Everyone has a right to their opinion so I have a right to mine. This new business opened right in the middle of the pandemic so let's list out the problems with that. Actually no because if you don't have that common sense then skip over my review. I should've posted this a long time ago when I 1st went here. I actually went in a friends and family Pre grand opening and despite the 30 min wait for my food it was perfect. I have been at least 12 times since they opened and maybe more and have never experienced a rude employee ever. I also have had nothing but perfect orders as well. I always see the management out with all the young kids so shows me they are doing all they can. The turn over in fast food is one of the highest so constantly training people...either way this is a great location and don't let the haters get this place down. Walk into the restroom and an employee lead walks in behind, pulls out their phone to wait. Not only unprofessional and unsanitary but completely inappropriate. Bad enough when any other person does it but to have an employee do it is never okay. read more

Restaurant closed at 10pm - got in the drive through line at 9.50 There were only a few cars in line at the time. Got to the order window at 10:03 - we were saying hello and employees inside ignored us. Apparently they shut the speaker off at 10pm regardless of who was in line - wouldn't even speak to say they had closed or to apologize for letting us sit in line for 15 minutes. We still had to wait behind people getting their orders with no way to get out of line so we sat in line for another 5 minutes. Wasted 20 minutes. read more

What they say and what they do are two different things. I ordered three chicken biscuits (it's the only item they have that I will eat), and thought everything was fine when I was handed my receipt and told that the food would be out shortly. After waiting nearly 10 minutes, I was told that they are out of biscuits and I walked away with nothing. Heads up that the 10:30am breakfast cutoff is a lie. If you MUST eat at this place and want breakfast, I recommend getting there by 10am, no later. Don't assume that you made it if your order is placed by 10:25am. Terrible. I've been here before it was good, this time was awful. I ordered two spicy deluxe chicken sandwiches both had stringy gross chewy chicken unlike I've ever had at chic fillet. My large fries had exactly the same amount as my wife's medium fries so I paid more for nothing. Every chik fil a has great service but this one just seemed even more above and beyond ! the way the people talk to you and came out and checked on my wife, daughter and i in the patio while eating just really made our day. It was a hot day today 4/8/22 , and upon trying to start back up our classic car we took out cruising the battery center we dead. As we waited for a jump Their gesture was just so genuine to come out and check on us again ,especially checking and interacting with our 4 month old. I really like Chick-fil-A even though it's overly expensive. However this location as convenient as it is for us ALWAYS and I mean every time messes the order up in some way. When you are in the drive thru don't leave the window until you have double checked every bag they give you. You ask for grilled make sure it's grilled before you drive off. I would T normally care but spending $15 on a couple of items I would hope they would get them right or at least not forget to one in the bag. read more

Really disappointed with my lunch today. They gave me saltines instead of almonds for my kale salad and it barely had any dressing. I always come here because it's so close to where I live and all I can say is that this place has the BEST customer service. I came through a couple days ago and the employee Ian was taking my order. He was very friendly and helpful. As was the rest of the staff. But he really made an impression. They got my order correct and it tasted really good and fresh. They are quick and efficient. Even if the drive thru is long, it goes by in no time. The peppermint holiday shake is so amazing. Can't wait to get another one. I will definitely continue to come to this location! read more

Don't get me wrong I love me some Chick-fil-a, their friendly quick service and their food quality is consistent. I don't know what is up with this location. I have been here twice and both times the fries are room temp and soggy. Look now when you are trying to lose weight fries are a serious treat (well for me) and how disappointing when you have to throw them away. We always go to Chick Fil A on Pleasant Grove even though the Crossings is closer. We got a gift card for Christmas so we went to the one in Rocklin at The Crossings. Well we were very disappointed. First I only ordered 2 meals (with shakes) and it was over $27!! Then I get to the window where I had been told I had to pull forward and turn my flashers on in the parking lot to wait for a plain sandwich. Needless to say, it was pouring rain and cold so I had a little heat on which of course completely melted the whipped cream on the shakes. Then they bring my food out in an open bag while raining. The fries got fairly wet and soggy. The sandwiches were delicious but everything else was not and for over $27 I'm very disappointed. I like the quality of chick fil a in general. But one thing I cant get over especially at this location is that when I get the chicken sandwich in the drive through , and I slip it out of the insulated bag/pouch it comes in.....the roll is flat and soggy which ruins the sandwich. I end up eating the chicken by itself the last few times.There has to be a better way to provide the sandwich to the customer. I have stoped going there for now. Drove back to drive thru, told them what happened, guy said yes we tried to catch you driving away.
