This particular chic-fil-a has one of the rudest people answering the phone (casey i believe was her name). I ordered food for delivery through doordash. I did not get my full order as items were on the receipt on the bag but the items were not in the bag. Despite CFA wrongly filled the bag and put it out for delivery they will not honor or admit their mistake and argued that the drover is supposed to open and rummage through your bags and verify what food is in it--besides a bad hygiene policy they were totally disinterest in my issue. Out of the probably 6 or 7 times I've come here they have always forgotten something in my order. Today I have waited over 30 minutes in their drive thru. Usually when I go to get the lords chicken I have the knights in shinning armor out to take the orders to make it go faster. It took about 35 minutes to get our mobile order once we got there. We ordered four 5 lb bags of ice and our dinner. They didn't have the bags of ice so their solution was to give us a ton of cups of ice. Not ok. We buy this ice to serve with specialty drinks we serve. We asked to have the ice put in market bags, which they were unwilling to do. I had to tell them this is what the Laguna Niguel CFA does for us when we buy bags of ice so they finally agreed. Kind of bummed because it's right next to my work. I utilized their curbside pick up because I have a brief lunch period at work so I could grab and run. Unfortunately this system does not work like it should. I ordered ten minutes before I left my office as the building is 3 minutes away and I knew it would take a moment for the restaurant staff to make my order of a grilled chicken sandwich and a large fry. Upon arriving I checked in on the app like it told me to and say in spot 1. People who came later than me started getting their food and I was the last car left so I went inside. I had been waiting for 30 minutes and just wasted my entire lunch time waiting for my food. I asked about my order inside and they had no record of it and then put my order into the computer then. It's taken ten more minutes and I still don't have my order. I do want to give the benefit of the doubt because it was lunch rush time but I'm really disappointed. I literally give CFA thousands of dollars a year, I eat there 3 times a week. I was stoked for the new opening in my town of San Clemente. Now? I'm less thrilled. CFA is the gold standard of fast food service but this location didn't get the memo....or the training? From cold fries to long waits at the drive thru...maybe I can handle that. But 3 times I've ordered extra pickles and this seems to be beyond the staff. Last time I ordered for delivery, my shake was no longer frothy but rather seemed like it's been sitting out for a good while before they delivered it to me. My location was just around the corner too. Also there have been multiple times that the mobile app isn't even working to place an order. They also only allow you to order but you still have to pick up in the drive through. They don't even allow curbside anymore. What's the point in ordering ahead if you still have to wait in the damn line. I wouldn't waste my time at this location. Rather drive to another city to receive better service than this. read more

I've had the pleasure of eating here a couple of times. Everytime they work as quickly and efficiently as possible to get me my order (whether for a group or just me). This last time in particular, one of their team members (I believe his name is Liam), went out of his way to help me out. I accidentally went down the wrong parking aisle to get into their drive-thru lane and he went above and beyond as he had to move some cones for me. I really like chick fil A but every time I go there I say we need gluten free. I order as I have other places stating gluten free . Every time I get at least one of the two gluten free orders wrong. We have celiacs so it's important and at times the line was too long to bother. When I have gone back they where polite and replaced it and it tasted good. But when someone says gluten free allergy please do not give them breaded chicken. Walked in and was told the dinning room was closed and I had to go through the drive thru at noon on Friday 9-3-21. I said I just wanted a lemonade and was told I had to go wait in line. This is after a white male had his drink refilled in front of me and before a white woman and her 2 kids ordered. I used the restroom and a Hispanic employee apologized and said she was sorry while offering me a lemonade for free. WOW this is. T far the worst run business I've seen in a while. I was so happy arriving there to get my favorite salad, but the was a drive through fiasco that delayed me 10 minutes, then the credit card machine wouldn't work for the guy running the line. As many of you who are reading these reviews are avid Chick-fil-A fans, please heed the advice of so many and drive to another location (the new one in San Juan is great, as is the one in Ladera Ranch!). Where do I begin? The last three times I visited, I had the following issues, which is why I finally decided to leave a review: did a call ahead order and waited for 25 (!) minutes for pick up, while customers who walked in were getting their to go orders in record speed. I checked in twice and told it was "almost ready." And another time they forgot the soup (which I didn't realize until I was on my way home and made a u-turn to go get it). Then this morning, I ordered two breakfast bowls and both had no hash browns and one barely had any egg. Chick Fill A is one of my favorite fast food places. They are quick, efficient, and have good food. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich today with pickles. They only gave me 2 pickles in my sandwich. I mean come on.... That's not all that made me write this review. When I opened up my sandwich to put some sauce on it, the chicken was the size of the two pickles that were in the sandwich. This was very disappointing, I expected more from Chick fill a.
