Large beef on an onion roll.absolutely amazing!!
    John H.

This place is unbelievable great !!! I started eating beef's as a teenager, I'm 55, this is the best of them all, I know many love Bella's and the modern butcher, both are very good, but Londis is my personal favorite. It's a perfect 10, great roost beef, amazing buttery soft onion roll and great mayo and that great James river bbq sauce. I personally go out of my way for this North Andover LONDIS, I believe they have one else where but I haven't been and don't need too, this place has been spot on every single time.

Junior Roast Beef Light BBQ Onion Roll

Wow! This is the BEST North Shore Beef I have ever had! Our experience started walking into a sparkling clean environment and a friendly greeting from the young lady behind the register. I have to say this beef was top notch! Cooked perfectly, excellent flavor, the grill on the amazing onion roll was perfect! We also had onion rings that were fantastic! Fresh cut, cooked to a nice crispy consistency and lots of flavor. That beef was a 9.8 outta 10. It would have been a 10 if it was a little warmer. If you haven't tried Londi's you are missing out !!!!

Left: junior roast beef (3-way w everything). Right: super roast beef (3-way)

My partner and I got a junior roast beef (3-way w everything) and super roast beef (3-way) - TASTE: 4/5 - the sandwiches hit the spot and we enjoyed the 3-way toppings: cheese, mayo, and BBQ sauce TEXTURE: 4/5 - the huge pile of roast beef was still light and easy on the stomach. Really glad I got the "everything" toppings, which added the crisp textures of lettuce and tomato, and the buns were nicely toasted. Definitely a messy meal, get your napkins ready! PRICE: 4/5 - our total came to $27 SERVING SIZE: 4/5 - great portions for lunch and, again, deceptively not heavy on the stomach. The junior and super looked surprisingly similar in size SERVICE: 4/5 - walked in at 1pm on a Friday, ordered at the counter, and got our food 10min later. Staff was very friendly ATMOSPHERE: 5/5 - you can tell it's a newer space! Super bright, clean, and spacious PARKING: 5/5 - plenty of parking in North Andover Mall plaza's parking lot

    Steak Tip Caesar

Gave the wrong salad. We ordered steak tip ceasar salad which is supposed to be Romain lettuce, shaved Parmesan, and croutons. Got I think a house salad instead. Barely any Parmesan and no croutons. For $18.75 you would they would double check. Upset.

    Holy huge roast beef salad

Londi's is really good omn all points= The food, freshness. flavor, portion size, menu, hospitality, and cleaniness. I stopped in for lunch recently and got a chicken kabob wrap. The wrap came out quicky and was huge. Very fresh and tasty. The only thing that I can say is that it was a tad messy and fell apart and had to finish with a fork. I will be back again for many more lunch stops!

    Barely cooked, super fatty, bacon!

The roast beef here is great. But after walking in and seeing FOX News on the televisions, I will not be returning if it's on again next time. Hopefully just a mistake.

My order: Shrimp Alfredo Pasta w/ spaghetti. It came w/ cheesy garlic bread. I got a vitamin water on the side.

Don't put Fox News on in your restaurant...it's offensive to your customers. Otherwise the food here is great.

One of the best if not the best roast beef sandwiches. The onion rings were divine. Highly recommend.

Somehow they manage to make it feel both healthy and a little decadent. We also love the flatbreads and deserts, and the chicken sandwich and burgers have been great as well - really can't miss. The only thing really missing is a few more solid vegetarian protein options - it would be wonderful to be able to get a grilled tofu steak on that Asian Quinoa Salad. Service is fantastic - you enter from the patio side (steps up front and ramp along back of the patio). These guys are well and professionally staffed and we've always been met and seated quickly. All of our servers have been knowledgeable and helpful in making selections. They have regular tables, high tops, bar seating and outdoor tables. There are dedicated water bowls for anyone who brings a pup (outdoors only) and the dogs I've seen have been well behaved and adorable. We've never brought our dog, but he's still greeted and admired by staff as we pass by on a walk. That really says all you need to know about the wonderful people. Parking is in the lot right out front surrounding the small High Street courtyard or on the street. The dining patio overlooks that same courtyard. All in all a great combination of good food and a nice but casual atmosphere.

