Every time we order for curbside, it takes way too long AND we order ahead of time. Tonight, we ordered curbside at 6:00 pm. We Arrived here about 15-20 mins later. Order still did not come out. It finally came out at 6:50 pm.... it was missing food. It was not busy at this time, there were no vehicles in the drive-thru. The customer service at this particular location is not the greatest. This is the worst Chick Fil A service I have ever experienced. I live in south side but am in the west end for business so I decided to stop and get some breakfast. There were two cars in front of me in line, not bad compared to lines I normally encounter. So I had a mobile order and told the lady taking orders. She paused and then said ok they will take care of you around the corner. Every other time I placed a mobile order they confirm your order. So I waited on line. I get to the window and no one greeted me, let alone looked at me. It looked like there was one young gentlemen handling the drive through orders but I counted at least five other people walking around stocking. So a truck pulls up next to me and it's the girl who I told I had a mobile order at the very beginning. After a few minutes, still no acknowledgement that I am there someone comes out and hands her a bag of food and she drives off. Finally the young man says a name that's not mine and tries to hand me two big bags of food. I told him that wasn't my order and that I had a mobile order. Mind you he never said good morning or sorry for the wait. He ended up printing a ticket and put my burrito in a bag. It was another few minutes before I got my drink. My normal chick fil a has lines wrapped around the corner but I have my order and am driving away in less than half the time this morning took. Not sure what was going at this Chick-fil-a today but was by far the worst service I have ever had at a Chick-fil-A. Front the person who took my order to the messed order I received. When you order a sandwich meal you would expect that you would get the right sandwich and the fries that come with it. I had to go back twice to the counter to get it corrected. While I was sitting eating my meal 3 other people had to do the same thing. There were maybe 10 people dining in side and the line was wrapped around the drive thru. I made the mistake of ordering delivery, which came late. The food was cold and there were no utensils. No straws for our drinks and no fork for the salad or Mac and cheese. And they forgot the sauces. So we ended up with cold food and no utensils to eat it with. read more

I am a big lover of chick fil a and I have been to countless locations. This is the location with the worst service. Specifically, Margaret B. has had an attitude the past two times I have gone. The first time I was just witnessing her be so mean and completely lose her patience with a customer. This time, she cut me off when I asked for my sauces. I was only been able to get out "and may I please have buff-" before she said "I'll get to the sauces later on." So rude. I'd never imagine to be talked to like that at a Chick-fil-A. Love this location, the staff is friendly and the store is super clean. They often have people outside in their double lane drive thru to help get orders in quickly and efficiently. The playground area is in ok shape but has a nice large window with tables against it so you can eat and watch your kids at the same time. The only down side is the location in the strip mall makes it really hard to get in and out of during busy hours. read more

