This is the first time I have ever tried chick-fil-a and it is so overrated. Pros: Juicy chicken and great selection of dipping sauces. Cons: Waffle fries not Crispy, nuggets are more like tidbits like the actual size of pineapple chunks in the can that's how small they are. My girl and I went here during the lunch hour on a Saturday (I wouldn't recommend doing that). They had people out walking through the packed drive through taking orders. I didn't catch the guys name who took our order but he was very nice and engaging in conversation. We both ordered the number 1 with three sauces. My girls sandwich looked very good with a soft bun, crispy chicken and pickles. It came with a heaping pile of fries that were not very hot or crispy. My sandwich was a little different as my bun was was completely flattened on both sides and did not have pickles. My container of fries was only half full and cold. The chicken and the sauces were on point but with the flat bun, cold and half full fries, and an incomplete sandwich I have to give this location a 2. Very unprofessional staff working here. I received a delivery order with half of my items missing. When I called to let them know, I was told they could "email me the items." I then asked how they would be held accountable for a mistake in the future if I ordered from them again and was hung up on. I placed an order and arrived at the restaurant late by exactly 1 minute, the app cancelled my order. I asked a staff member to speak to a manager. Peter came out and explained how the app worked, he then explained to me that he could get me at a bare minimum the entrees. I can't tell you how happy I was to have Peter save me from two hungry kids who were craving chick-Fil-a. First visit. Time to see what all the fuss is about. Parking lot near capacity. Drive through wrapped around building. Several people in line inside. Almost every table occupied at 2pm. Line went fairly quick. Five mins. Polite cashier. Table clean. Food delivered to table by polite server. Ordered one crispy chicken sandwich, one spicy, grilled nuggets, lemonade & chilled coffee. Everything was really good. Chicken was amazing. Hot & crispy outside, juicy inside. Didn't care for the tenders. Pass on them next time. Busser took our tray when she saw we were done. When we go to Seekonk, a visit to Chick-fil-a is almost always on the itinerary. Everything they're known for - outstanding service, high-quality food, innovative customer interaction - is all completely justified. We've never had a bad experience. So, sure, you've heard of the yummy waffle fries, juicy chicken, and the personable service, but the one thing that really goes above-and beyond for me is the app. On the app, we can keep funds available, order ahead, and earn rewards (who doesn't love free food?). They also send "just because" free treats (medium waffle fries, ice cream, shake, etc.) and these little extras have gotten me to visit more often on more than one occasion. The only other food app I do this with is Dunkin Donuts because they get it right, too. read more

This is definitely my favorite fast food restaurant. The food never disappoints me and their frozen lemonade is amazing. There costumers service is superb. I have celiac disease and they have good options. I always get the grilled nuggets and frosted lemonade. The fries are Gluten free and delicious. Obviously if you are gluten free you can't do any of their fried foods or breaded food. Would 100% recommend if you want good food. read more

