Tough crowd as far as reviews goes. I'm sure there are some haters but most have valid points which management should learn from. Anyone that has to manage 160 entry level jobs ( kids) gets 5 stars from me though. No $ in the world would cause me to do that. I remember Chick-fil-a from 20 years ago when I used to travel to TX on business. Food is pretty good, service is very good. The one kink we had was we asked if there was a family special so we were told either 4 chicken sand, 4 spicy chicken sand or 4 fries. I told them I would take 1 of each instead of the list my wife had prepared for me. Well, there was nothing special about those specials, they were all at regular price. This place sucks, the staff is under trained and management is worse. Don't ever order your food to be delivered from these idiots. Not only is it gonna show up freezing cold, but there gonna forget your food items and sauces. And when you call you have your food items that are missing delivered. They tell you to come pick them up. Since I'm a paraplegic i find this the most disgusting performance of customer service ever. This location has been open now for a month and a half. And every time I go they are always packed. Because they are still new we've used the mobile app each time we've ordered it and have never had a problem. Despite having large crowds and a busy drive-through, the employees are always so nice, friendly, and polite. We had the opportunity to speak to the manager on opening day and he was focused on getting everyone served and making sure people had what they wanted. We appreciate the service during this crazy time and with the heat, the staff has done a great job. Stopped for a early breakfast and was blown away by the exterior of this new store. The service was amazing and I am pretty sure this was the biggest juiciest chicken sandwich I have ever had. Absolutely the worst location out there. We are locals and each time there's something wrong with our order. Either the food is cold, something is missing, or just completely wrong. We always give them a second chance because we know mistakes happen. Three times in a row now we've been given the wrong sandwiches. Normally we eat them and move on but today I decided to call and speak with the store lead. Darla (the lead) told me I had to bring the food back in order to get a refund because I could be lying and trying to get free food. I understand they are busy but I work in food service myself and that does not excuse wrong orders or rude attitudes. After today, we will go elsewhere anytime we want Chick-fil-A. This chick-fil-a location is the WORST possible one any person can go to. The employees, INCLUDING the managers, are unprofessional and take their jobs as a joke. They have their personal conversations when you're waiting for your food at the drive-thru window, the managers do not take concerns/ complaints seriously, and they ALWAYS mess up my order. I always order chick n minis and every single time they've either cheated me some of them or they give me the driest bread. Chick n minis are supposed to have honey butter, but obviously this location is unaware of that. I am SO disappointed. Yesterday I went to this location and I ordered a 10 count chick n minis with extra honey butter on the bread... they gave me NO honey butter and only 8 pieces... ARE YOU SERIOUS?! So I called the manager Gabe and he said "I don't know how to fix that" which is such an unprofessional and dumb thing for a manager to say.. and so I asked if they can give me new ones for the following day which is today. I show up and I open the bag today when I get home AND ALL THEY GAVE ME WAS CHICKEN?!! No bread, NOTHING! I understand you gave it to me for free, but seriously? I asked for chick n minis not just chicken. This location needs some serious review by corporate. Poor bagging service from a mobile order carry out. After arriving & indicating I was there via the app, I never got notified that the food was ready. When I walked in to check on the food it was just sitting there. Consequently the food was cold. I informed a staff member of what happened. When I got home I noticed ketchup was not packed. My order keeps on getting wrong. On separate occasions they have forgotten sandwiches despite us having our order be read back to us.

Why are people waiting in long long lines to get this food. I ordered the original chicken sandwich. It comes with the dullest of hamburger bun, one thin pickle and that's it. The waffle fries were dull and certainly not cooked properly. All in all my husband and I said never eating here again. He had the nuggets which were dull boring and the same undercooked fries. The girl who took my order was very nice and cooperative to my big order. I think her name was Olivia. Every item I asked for, I received. Even the extra sauce and napkins. My boyfriend lives ins an clemente and I personally love chick fil a. I go 2-3 times a week and have always had good service, but the first time I attended this chick fil a...what looked to be the owner was very rude to me and made me not want to come back. I had walked inside the restaurant to pick up a doordash order and was quickly spoken too rudely. He pointed me to the door and said "can I help u!?" in a rude way. We used the app for a delivery onto the base at Camp Pendleton. While the ability to deliver on base is wonderful especially for the families who have a father away serving our country I feel like this was particularly poor representation of your business. We ordered a salad, three kids meals and 10 nuggets. The charge was $50. We called within 15 minutes of ordering to cancel and were told "it's already on the way". 40 minutes later I called and was told "it's on the way" . When I explained how long it had been since we placed the order I was put on hold and then told " they will be leaving now" . 30 minutes later we check the porch and our food is now there although no one knocked to let us know and there was no text or any notification that our food had arrived. $50 is a lot of money to most people but especially to a military family . We understand paying extra for delivery and we wanted to treat the kids who were having a friend over but this experience and the cost was so poor that we will be taking a long break from Chuck Fil A. read more