Chick-fil-A food is always five stars. Everyone knows that. This review for this particular establishment is for the customer service. The staff is unwelcoming. A chipper "Good Morning," or even a smile is always anticipated. The staff was clearly unhappy to be there. After asking a mild-tone question regarding their inconsistency of prices, Abby irritatingly showed me her iPad and shrugged. She then grabbed another teenager for me who also was short in answer but did take initiative to get the store manager. It's clear the staff learns from her, as she approached me with an aggressive "what's the problem??" I replied, "Good afternoon to you, too. And no problem, I just had a question." I expressed my apologies for holding up the line, but that no one was able to answer my question. I was being charged incorrectly, and their "policies" seemed to be ever-changing. She could have informed me politely, but I was greeted with annoyance and no answers. It's not my fault her employees are unaware of her polices. I'm in customer service and ONE of the many politely alternative responses could have been: "that employee was misinformed, and we will endeavor to train all our employees the same so no one else experiences a misunderstanding. Please know in the future, X is our policy, however I'd be happy to honor that for you this time." This wasn't the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. And I'm not mad about having to pay a dollar extra. However, CFA as a business holds a certain standard. They're known for their "my pleasures," and "the customer is always right." And of course, smiling employees. None of that is here. There is another CFA right across the street in the mall and the service is night and day. I'd rather forgo the convenience of the drive-thru to walk in the mall. All this manager did was condescendingly parrot the grumpy teenagers reply instead of remedying the situation. Came here 2x last week while traveling for work for breakfast and the food is always good but both times I asked for sauce and never got any. I didnt check, my own fault, but chick fil a spoils me since they are always spot on with their orders that I didnt think I had to check. Chick fil A never disapoints... This was my first time at this location, the cashier was really friendly, and the food, as always was delicious.. This visit came directly after my workout at the gym so I felt compelled to eat something light even though my stomach was begging for a sandwich... I got the chicken strip salad with vinagarette dressing, my bf got the southwestern salad... Both were visually delicious to my eyes, and even better it was fresh and good to my taste buds. The salads are large and delicious IF you get the 2 packs of dressing you specifically REQUEST!. If not, $8.50 is too much for the half of salad you will eat with one dressing pack. I wish is could give the Pump Rd location a zero. Put my $20 order in but charge card machine was not working. The employee being new put my order in 3 times but used my CC twice. When I reached the window I was told I owed $37. Two managers came to my car and proceeded to tell me that I never paid for the order. They told me I had to open up my bank account to prove I paid for it. I went around to talk to the employee that could be a witness to what happened but was asked to go in the store where the same worthless managers said again that I had to prove I paid for the food. Bottom line after 20 minutes l left and went to Jersey Mike's while waiting I called my CC company and sure enough I was charged $20 but never received any food but they had my money. Ordering food inside the staff at the register skipped me for someone behind me and then when I stood there trying to get someone to help the staff walked off. I had to raise my hand to get someone to pay attention. The manager came over and told his staff they need to attend the registers but no apology from anyone. Customers that cut in front of me included. They were very immediate in getting my food to me however. Probably so I'd go away faster. I'm giving two stars only because the food is still good, otherwise I would love them one which is the minimum. The service sucks, there's been several times when some of my food is missing or they get me a different meal, that's super annoying. Then I call the store to let them know and see how they can fix it and it takes for ever to talk to a real person, I let them know what happen and they want me to go back to the store to pick up the sandwich or the fries they forgot to put in my bag. I ask if I can just get a refund or have them put the credit into my account because I don't want to go all the way back, waste my gas and time, they told me next time I come to just tell to the person who takes my order that they missed a sandwich in my last order and they will get it for me. When I do that, they say they can't just give me "free food" if I don't have prove that I didn't get the sandwich. I wasn't asking for free food, they are stealing from me when they don't deliver all my food, and then make me feel like I went there to get free food. The manager was rude and didn't offer a solution. He can keep his apologies, they are meaningless if there's no action behind them. Also, their portions have been reduced, sandwiches are smaller and the containers for the salad are smaller so we are getting less food. Just another money-hungry, greedy corporation that treats people like they are doing us a favor just by existing. My dog acts more like a Christian than they do, and doesn't brag about it. read more

I feel like I can be very helpful because I used to work at an amazing chick fil a, and my opinion is that this one is the worst that I've ever been to. I've lived in the area for 11 years and go to this chick fil a every week (multiple times), and every time I am absolutely baffled by how terrible it is. They really need to get their crap together there, because 90% of the stuff they do wouldn't fly at my chick fil a. The lines are horrendous and so poorly planned, the managers are rude and one of the female managers is terrifying, everyone hates their job, and their is no care in the world for a messed up order or waiting an hour to get your food. Where I worked, everyone was extremely helpful and if there was a problem our managers would give free cookies, meals, you name it. This chick fil a needs a MAJOR reform. I am actually writing this in the drive through line and I've been here about 30 minutes already (for curbside). Sometimes I can't even go to this one because it's so chaotic read more

This location constantly leaves off of orders. In the past month we have visited this location 4 times. 3 of those times items were left out of bag. Twice salads were left off. The other time 2 sandwiches were left off. Do yourself a favor, drive 10 minutes away to the Parham Rd location. They are great for children and have the best chicken products on the fast food market outside of fried chicken. I love that they have Diet Dr. Pepper available as a fountain drink. The vanilla ice cream cone is a dessert and the waffle fries are a nice change of pace for fries. read more

Drive thru is incredibly slow. This is not a product of customer volume, just extremely slow service. Maybe it's faster to go inside. The food speaks for itself and never disappoints. The customer service is top-notch for any fast food restaurant. The only reason this place gets 4 stars is because it's a cluster ordering food. There is no organization or guidance from the restaurant on where to form lines, where to wait for to-go food, etc. It's a free for all, so either pack patience or be aggressive. That, and the drive-thru line always extends beyond the parking lot, so you'll need your patience there, too. read more

Let me say I love Chik Fil A food. But this location needs to rework it's morning service! It always take sooo long. Every morning. Yet they have so many people working. The drive through takes 10 to 15 minutes from the time you order until you get your food. This is pretty much everyday. In addition they really can't seem to process a special order. I order a egg and chicken bagel no cheese. I consistently get cheese....sometimes no egg but that no cheese part they can't get. After trying this numerous times I give up.