Being from the South, I'm totally biased towards chick-fil-a, (I eat it at least 3 times a week....). I have been to this location at least 50 times since it opened in February, but never thought to write a yelp review until this past experience. My boyfriend and I came on a Saturday afternoon, like always, it was busy, but they have a good system that moves the line quickly. I ordered my usual chicken sandwich meal, no pickle and my boyfriend got the spicy deluxe meal, also no pickle. We took our table marker and sat at a table outside. Also sitting outside, across the patio from us, was a chick-fil-a employee eating his lunch (I think he was a supervisor or manager, but not sure). As we sat down, he got up from his table and went inside (we didn't think anything of it). Within one minute, an employee brought our meal. Looking at first glance, the "no pickle" sticker was not on either one of our sandwich bags, and sure enough there were pickles inside... I got up to go back in and ask for our correct meal, and the manager/supervisor man was walking towards me with wipes to clean our table off (that really wasn't dirty, just had some salt spilled on it, but nothing I would have thought twice about). He asked me if something was wrong with our meal and I explained how we had pickles on our sandwiches that we asked pickle-less. He apologized and said he would deal with it. Two minutes later, he came back with our correct order and cleaned off our table, meanwhile his lunch was getting cold. I don't know what position he was, but I was very impressed he not only stopped eating during his lunch break to help fix our order that wasn't his responsibility, but also that he saw the salt on the table and cleaned it for us. Very polite, customer service manners! Dared to go here on day 2 of them opening, I was amazed with their organization and friendliness! Used the mobile app to order our food, there was an employee at the door guiding people where to go. There is a separate area for food ordered online and it was super fast and efficient. Do not let the lines scare you, these people know how to keep things moving and make great tasting food! The spicy chicken sandwich was sooooo good, you can even order it on a multigrain bun if you don't want the buttered white roll. Today was my fourth visit to this location....yes I have a bit of a problem. However it will likely be my last trip for quite a while. When I arrived around 4:30pm the drive through line was about 8 cars past the menu/ordering location. This was about the same distance as I experienced on opening day so I figured I'd go that route. To make a very long story short, when I arrived at the window to pick up my food it had been 28 minutes. On opening day the line may have been a bit longer but they had employees standing past the ordering locations to keep things moving. Why would you stop doing this?? We are from Chicago and there is a chain there called Portillo's that is just as busy everyday of the week and they have employees out in the drive through taking advanced orders, which of course keeps things moving. Again, why would you stop doing this and allow the wait time to become a ridiculous period of time???? I think it will be at least a couple of months before we return. By far the best chick fil-a in Mass! The staff is always a "pleasure"! (See what I did there) food always comes out fresh, hot and in a timely manner! Drinks are able to be refreshed and they don't look at me weird when I order 3 mayos per sandwich!! So 5 stars in my book! The staff is always friendly. The food is pretty good most of the time. There have been a few times where I ordered extra toppings on my sandwich to find out I was given the wrong food. It was starting to become a common occurrence but the last few times I've ordered I was given the correct order. Sometimes the waffle fries are undercooked & at times I've gotten more crumbs then actual waffle fries. Chick fil a is always slammed and chaotic. The staff handles the chaos pretty well but they need to open additional locations because drive thru is beyond chaotic. I observed one customer flipping out because he could not enter. I assume he wasn't aware of the global pandemic happening as to why Chick Fil A would not let him enter. He proceeded to start shouting obscenities and kicking outside furniture. I always get the spicy chicken sandwich (this sandwich has a little more heat than one might expect). They offer a wide variety of dipping sauces for your chicken, and the milkshakes have always been a hit with my family. The restaurant is kept clean, and they offer disposable placemats if you're bringing little ones. This is one of the smallest locations I've been to, so the kids' play area is relatively small, but still better than nothing. Unlike most other fast food joints, Chick-fil-A seems to keep their restaurants adequately staffed with happy employees. This is why you can find consistency throughout their locations. read more

It's not my favorite place. My husband loves the batter and spices on the chicken. I'm not a fan. Just hard to describe other than a different taste and texture. Also not a fan of the taste/texture with pickles on it (and I LOVE pickles!!!). Like the waffle fries and the cute ketchup containers. The spicy deluxe chicken sandwich is good but dry. No sauce on it just chicken, cheese bun lettuce and tomato so it forms a kind of paste in your mouth that leaves you looking like a dog that just ate peanut butter. Placed the order at 8:06pm and received no updates that the order was on its way. Decided at 8:36pm that 30 minutes was pretty excessive to wait for a drink (was already charged otherwise wouldn't have waited that long) and decided to go through the drive thru to check to see what was going on with the order where I was met with nothing but attitude. I finally had to go to see what all the hype was about. I've been back a few times since. First off, everyone that works here is super friendly and helpful. They are good at dealing with long lines quickly. I've enjoyed everything I've gotten and I really do appreciate that they have some healthier options on their menu. If you are in a hurry and on route 6, there's not a lot of drive-thru options where you can get something that's a bit healthier. I've got to admit to a bit of sticker shock though. Your healthier food is definitely coming with a higher price tag for slightly smaller portions. I have been going to this chic-Fil-a location for several months now as it is closest to my house. First of all - the driveway is an absolute nightmare ! I don't know why the town of Seekonk ever permitted this crazy arrangement of a 4 way stop intersection right in the middle of a main entry road to other stores. When it's busy ( almost always ) - it's very dangerous and aggravating- no one obeys the signs or can figure out who has the right of way! Secondarily, although I like their menu ( gluten free buns is a huge plus ) - I have had slot of mistakes made on my orders - used regular bun instead of GF ones ( a health issue) , missing ingredients ( no cheese when I ordered it ) , and mix ups of bacon instead of sausage when I specifically ordered one or the other. Lastly, especially during covid - I really don't like having my order taken at my car window by an outdoor order taker - this is pure nonsense. They have a two lane order kiosk in place. I hope improvements can be made - or I simply will stop frequenting this location.
