BEST Chick-fil-A!!!! The staff goes over and beyond to make sure food is fresh,hot and high quality. There is plenty of parking, conveniently located near 215 freeway and shopping centers. The inside of the restaurant is always clean and we noticed staff taking extra time to sanitize the play area. The extra detail to cleanliness and service goes a long way and im soo happy for this team. The bar has been set very high and I recommend this location for all families. Horrible customer service. First and last time at this location. Pulled up for the drive through, only to discover there is another entrance. Pulled out of the parking lot into the drive through entrance. After waiting in line, was informed that it was a mobile order only line. Like the entrance, there weren't lit signs indicating such. Was told I had to go through the line, then back around in order to place an order, after already waiting 20 minutes. Finally tried the MOBILE THRU at this chick fil a. I gotta say, it wasn't great. I placed my order then left to the location to get it fast... or so I thought. I get there - There were about 5 cars in drive thru & about 3 cars in my line MOBILE THRU. When it was my turn (about 4 minutes in), they asked me to park in their VIP section to the right side. I waited about 15 minutes there to get my food where I repeatedly saw cars in regula le drive thru get their food. I counted about 10 cars after I parked and it made me regret the MOBILE THRU option. Next time, I'll just go through regular drive thru. The food itself and the workers there are great! No complaints there, just that wait was horrible. Also, there is construction happening on the Main Street so getting on the freeway a horrible wait too! Chick Fil A is a brand that is well- known for its politeness, efficiency and commitment to exceptional customer service, but not at this location! Apparently, no one clued in the employees at this newer location that customer service is supposed to be part of the brand culture. The workers here - including their leads - have no problem being rude to customers. The Yelp two-star rating does not surprise me. They overcharged me in the drive-thru and made me wait to the side for about 15 minutes while they fixed the error they made and then returned my money with no explanation or apology, not even from the supervisor. I had 30 minutes for lunch that day and I spent half of it waiting. Cold food, rude employees and overcharges are the culture here. Don't go there unless you enjoy being treated rudely. Woohoo!!! A Chick-fil-A in San Bernardino!!! My first visit was excellent. All of the food I ordered was fresh. The chicken sandwich and spicy chicken sandwich were spot on. The waffle fries were nice and fresh. The iced tea was refreshing. Definitely a good first impression and I will return. The drive thru has two lines. The inside dining area is nice and clean. There is also a big parking lot. If you have not been to a Chick-Fil-A, they offer delicious chicken meals. Chicken sandwiches, nuggets, chicken strips, salads, macaroni, and desserts. Really tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt and even a year later, their customer service is horrible. I have worked in retail and fast food for years so I truly understand matching customers energy when they are rude and obnoxious but why treat nice customers like trash?!?! I pulled into the drive thru and said hi to the worker and she said "pull forward, what do you want to eat". Then throughout my time ordering she's cutting me off. I stayed nice and told her to have a good day and she looked at me and walked away. I realized that they forgot my sauce so I went inside and at least 5 employees see me try to ask for them and all continue to walk past me. And I wasn't even rude. I placed a mobile order Saturday evening for a Spicy Deluxe Meal, I asked for no pickles, no tomatoes, and no lettuce. I got my sandwich and as I was biting into it I tasted pickles, I opened up the sandwich and there were 2 pickles in my sandwich. I took off the pickles and there was a hair underneath the pickles. This location is not it. 2nd time is the charm and I'm done. Went to give them another chance and ordered a grilled chicken club. Was very specific that all I wanted verbatim was chicken, cheese, and the bacon. No tomato or lettuce. And they managed to yet again screw up.
