Tried this Wendy's again because we got a mobile order coupon. Place the order at 420pm there were no employees working. Went in and watched for 25-30 minutes and empty dinning room no customers, no drive through. They never made the order. We sat in a dirty dining room starving and never received the $15 meal we paid for. Now we have to, for the fourth or fifth time, wait for the transaction to post, and then dispute it. This " fast food" scenario is anything but fast or convenient. For what it's worth, it's disgusting and a headache more than anything. DO NOT visit this location under any circumstances!!! I am not surprised to see this location has a two-star rating. I rarely post a bad review, but occasionally the service or food is just too bad to go unchecked. I rarely eat fast food and each time I do it seems I find a new low. The manager of this location, assuming there is one, should be ashamed that such food would leave the building! This is more a reflection on him/her than on the employee who thinks this is how you treat customers. 1. Fix the speaker! After three-four attempts the employee finally got it right. "Fish sandwich--no cheese---tartar sauce on the side" "Grilled chicken sandwich" 2. Now, I know the sandwiches will not look like the poster pics, but they should at least resemble them. These are beyond substandard. One pickle slice and a leaflet of lettuce, really? Of course, they could not be bothered to provide a side of tarter sauce. Horrible experience. I was in the area for an appointment. I was very early and didn't want to deal with traffic so I thought I'd have lunch. I dined in. So many issues. First, the place was disgusting. Dirty tables, dirty chairs, dirty drink and condiment stations, bugs flying around. I mean, I can't imagine that everyone who entered didn't notice. Fast food is mostly drive thru these days though. Maybe they don't care. They put bacon on my sandwich. I don't eat pork so that was also disappointing. I informed the cashier who was multitasking, restocking the dirty condiment area. I brought the sandwich to the counter. Nobody seemed surprised. Unfortunately, I have to keep my rating of Wendy's at one star because when I picked up my order - which I placed on the Wendy's app - I was given a single burger instead of the Baconator I ordered. I didn't eat at this Wendy's but went through to pick up an Uber eats order. This Wendy's blows. Building was closed and it was only 7:30 at night and it looked disgusting and unsaniatary. Workers were distracted and careless. Forgot half the order and I still wasn't positively sure everything was there in the order. When I went back around to tell them half my order was missing, the chick at the drive thru just left my order on the ledge in front of the drive thru window. Out of all bad Wendy's experiences, this one was the worse and I wasn't even a customer. So ungodly slow. Missed 1 of 2 sandwiches ordered. I FINALLY got food that was actually hot - then it went cold while waiting 20 minutes to the side of the drive thru line for a salad. The ambiance is inconsequential because no one is in it. When the young girl who took my order finally brought out the salad, she also tried giving me someone else's drink - when I asked "is this my salad though?" she muttered something while walking away not looking at me. This is the most chaotic Wendy's I've ever visited. These people don't give a single f*ck, and I kind of admire that. The wait time is insane. They seem to close when it's raining, even if it's drizzling. Sometimes there's nobody there to take your order. Today, I ordered a Cobb salad and a large iced coffee. The screen said "small" so I repeated myself, and the woman responded, "No. You said small." So I politely asked for a large and she said she, "WOULD THINK ABOUT IT." I immediately submitted and started to beg for a large. She was so powerful. I want to travel the world with this woman. But I got my large iced coffee and the salad was meh. I can't recommend this location but I will continue to visit out of desperation, laziness, and to debase myself. When you look inside the restaurant from the drive thru window it's always dirty with trash in the floor and the workers seems to be unprofessional with the language they use. I went through the drive. Asked for crispy fries, small chili and a small double cheese burger. I checked the fries before I ever left the parking lot-not a crispy fry anywhere to be found. I did not take them in because I wanted to get home. When I got home I tried the chili first and saw mostly beans. There was so little meat in there and not much of a chili taste even. I can cook beans here at home it I wanted all beans. I opened the burger and the meat looked good but the lettuce, tomato and onion was so thin, I didn't know you could cut that stuff that thin and if there was any sauce of any kind I couldn't find it. I have to say the thing that saved this burger is that my dog ate more of it than me. I had not been to Wendy's for a while but for their own good, raise the price and sell me something that I'll like so I will want to return for more. Over the past few years I've only been here a handful of times, but in the last year or so it is gotten to the point where I avoid coming Tonight I decided I wanted to taco salad and after waiting 20 minutes in the drive-through line, I was told there's no chili. So I ordered the number one meal and when I got home, it was obvious that the fries have been sitting under the warmer lights since lunchtime. Management needs to get involved and be present on site. We didn't experience anything close to what was previously discussed in reviews. We were cheerfully greeted, the order was assembled in less than 5 minutes. It was correct and properly cooked.