When I checked yelp, it had really good reviews too, so it was worth the try. I was really impressed with the ordering experience. They knew what they were doing. And if this obviously wasn't their first place. Although the chicken Shawarma was hanging and could be cut at any time dripping with juices, they actually had a container full already cut chicken Shawarma. Looks really, really juicy fresh and yummy. So we would pass on Shwarma next time. Too bad. For the dinners, two shows chicken Shawarma one chose halloumi salad, and one chose falafel plate. For the sides, we tried the hummus, vermicelli, rice, regular potatoes, spicy potatoes, Fattoush salad, and all looked really good. The atmosphere looks to be the type that I wouldn't really want to sit and have a romantic dinner at, but it does have a nice bar on the side, and there were a few people sitting and enjoying the trick with their food. We got takeout. The chicken Shawarma was pretty dry, and could have used a little bit more spice. We got the garlic aïoli on the side, and it matched it well. The hummus is excellent consistency, but needs a bit more spice also. Perhaps some of the dry spice they sell in the store. The halloumi on top of the salad is excellent. Really excellent. We drove a half hour to get home, so the halloumi was no longer warm, but that's expected. The salad under the halloumi, was really good. Very fresh, a bit different with the mandarin oranges, raisins, and slivered, almonds, and it all went well together. The dressing that comes with it, is the fig, balsamic vinaigrette, and that tasted just like a bottled fig balsamic glaze. It's the sticky very strong taste, and it was perfect on the salad and the cheese. Tabouli was great taste and yummy. So fresh. Disappointed in the pita, wish they were cooked in house. Cookies for dessert were pretty amazing. Homemade in house and they tasted it, and though they were kind of pricey, we would probably get them again. We really liked this place. 4 stars because of the dry shwarma.

I've gotten pizza from here twice and both times the crust was overdone, even burnt in some spots. I ordered via the Toast app and there is the option to ask for a lighter bake which I wish I had done. Both times I ordered a pizza with pepperoni and mushroom with garlic bread crust which was about $30 after tax and tip. The pizza is large but still on the pricey side. The garlic bread crust seemed like it was just garlic powder seasoning so it doesn't add much flavor. However I appreciate that they are generous with the toppings and aside from the crust, everything else was good. The location is a pain to get in and out of because the parking lot is small and it's located on a busy spot on 114 next to Stop and Shop.

So I had a second lunch (two slices from a whole pie that I'll finish another day). -- Pepperoni Pizza: I've come to expect high-quality and that's what I got. Lightly charred crust with a fairly firm base, neither done to an extreme. Unexpected was a bit of sourness to the cheese, which was actually a plus, adding complexity. Robust tomato sauce is there in greater supply than most, and I like that. Pepperoni isn't as thick as Tree House, but it's noticeably thicker than most, and much more flavorful. If there's a weakness to this pizza, it's that the crust is more of a vessel (though a well-cooked one) than flavor provider, but it delivers structure. There's more than enough flavor everywhere else. -- Chocolate Chip Cookie: I always covet them but today I took the plunge. I expected good, but not necessarily great beyond pizza cookie standards. It's fairly thin, very bendy, and very moist, with so much chocolate that I feared it would detract from the dough. Not the case: despite a slight resemblance to supermarket bakery cookies, this dough emphasized butter, not sugar. And a fabulous butter at that (probably brown butter), bringing a darker flavor with nutty hints of caramel. Salt crystals on top are cliché nowadays, but restraint ensured they'd enhance, not distract. The flavor got better with every bite. Excellent cookie that would put many full fledged bakeries to shame. Back to the pizza: If you're not into the tomato, the char, or the lack of seating (2 booths), this place might not be for you. But I'm all for the first two and don't mind gambling on seating, because tailgating is always a worthy last resort for pizza this good.
