Hamburger was not a tiny bit warm. The guy packing the bag said here you go, I said "are there drinks in the bag"? He looks at the receipt.......oh yeah. Long silence.......i ask, do I get the drinks? Lady then gets the drinks. He says, I even wrote the name on each cup. I get home, ready for a warm hamburger and it's not. Drinks were just over half full. Food and drink are too expensive to get this kind of quality and service. Don't waste your time, and money going here. read more

I have heard mixed reviews but it was my brothers choice for his birthday - Fun restaurant. Clean and bright, out of this world decor ;) The burgers did not disappoint. The service was friendly and the patient - we had a larger group that needed to order at the counter. The food was out really quick. The burgers were cooked exactly as ordered and so good. I dined in today to try their weekly special. The special sandwich had grilled shrimp, andouille sausage, tomatoes, creole coleslaw and a sauce. Their dining area is very clean and service is great. We stopped in after our watching our granddaughter play soccer. Hi-Pointe is one of our favorites and this was our first visit to this location. Nice clean restaurant with a giant fly saucer in the dining room. Prices are reasonable and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. Our Frisco Melts were excellent as were the Shakes. Gave them another shot and was impressed! The buffalo soldier sandwich was flavorful and just the right amount of heat. Sweet potato tots were a winner. All the staff members are very friendly. We've come in here a couple times for a date night and it's always a great spot. I like that you can get any burger protein style, which is a lettuce wrap burger There's also plenty of seating inside and outside the patio faces the sun so it's a really nice warm spot to sit, but does have shading The restaurant is very clean and the restaurants. When you want something, a little bit more elevated than fast food and a little more playful this is the place! I love that they've opened up in Cottleville because you can stop by for a delicious burger. They have vegetarian food as well. The menu is creative and very tasty. I love when food forward people work and get to create like the art that food really is but they don't take it so seriously. The decor is goofy and fun the food fresh and intentional and the staff makes you feel welcome but they're not overly pushy. It's clean it's fast it's tasty. It's a great place to stop where you feel like you're supporting a local business over a large chain. What's so cool is the variety of people we saw eating with us the other tables there were kids coming off little league. The burgers and milkshakes are great. The service is pretty good and I like the vibe.

It's a fairly new location on Mid Rivers Mall Dr, very nice, clean and modern. That being said, I don't get the hype, I paid $16 for a hamburger that wasn't very good. The meat was overcooked enough that the edges were burnt. Im convinced that the sandwich was assembled by a child or a chimpanzee, it was a hot mess. Overall, it certainly was not appealing and it was less than mediocre. Do better! read more

They let my burger sit for quite a while and had to remind them to not salt my fries only to find my fries were not done and the burger sat for so long the grease saturated the bun. A fun place to catch a wide variety of burgers and sandwiches. The theme is along the lines of a certain green substance that gives one the munchies. The munchies inspired food is absolutely great with vibrant flavors, twists and more. One, the Toklahoma, is about the best taste approximation of the famous burgers from In-N-Out in SoCal. Service is off the hook, and this Brandon guy was highly attentive multiple times we went there. It's on our list for even more return visits. read more

