're not disturbing anyone. This worker, Barbara, always has something to say about us. One of my friends was slouching, she came up to him and told him "Sit up straight boy, this ain't a lounge" while other people around us were doing the same. She likes to come up to us and ask if we're gonna order when we've just sat down. There has been other situations where she has just been very rude, and it isn't only my friend group. We see her come up to other teens. She doesn't seem to like the youth, but that doesn't mean she shouldn't make it aware to us. But overall the food is pretty good so. read more

Ive only been here a few times but the few times i have been here ive waited for about 15 minutes in line which i have NEVER waited that long at any other chikfila. I went to this location for a quick bit before I meet with a client. There was already a long line of cars in line. It took forever for orders to be taken and then to actually pay/receive your food. I agree with the previous posters about the lack of manners that CFA is widely-know for. Upon getting my order and peering in to the restaurant through the drive-thru window, it appeared to be enough employees to efficiently serve drive-thru guests. I know this is a new location but I, like most people, expect fast drive thru service so needless to say I'll be going back to the old Owings Mills location!!!! read more

It never fails. Every time I've been to this location it takes them a long time to fill an order. It's 1016am not even rush hour, with 4 cars in front of me and been sitting here for 5 minutes without moving. Crazy! Been in line now 8 minutes not even up to the window yet. read more

S-L-O-W! Some years ago I used to work the drive thru at the CFA on Owings Mills back when it was the only one in the area. We pushed more business thru one lane than these guys can with 2! They must stay in the red (a wait time of longer than 5 minutes since ordering) Granted, the majority of their staff appear to be high schoolers and this may be a part time gig but for goodness sake take some pride in your work. While the food was hot and quite good this has to be thee slowly service I have ever come across. If you plan on coming here for your lunch break I suggest going somewhere else because it literally takes forever to order let alone get your food. Even on the offhours its still painfully slow. This is the slowest Chic-Fil-A I've ever been to. The service is terrible. Employees in the drive thru are visibly distracted, and utilizing their phones. I love chick-fil-a , I work 2 minuets from new location on Reisterstown rd. It took 35 minuets I'm driv thru to get a salad. My second visit I went inside the store hoping for faster service, MISTAKE, my entire lunch was waiting again for a salad. My hope is that they go to other locations and find out how others get there customers in and out in a timely productive way. read more

Ridiculously slow slow slow! I was so happy when this location opened because it's closer to home then the one on Owings Mills Boulevard. I've been there 5 or 6 times now since they opened and I've always had a ridiculously long wait. I gave up on the drive-thru on my last visit and decided to inside. Big mistake. I actually had to wait in the drive-thru line to get into the parking area. Once inside, I placed my order relatively quickly, then had to wait at least 20 minutes for my order to come out. I was lucky to get it at all because the cashier had entered the wrong name on my order. The waiting area for order pickup is tiny, wedged in between the condiment counter and another counter which seems to serve no purpose. It was like waiting in a crowded subway with people trying to push to the front to get their order when their name was finally called. Poor folks who wanted to pick up condiments and napkins had to push through the crowd to get to the counter. On my last visit to the drive thru, staff at the pickup window was horsing around and one of them through an entire sleeve of cups through the window and hit my car. read more
