Plus side, the food is always very tasty. However, the last 3 times I've visited they've messed up my order in some way or an other. I don't have a complicated order at all. The point of the drive through is to not have to go inside, yet I'm frequently having to park and come inside to get my order corrected. Last time I asked to get my order corrected, a couple of teenage workers rolled their eyes at me and didn't apologize for the mixup which is surprising because Chick Fil A is known for their outstanding customer service. Additionally, I usually eat my order in my car during lunch which is why the Heinz Dip&Squeeze ketchup packets were so convenient. However, now they have cut costs and switched to the cheap mini ketchup packets you would find at McDonald's. These are not convenient at all. Its hard to go to a fast food restaurant and get your order right every single time. I think there was only once they forgot our sauce at this location. Super fast and the food is always hot and fresh. I love the grilled and crispy spicy deluxe. Today I got the Cobb salad which is probably the BEST fast food salad I've ever had. Might actually be one of the best salads I've ever had in general. We go to chick fil almost every week with the kiddos activity schedule for an easy quick dinner. I arrived 5 or 10 minutes before close at 8:00 PM. I had no idea they closed so early. I placed my order and paid the young man working outside. There were 2 cars in front of me and no one behind. It took 20 minutes to get to the window. I asked if everything was okay. "This is the slowest I have ever seen your drive-thru operate". I was told by the young lady outside "we are closed". I said "what" "I just ordered and paid for an order". She said "yeah, they are working on it but we are closed now and it is going to be awhile. They have to make your sandwich". They had me pull around to the front and wait another 5-10 minutes. While I sat there I watched employee after employee leave with bags of food while I waited. I finally got my food and headed home. I found my fries in the bottom of the bag, as cold as ice. Obviously thrown in there when I first placed the order to get cold and have my other food thrown on top. This is not the level of service and care I expected from Chick-fil-A. Whoever manages this shift need to retrain their team and focus on caring for their customer. The first customer, 100th customer and last customer of the day should receive the same level of care and quality of food, especially when you close as early as 8:00 PM. read more

I have heard so much good about Chick- fil- A that we decided to try them out after running some errands after work today. We were definitely there before the dinner rush. We were there @ 4:30. There were a lot of employees working @ the time. Customer service was pretty good. Everyone was pleasant enough. After we ordered our food the food was ready before we even got to the table. That should have brought up a huge RED flag! The food was majorly sanbagged. That means that food is prepared way ahead of time in order to be able to handle the crowd. I would rather wait for freshly cooked food that to be served immediately & have inferior food. The waffle fries were cold. The chicken sandwiches were soggy. On the plus side they have rootbeer!!!!! Every time I run by this location, either dining in or going by drive through, the service is quick and the food is always prepared the way I ordered it. As an example, there could be five cars in front of me in line for the drive through, but I'd say that I still get my food at the same speed as if I were the only car in line at the McDonald's down the street. I recently had a DISGUSTING experience with Chick-fil-A Mid Rivers. My family loves Chick-fil-A but I am super disappointed in their customer service. I placed a mobile order for the first time and it was a huge mistake. I was thinking by placing the mobile order, it would save me time, but it ended up taking forever for them to get my order ready and it was still missing items. This was not the big problem though, as we were eating dinner, my daughter was drinking her sweet tea and she started gagging and almost choked on a piece of plastic. She pulled what looks like an ear bud out of her mouth. We were so grossed out and could not finish our meal. I reached out to the Chick-fil-A care team online and did not even get a response. I then spoke with the general manager and sent her photos. She admitted that these were indeed the plastic ear pieces off of the headsets they use (and these had been used, because there was a small hair inside of it...so gross!). She offered to send me a gift card. It has been over a month since I spoke with her, and I still have not received anything. I am not one to write negative reviews, but this is unacceptable! This is my very first review on Yelp. I feel compel to write this review because of the exceptional customer service that I had experienced recently. A week ago, I had ordered a 6 piece kid's meal for my daughter and came home to find out there were only 4 nuggets in the box. I called the restaurant and spoke to Chloe who was the shift manager at that time. Chloe was very professional and apologetic for the mishap and promised that I would get comped for free kid's meal next time I'm in the restaurant. The whole experience was very intrinsic. I never ever have a bad service at Chick Fil A before. Today is the worst I ever been in Chick Fil A at Midrivers. One of the manager in blue shirt, she was very rude. She brought our food and I said that he never asked if we wanted any sauces. She said rudely what kind of sauce did you want!!!! Wow.... she didn't have to be rude. It wasn't our fault he didn't ask. Two stars because the spicy chicken is really good. This store, however, has some serious issues with quality and service. Several months ago I ordered a Market salad through drive through. The salad looked fine, although the chicken was a pile of shreds instead of the nice slices they show online. I quickly realized that under the fresh produce on top was old, wilted lettuce and mushy fruit. As it was obvious whoever prepped the salad intentionally covered what should have been trash, I took pictures and reported it to corporate. They offered a replacement, which turned out to be not much better. No more salads for me. Yesterday I placed a large catering order online. When I arrived to pick up, the manager at the counter became frazzled. He spoke to another employee and told me it would be "just a minute". Without another word to me, a few minutes became 20. Finally, the young lady who put my order together brought my food, apologized, and explained that they had missed my online order. Although she forgot my gallon of tea, she at least was honest and attempted to help. Not one word or even eye contact from the manager the entire time. Reputed to corporate again Update - one month later I've never heard from the franchise owner about this bad experience. Corporate sent a coupon for a free sandwich. I gave it away. read more

This restaurant is my go to for quick and friendly service. I have not once been disappointed with their service, quality of food, or time management. I would probably go broke if I ate here as much as I wanted to. They are always well staffed and the interior of the restaurant is very clean. I bring my little sister here almost every week and she absolutely loves this place, and she's only 5! I am a regular customer and I visit this location often. My son and I went and dined in during the late evening and our visit wasn't so good. The manager seemed very uncomfortable with us being in the restaurant due to our race (black). He literally skipped our table and serviced a white couple. He didn't say one word to us until we left. Usually they go around and ask if you need anything, it seemed he deliberately avoided us and didn't begin to show comfort until we exited the restaurant.
