Appallingly bad reviews here. I had a positive experience. I ate in and ordered the Plate (2 entrees & 1 side) with the Beijing Beef, Orange Chicken, and Chow Mein. The Chow Mein noodles were a little dry but kind of good. The Orange Chicken was not to my liking. I felt like the chicken was kind of spongey and the sauce was cloyingly sweet. I thought the Beijing Beef was great. I'd order this again and again. I'll be back for the Beijing Beef and next time I'll probably change my side item to the fried rice. The food was really good here! I did a mobile order and it was ready when I got there. They gave plenty of sauces and service was super friendly and good. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because one of the pieces of chicken was super chewy and tasted like a tendon and was hard to chew because it was so tough and chewy. Really enjoyed our meal. A lot of times when I come to panda it hasn't been the best but this time was really good. Had the teriyaki chicken which is my most favorite. The place is nice for what it is a Mexican food fast food. The service was excellent Jeremiah was excellent. He filled our order quickly and exact. Also served with a smile and some light conversation. The workers were very aware of what was getting low and was on top of filling everything quickly. The place was clean and a good place to sit and eat but, We took the food home and enjoyed our meal. This was my experience and my opinion give it a try and make your own opinion. read more

Absolutely worst Panda experience. No white rice, no ice, no soda in the fountain. Asked to swap for a bottle soda for the non existent soda in the dispenser - the cashier said no because the cup is used.....used how? By trying to fill it with soda? A waste of money completely. Panda Express has all of the calories for each choice posted right in plain sight so you can make a healthy choice when looking at all the tempting stir fries. The only thing that I would change to improve this fast food Chinese experience, is having soy sauce in bottles on the table. For whatever reason I'm just not hip trying to rip a small single serve bag apart to get my soy sauce. Offer single serve condiment bags for carry out, but have small bottles of soy sauce on the tables. I never leave negative reviews, however I was very disappointed with my service. I'll admit, I took a little bit longer than a person who knows the menu to order my food, but it was maybe about 2 minutes tops. When I was ending my order the drive thru operator huffed and puffed as if she was annoyed with my ordering. I used to work in fast food and understand how frustrating it is when customers take longer than normal, but no one wants to hear that when they're ordering. read more

The workers are amazing. They were extremely understaffed at rush hour dinner. First problem on the managers part. They were running out of food and trying to compensate dealing with customers who were less than personable, yet were able to maintain a professional composure no matter the stress. The drive through staff were trying extra hard to keep up and appeared to do super well. The cook (only appeared to be one) was throwing out fresh, hot food as quickly as it was requested. The manager all the while stood behind a back counter and watched. My family and I waited in line for about 30 minutes (by choice as we didn't want to add to the craziness) as the kids tried to fly through online orders, grub hub deliveries, in person deliveries and staying out of the way of the drive through staff. The manager did nothing during this time besides watch the craziness ensue. We eventually had our order taken by the only two staffers working the line of about 30 people as they took a moment away from online orders, and they were both beyond professional and apologetic. As we approached the cash register a woman came in from the drive through after apparently not having her order fulfilled to perfection. She promptly yelled "CAN I JUST GET MY ORDER CORRECT FOR THE THIRD TIME?!" Silencing the crowded restaurant. The manger approached the counter, realized it was drive through order and then retrieved a drive through staff to deal with the screaming customer. Not appropriate. Not professional. Needless to say the young woman dealt with the angry woman with complete professionalism, even offering extra things for free to which the customer further yelled about. The manager continued to watch from behind his counter. Needless to say these kids staffing this restaurant were great, and the restaurant could be fabulous if the manager did more and watched less. We were having a late night (8:20 PM) CHINESE dinner. Clean, comfortable, excellent service & food products. Entire staff were friendly and helpful. Good lighting and parking with easy access. Bathrooms were clean. I also liked the clean appearance of the staff, hair up and clean uniforms.
