Burnt, tough, dry, and utterly flavorless. They looked nothing like the pictures in the reviews--almost no sauce, overcooked to the point of being inedible, and closer to stale cheesy cardboard than pizza. If this is "authentic," then authenticity has a serious problem. For a moment, we genuinely wondered if we had been given someone else's order or sent food from the wrong restaurant. But no--this was Bruno's. The same Bruno's people are apparently losing their minds over. What's most insulting is that someone saw these pizzas, knew they were overcooked, and sent them out anyway. Charging full price for food this bad feels deceptive at best. When you compare what we received to the photos other reviewers have posted, it honestly feels like a bait-and-switch. Never again.
