I always buy food for the kids there and they gave me a 50% discount with my police card, which is my job. But sometimes some people who only work there make up their own rules and say no, you have to be in uniform. I always get it for free with a uniform and I think it doesn't matter if you're in uniform or not because we have a card that shows our job. A fun event was going on at this location: a daddy daughter dinner, complete with live music by my hubby, a cow princess, which was udderly adorbs, crowns and goodie bags for the youngsters, pink mocktails, photo sessions and chix nuggets all around. It was a cute party albeit a bit chaotic. Wow! So many people and kids! The place was packed. The lines for the drive through never got shorter and were nonstop. Family trip so we decided to grab a sandwich for the road. Normally I'd park and go in, but today we picked the drive through. They have two lines so we were thinking it wouldn't be too bad. I was wrong. We arrived shortly after 11 am thinking it wouldn't be crowded. There was already a decent line. We ordered our sandwiches and fries and then waited and waited and waited. We inched forward and then waited a little longer. After 20 minutes we made it to the window. For fast food Chick-fil-a is good...a little too salty but that's what msg does to food. I placed a curbside order today for 4 chicken strips, a large fry, small mango passion tea lemonade with light ice and a side salad. The food was brought to my car quickly which was a positive. Once I got home to eat any food, I pull out the fries and the container wasn't even full, it basically looked like a medium sized fry. I tasted my mango passion tea lemonade and there was no lemonade or mango and no ice. I called the restaurant to see if there was a way to get this resolved and the manager Jonah told me to either come up there to get it replaced or come again and mention the situation. I decided to go back tonight, so the situation was fresh in my mind and could get resolved now since I was hungry. I went back up to the location and went to the door since the drive-thru was very long. I was approached by an employee asking if I worked there and told her no and informed her of the situation. So a few months ago it was my first time eating at a Chick Fil A. And all I can say is that it was chicky good. Long story short I eat only halal (similar to kosher), when I found out that my dietary restrictions are met at most VA locations, I got super excited. I knew while visiting my sister in Richmond, I have to stop at a CFA. The experience was good. Actually I'm craving a spicy chicken burger right now. Starting out with the bun of the burger, it really makes it or breaks it if the bun is not good. And boy, it was good, buttery, soft, mellow kind of good. The chicken was cooked just right with the hint of spice. The fries were the prefect way to get this. Waffle fries have always been my weakness and these just made me stronger for my future waffle fries weakness. The employees were very patient and polite because it was my first time and I took my time and asked questions. The sauces that you can take on the side are a must with the fries. I've been here a few times and none of my experiences has been good. Most have been ok, but I went here tonight to grab a sandwich and fries and it is actually comical how terribly it went. Got up to the line, ordered, paid, you know the drill. Get my bag, leave, about to dig in - and the sandwich is wrong with the fries no where to be found. I've worked multiple food service jobs and I know how mistakes can happen so easily, so I go back through the line and ask to have what I ordered originally. CFA member says yup, sends me back through the line and assures me that they've notified the window about the replacement. I'm already late because I had to go back through line to get a replacement, and I sit there waiting for 15 minutes before someone asks me to move up. I ask about the replacement and they have no idea what I'm talking about. Again, I politely explain, and move forward while I wait. I then waited almost a half hour until someone else came and asked me what I was waiting on. Seriously. An hour since I first ordered and still don't have the right order and it is literally a sandwich and fries. I explain again. They go in, and eventually come out with a sandwich. No fries. At this point I am so over it I just take the loss and leave. No, it doesn't end there. I now have food poisoning and feel terrible. I don't even know how it's possible to get food poisoning from a chicken sandwich. Y'all - please. Go to the other one. It's not worth the headache. read more

All chic filas take a long time everywhere so people that say that must never been to one's elsewhere. I have been to many out of state as well. It's a popular place because the food is good. There are a lot of teens who work at this one and I think they do a great job. There's a lot of pressure at this restaurant as it is always busy. Someone was holding the doors open and 7 Registers were going NON STOP with lines out to the Parking Lot! It did not take long to place my order as those young Men and Women are very proficient at the Cash Registers. Once I placed my order, it took all of about 7 min. to wait as I had many ahead of me, however I did not mind as I enjoyed seeing more and more people coming into this GREAT Restaurant. I had the Chipotle Chicken Sandwich and it was great with the Fries and Coke. When I went to pick up several condiments, the lady was very apologetic that they were not in perfect order. The service and the food continues to worsen here at this Chick-fil-a. I typically bring my kids to this restaurant at least twice a week for lunch and once for dinner, but our visitations are on a decline. We are limiting our support and visits to this location based on the numerous concerns that I've personally shared with manager. Each week there's something new and different that's disappointing. Last week we didn't have any condiments for the 2 kids nuggets, nor any of the sides for the 2 salads. These items were not noticed until we arrived at home after a long day of work. We've been going to this location since it opened. They done a great job dealing with the Covid . . . .until now. I'm beginning to wonder if they are under new ownership. The lines have been very slow lately. Today, though, was a real headscratcher. There were not a whole lot of cars in the drive thru. When it was our turn to receive our order (we had already waited five minutes-not bad at this point) a young lady came to our window and asked if we could park in the curbside pickup area, it would be another five minutes. I asked her why and she said she didn't know. What did we order? A three piece chicken tender, a grilled chicken sandwich, fries and chocolate shake. Thats it. After waiting almost 10 minutes at the curbside, they brought us our dinner, except no milkshake. "They didn't give it to you already?" "No." Almost five minutes later we got the shake. Everyone behind us and then some got our order before we did. No one explained why we forced to wait so long. If we had ordered a huge dinner I would have understood, but it was completely ridiculous and uncalled for to move us to the curbside area. I use to love the service at the location but recently it's been subpar. I went twice recently and both times they took my order for tortilla soup, I paid, and then they didn't have it. Their reasoning: "we don't make it this late" when I've ordered at 5:30pm. This past time they didn't even refund. I visit this location several times per month but will never return after today. My past couple of visits have been horrible. My most recent visit was the last straw. I ordered a grilled club meal & decided to check my meal before driving off as they have a really bad habit of charging you for a club but leaving off the bacon. Just as I suspected.. NO BACON. I told the drive thru attendant & their solution was to give me a side of bacon in a container....ok fine. Opened the container and the bacon was ice cold, swimming in a pool of grease! I went in an requested a refund. No apology from the cashier or the manager who stood behind her counting money & cowardly asking what happened as I was leaving instead of apologizing herself. I've started going out of my way to zaxbys now because I am always so frustrated with the service and food quality/quantity here. I love Chick-fil-A and frequent this location due to its proximity. Many Chick-fil-A's will take about 5-10 mins to get your food whether it's drive thru or dine in. However, this location is so incredibly inconsistent with its service. Sometimes I go in and my order is out before I leave the register. However, more often than not, I'm waiting 15-20+ mins - many times during slower times of the day. Latest incident was I came in at 10am, no one else ordered ahead of me inside, and it took 15 mins. It would've been quicker for me to walk through the drive thru and get my food. Quality of food is pretty consistent with other Chick-fil-A's. Staff is usually friendly, which is nice. But come on Chick-fil-A, whatever system this location has in place for dine-in is terrible and needs to change. No other Chick-fil-A has such a flawed dine-in experience read more

To start I Love Chik Fil A, but tonight was not a good experience. First with Lane 2 Light fully lit OPEN, no one was working the lane (shift change?) For a least 5 if not 10 minutes, I couldn't tell for sure that no one was working the lane until I got half out of the car.
