Finally tried the MOBILE THRU at this chick fil a. I gotta say, it wasn't great. I placed my order then left to the location to get it fast... or so I thought. I get there - There were about 5 cars in drive thru & about 3 cars in my line MOBILE THRU. When it was my turn (about 4 minutes in), they asked me to park in their VIP section to the right side. I waited about 15 minutes there to get my food where I repeatedly saw cars in regula le drive thru get their food. I counted about 10 cars after I parked and it made me regret the MOBILE THRU option. Next time, I'll just go through regular drive thru. The food itself and the workers there are great! No complaints there, just that wait was horrible. Also, there is construction happening on the Main Street so getting on the freeway a horrible wait too! Not cool but that's not their fault, just keep that in mind when you go to this location as of 6/2025. read more

I had a disappointing experience here. I accidentally went into the mobile order line when I actually had a carryout order. As soon as I got to the window, I apologized for the mistake because it was an honest misunderstanding. What bothered me was the way I was treated afterward. Isaiah, the co-owner's son, rolled his eyes and said to the employee helping me, "Why should we get it? They should get down and get it themselves." He then rolled his eyes again. The attitude and comment felt unnecessary, especially since I had already apologized for the mistake. I do want to give credit where it's due. The other employee who was helping me was actually very kind and professional. Tho I didn't get her name. (She had braids) She told me it was okay and that mistakes happen, which helped lighten the mood. She even called Isaiah out for being disrespectful, which I appreciated. That employee handled the situation much better and showed the level of customer service I would expect. Everyone makes simple mistakes, and I don't think customers should be made to feel embarrassed or disrespected over an honest misunderstanding. If the owner sees this review, I hope they have a conversation with their son about treating customers with a little more patience and respect. The kindness of the employee who helped me prevented the experience from being even worse, but Isaiah's behavior left a negative impression and unfortunately affected my overall experience. And I will NOT be coming here again, due to ISAIAH. read more

I just don't think it's right to have one lane for the drive-thru when there's two lanes and the mobile order Lane everybody's getting into and I don't see them scanning at the mobile app so in my opinion some of these are not mobile orders and then they're having to put their order in at the window and it's holding everyone up this is probably going to be the last time I come to a Chick-fil-A if you're going to have priority customers then both lanes need to be open because everyone has places to go and places to be. read more

Chick Fil A is a brand that is well- known for its politeness, efficiency and commitment to exceptional customer service, but not at this location! Apparently, no one clued in the employees at this newer location that customer service is supposed to be part of the brand culture. The workers here - including their leads - have no problem being rude to customers. The Yelp two-star rating does not surprise me. They overcharged me in the drive-thru and made me wait to the side for about 15 minutes while they fixed the error they made and then returned my money with no explanation or apology, not even from the supervisor. I had 30 minutes for lunch that day and I spent half of it waiting. Cold food, rude employees and overcharges are the culture here. Don't go there unless you enjoy being treated rudely. It is definitely NOT their pleasure to serve anyone. read more

Woohoo!!! A Chick-fil-A in San Bernardino!!! My first visit was excellent. All of the food I ordered was fresh. The chicken sandwich and spicy chicken sandwich were spot on. The waffle fries were nice and fresh. The iced tea was refreshing. Definitely a good first impression and I will return. The drive thru has two lines. The inside dining area is nice and clean. There is also a big parking lot. If you have not been to a Chick-Fil-A, they offer delicious chicken meals. Chicken sandwiches, nuggets, chicken strips, salads, macaroni, and desserts. BEST Chick-fil-A!!!! The staff goes over and beyond to make sure food is fresh,hot and high quality. There is plenty of parking, conveniently located near 215 freeway and shopping centers. The inside of the restaurant is always clean and we noticed staff taking extra time to sanitize the play area. The extra detail to cleanliness and service goes a long way and im soo happy for this team. The bar has been set very high and I recommend this location for all families. Side note: The location promotes unity within the community hosting activities and events and for all ages. Some activities include Movie night, arts & craft etc. read more

I placed a mobile order Saturday evening for a Spicy Deluxe Meal, I asked for no pickles, no tomatoes, and no lettuce. I got my sandwich and as I was biting into it I tasted pickles, I opened up the sandwich and there were 2 pickles in my sandwich. I took off the pickles and there was a hair underneath the pickles. This location is not it. 2nd time is the charm and I'm done. Went to give them another chance and ordered a grilled chicken club. Was very specific that all I wanted verbatim was chicken, cheese, and the bacon. No tomato or lettuce. And they managed to yet again screw up. Really tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt and even a year later, their customer service is horrible. I have worked in retail and fast food for years so I truly understand matching customers energy when they are rude and obnoxious but why treat nice customers like trash?!?! I pulled into the drive thru and said hi to the worker and she said "pull forward, what do you want to eat". Then throughout my time ordering she's cutting me off. I stayed nice and told her to have a good day and she looked at me and walked away. I realized that they forgot my sauce so I went inside and at least 5 employees see me try to ask for them and all continue to walk past me. And I wasn't even rude. I said please and thank you and there was no interaction from them. No one's asking you to have a full on conversation with customers, just a hello would be nice. read more
