Finally made it here after trying joes and daves and this place holds its own weight. Location has easy parking and plenty of seating. Service was fast and friendly, easy ordering. Small wait but that's cause they cook each order to order which is nice. My food took a few minutes but came o it super hot and fresh. I got 3 tenders medium with fries and a drink. Price was reasonable like the competition. The chicken on point hot and juicy and the season was solid amount of flavor and heat. Fries were just ok. I went here on a recommendation from a friend and was not disappointed. I got the half a dozen wings meal, which came with seasoned fries and a drink. Everything is made to order so I did have to wait about 10 or 15 minutes, but it was well worth the wait. I chose to get the seasoning mild and the flavor was wonderful, but the crunch was just the way you should get fried chicken. I got my order to go and when I got home, it was still piping hot. Very simple and easy to order through the website. Pictures are there for each item so you can see what you are ordering. I order the chicken sandwich. Mild flavored with slaw and cheese. They don't shy away from the size of the chicken. It's the size of the roll plus more! Can almost make another sandwich with the hang over! Very crispy and cooked all the way through the right way. I also order some wings but I got them in the medium heat. The medium has some heat to it but still flavorful. These aren't no tweet bird wings either. I got some honey to dip it in but they also give you some ranch and their crimson sauce for dipping. Plenty of space to sit in if you choose. Friendly service. More visits to come. read more

Ordering app was easy and efficient. Place was empty. Where are the college students?!?! They have healthy, high quality chicken. The garlic chicken wrap was a single huge strip wrapped in. a tortilla wrap. The chicken fries were special because of the crunchy pickles. The pickles on any food here were tasty, crunchy and good. Macaroni and cheese was a bit watery and mild slice equals almost no spice. My advice is to stepmom the heat ladder here. They had a college special of two chicken sandwiches and shared fried - a meal for two for under 15 dollars. I hope it gets busier. This place has good high quality food. read more

I opted for The Crimson sandwich and made it a combo. Came to just under $17. Came pretty early in the afternoon. Before 1 pm on a weekday. So-empty dining area. Meal came with 2 dips. One spicy and one ranch (tastes homemade). Sandwich is pounded chicken and extended off the bun. It is super tasty. Fries too with spicy seasoning. It's a basic meal but really really good flavor. And everything is fresh. I have to say I will be back to try the double decker grilled cheese and some spicier options. They range from country-none to Burn baby burn lol read more

This place is decent if you're looking for good chicken and waffles or loaded fries. The waffles are nice and buttery. The chicken tenders are good, but I would recommend something more than medium. The loaded fries were delicious. Parking is available because it's in a shopping center so you shouldn't have to struggle for parking. The customer service needs work. read more

Welp, I've been here twice and I've found them to be pretty great. My fav is the Medium Flavored Wing Meal. The wings are always fresh, nicely sized, and flavorful. The fries are yum too. The staff has always been kind. There's a free parking lot full spaces to make it easy to run in and out. They have a dining area if interested in staying awhile. I love how these new spots pop up expectedly. I drove by and saw the "opened now" signs and immediately made a dinner decision. I really enjoyed my chicken sandwich. It tasted familiar but I can't put my finger on why or where I've had something similar before. It may have been the oil in which it was fried. I wasn't a huge fan of the slaw. I prefer a creamier sweeter slaw. The pickles were not spectacular either. My guess is the accouterments are downplayed as to not distract from the star of the show. The crunch on the chicken is VERY crunchy, so prepare your teeth appropriately. Overall, the flavor was good. I chose mild spice. I'll be back :-) read more

Had to do the VEIP and had seen this place recommended by a few people. Very clean and nice tables. The service was polite and welcoming and explain how spicy the sandwiches can be. I got The Crimson, drink and side of Mac and Cheese. The fountain soda was good. The chicken sandwich was prepared right in the open kitchen and the mild level of spice was perfect for me. The Mac and Cheese was a little too wet but tasted good. The slaw and pickles were a great add to the sandwich. I would recommend this for a quick bite when you need to get your emission testing done. Enjoy. read more

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE March 12, 2025 I ordered food approximately 8:20. My order came to $39.xx. Here is my experience... My "to go ordered" was for two combos and fried pickles. My experience.... I was not greeted, even after standing at the counter for some time. There were no lids for the drink cups. Why sell me a combo with drinks and no lids?!?! Which when I asked, the reply was, "sorry," with an attitude of get over it. The cook was cleaning when I came in, which I appreciated, but I did not see him wash his hands. So I asked, did you....again with an attitude of yes, I waged my hands in the back. Again, with an attitude. Ok... After this, I walked out!!! I PAID for my food, did not ask for my money back. I was just that disappointed. So, I do not recommend this place if you care about customer service. You can cook or but a chicken sandwich anywhere. read more