The smell of grease is a little overwhelming walking in, but this is a burger joint-so what do you expect? The frisco melt was not my favorite, but the sweet potato tots were good. I walked in and saw sign that says, "Sorry we are Stoned" and I was like mmmm should I be worried. Well let me tell you the Stoners can make my burger anytime! It's soo hard to find a good burger but this place delivers . The fries were decent but the burger is the show stopper for sure. The service supported the sign's culture which mean it was okay. They are known for their burgers but we had two salads. My husband ordered the salmon salad. He said it was good but it left him hungry and wanting some kind of carbohydrate. I had the greens grain salad, really tasty and healthy. Had to send it back because they added cheese. Twice. If you have burger loving friends but want options, this is the place. Went back. Husband had the turkey burger and sweet potato tots. He said the burger was greasy and he wouldn't order it again. And there were only 12 tots in the order. I had the salad again. Delicious! Love this place and ecstatic they brought it out to St Charles county!! Stopped in last night to check out the new location and was pleasantly surprised with how big this place is. Tons of seating inside and a nice patio. Lots of parking. We looked at the daily special which I always like to see on their insta account- it's always so dang creative and looks amazing. Instead of the special, opted for the turkey club with sweet potato tots and my husband got a patty melt with fries, chili, and cheese sauce. You order at the front and they give you a number. Drink and water cups are at a station and so is extra sauce. Food came out quick- there is no table service FYI. We also got the Oreo shake (only one size) and it was HUGE! And delicious! Finally, Hi-Point Drive in is close to the house. We normally drove to either Ballwin or the city for a great meal, but now Hi Point is just a few minutes away. We made the decision to come late afternoon to beat the rush and was able to find seating as well as timely service. Seating was serviced and wiped down and plenty options where to sit as well as outside. What separates Hi Point from other competitors is its diverse and creative menu. Hi Point is not afraid to challenge its customers and almost always delivers a hit! Once we ordered we enjoyed local soft drinks and milkshakes while we wait. Although Hi Point is a little on the pricey side, our meals were delivered hot and perfectly seasoned. Be warned: Hi Point is also located close to several parks and home to a variety of kids sports and can be busy throughout the day. Be patient and enjoy the what Hi point has to offer. If you like Sugarfire, you'll like Hi-pointe. It has that same modern, cool vibe. Brand new and kept sparkling clean. They offer counter service, you're given a number to place on your table and the food comes out fast! Kudos to a very attentive staff that keeps on top of cleanliness. I appreciate that they offer vegetarian burger choices. My daily special, cod sandwich, was really good. I like supporting local brand beverages. I am planning a return visit. UPDATE: I stopped in for my second visit and ordered takeout. Short wait in line. I ordered the taco burger, substituting beef with the impossible patty, and the macaroni and cheese for a side. Today was the perfect day since they had the special, St. Lunatics Burger! Unfortunately, y'all are missing out until next year if you didn't get it today. Their other burgers are juicy and delicious so you're not missing out too much! The St. Lunatics burger consists of: * Pepperoni pizza as the burger bun * Meat patty * Pork steak * Toasted Ravioli * Provel Cheese * Red Hot Riblet chips Yes! All of that between 2 pepperoni pizzas! Amazing! They have great milkshakes, but if you're not into it, there are many dessert locations nearby: Midtown Donuts, Crumbl, Silkys, etc.... Update to original review: Well, my partner and I have done a takeout order again. Final chance, and it was another failure. Ordered our usual: his a double cheeseburger plain and dry, and mine an impossible with cheese, lettuce, and pickles. I decided to have it dry after the fiasco of the last time with sauce everywhere. We also ordered 2 fries and 2 cheese dip. Everything was cold. Like, cold cold. I don't know how it could be that cold having it ordered and home in less than 20 minutes. It's like they don't cook to order. The fries were even smaller than before, which I didn't think possible, and basically each order had about 8 cold fries. My pathetic burger had shreds of brown and wilted lettuce and no pickles. I even checked the receipt on the bag to see if it was even listed. Listed, yes, on the burger, no. I think I'm vetoing this in our list of takeout places. I'm tired of spending $40+ on two sub-par burgers and a half-order of fries. Honestly, I'd rather do Red Robin at this point: cheaper, better, and I'll at least get full. read more

Well I have to add to my last review just a bit ago. This time I want to share how awesome the customer service here is. Tonight, I just experienced the "Hi-way". I ordered take out. Busy night. Waited 20 minutes. Found out they accidentally gave my order to another person. Here comes the good part. This IS the "Hi-way". I won't get into specifics but there were several employees who went out of their way to let me know how sorry they were for the mixup and the wait to remake my order. They hooked me up. I am so appreciative and happy about it. They fixed it all. They made it right. They made it their way-- the Hi-way. That's how you treat your customers. If you treat them right they will come.
