If I could give a zero I would. The customer service and empathy here is terrible ( besides the one sweet girl at the register who took our order). We asked for a simple favor of putting the meat on the side from a chick fil a mini instead of in the buns and they refused to do so. The only reasoning was " this location does not offer that" and informed us the minis are NOT premade and had no real reason. We tried to speak to a manger and they refused claiming it was too busy when their restaurant was dead inside and out. It is very discriminating towards people who do not eat meat & shows no empathy or compromise on such a simple request. We ended up calling the pleasant grove location and explaining it & they said they do not normally do that, but they would accommodate a vegetarian . They were way more willing to help out and understand than be rude , refuse us & not give a real reasoning. read more

Ate here with our 2 granddaughters after a movie. This place is over rated and over priced. Spent $42 on 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 kids chicken nugget meals. Both sandwiches were over cooked and dry. Kids chicken nuggets were the same. Popeyes chicken sandwiches are big and juicy and less expensive. We'll go there from now on. read more

I am so thankful that my office is close to this place. One thing that I like about Chick-fil-A is that it doesn't matter which one you go to it's always the same great service. The employees are always so nice and not a fake nice but genuine. My most recent order was a spicy chicken with mac n cheese as a side. The chicken was cooked perfectly and so moist! We eat here regularly. In the past they have honored Veterans Day with the empty place setting and a card that explains the significance of the setting. It is a wonderful teaching moment for young people, the majority of whom these days have virtually no connection with or knowledgable of the military or the value of service. It's a great disappointment that they no longer can be bothered. "Thank you for your service" doesn't really do the trick coming from people who likely have no conception of what service involves. If this is a corporate direction, it really does lower my view of the company and it's purported values. This store is very well run and thus the disappointment is all that greater. I can definitely say that this Chick-fil-A is not as good as the one on Douglas and Sierra College. This one has 1 million people working, but they are forgetful and the food does not taste as fresh. It is highly convenient though because it is right next to where I work and the i80 freeway, the other Chick-fil-A you have to drive through a bunch of back roads to get to. This is a brand new location so I'm cutting them some slack considering that fact, Hopefully they are able to pull it together as this location is prime. read more

After seeing Chik-Fil-A building a location here right off the freeway, I always look whenever I drive by. I was so happy to see them open up, especially during the COVID19 crisis. Right now it is drive thru only. Since I have the app, I ordered off the app and was happy to see it worked. When I got there I told the very friendly and helpful associate at the front of the line that I had an app order. I was directed to the left side line where I drove to wait in a line of mobile orders like DoorDash. Our food came out in a timely manner, all correct and with the bag in a plastic bin so that the associate who wore a mask, was able to let me grab the bags of yummy food. Since I am a regular at other Chik-Fil-A's, I can say everything is good but my stand by's are the regular chicken sandwich, spicy deluxe sandwich, chicken nuggets, chicken strips. When I went here for the first time a couple weeks ago, the drive-thru girl was very rude. She kept rolling her eyes and not answering questions or not saying anything at all. I didn't think much of it, as all people have bad days. We went again here yesterday and I went to order inside. After I ordered, I went to the side to wait and I saw my order come up, but no one was grabbing it. So frustrating. We specifically ordered two chickem patties with cheese on them (no bread) in a soup bowl. We explained that they needed to be in soup bowls because otherwise the cheese will melt onto the bag. We got the food and drove 15 minutes home to find that we only had one instead of two even though we were charged for two and have a receipt to prove it, and that one lone patty was in fact placed in a bag!!!
