This place was so good I would go back every day! I ordered off the summer menu. Service was fast and friendly! Restaurant has outdoor seating and was a vibe!

I feel like I'm being punked. Is this really THE sweetgreen I've been hearing so much about? The picture of the salad really speaks for itself. I stood in line for 20 minutes for that salad. I paid $17 for that salad. I'm not really sure what else to say. The 3 or 4 bites that I got out of this salad were decent, although way too salty. Of the few pieces of steak, half of them were inedible & tough. After eating this kale caesar mini salad with a few bites of steak I am out of my mind thirsty & still hungry. I don't understand the appeal of sweetgreen & don't consider it remotely worth the money.

    where's that Salmon?

oh no! What could improve? How about adding salmon to the miso SALMON BOWL! Never ordering from here again there is always something missing.

Don't get me wrong I'm a huge sweetgreen fan, but I think we're done ordering sweetgreen to go from this specific location. Our order has consistently been messed up. Tonight I got a harvest bowl without chicken, rice and bread. My husband's order was also missing chicken and avocado. We received a third salad bowl that was not ours, so someone else never received their dinner (but her order was also incorrect lol)

Dropped it but the miso salmon bowl. Very vinegary..decent but the rice was hard

Prettyyy.... mid.. Based off the one protein bowl I had. I feel like you can get a larger and heartier meal at chipotle or Whole Foods (build your own salad) option. But if you're a salad person I think you'd like this place just based off the many options available. I would go back .. to try something else..

I love sweet greens! My overall favorite bowl is the harvest bowl. But they came out with the summer special call the the blacken chicken bbq bowl and that was actually my fav for a bit. This location in Cranston is nice. There's outdoor and indoor seating. The staff has been really nice there as well. And it's super clean. I've already been there a good amount of times and will continue to. The one place for me that makes you enjoy eating salads.

I went today to try something healthier than the pub food at Tavern in the Square next door. I walked in and went through a mix of salads. They have 4 to 5 blends of greens: Romain, Spinach, Kale, Arugula, etc. The following section includes meats: Steelhead fish, Blacked chicken, Roasted Chicken, Lobster, etc. Then pick other sides: carrots, purple Cabbage, beans, etc. There are many different sauces. The server recommends the cilantro dressing. He asked for light, medium, and heavy. I mentioned medium. I got the salad, and everything was so Salty, including the dressing. The service was also less desirable. I asked if it could re-make it. He said no. I asked for a copy of the receipt and that's when he finally said he will get the manager. Everything was disappointing. I may just have to stick to Panera since they seem to have a better understanding of customer service. Sorry, I don't have a picture because I threw it away. It's very messy for a salad. I just have the receipt. FYI, he mentioned that the only way I can get points is order mobile to earn the sweet pass reward points. I cannot do it in-store.

My salad is always amazing!! It's so big I usually have some leftover so it's definitely worth the price. Usually a line around lunch time but it moves quickly. They also have indoor and outdoor seating.

Be warned, it's on the more expensive side for dining and may be a coin toss for "is it worth it" for those that enjoy a night out but also looking for value. Food was a mixed bag for us.... Starting with the smashburger was genuinely disappointing as the burger itself was dry and advertised as a "French onion" smashburger that failed to deliver any of the rich, savory flavor we expected with a name like "French onion smashburger". The hot honey Mac and cheese was very good and flavorful... The hot being more of a vinegary heat than I expected but the cream sauce was rich. Speaking of value earlier.... Smashburger was $20 and the Mac and cheese was $28. Entrees were $10-15 more it seemed but previous reviews all spoke highly of the entrees and would want to try them if we visit again. The overall service experience was disappointing for us. Not for the demeanor of the staff but everything else... We had a decent size group of 8 (5 adults and 3 kids) and was fortunate to have a dining room to help the kids burn some energy while not bothering the other diners. However, from ordering to entrees to arrive was 45 very hungry minutes. It also took 20+ mins just to get drinks. Once the food arrived, they also were short two of the kids meals which was thankfully corrected quick. We then were somewhat "gently" being asked to wrap things up by 3 staff members in 10 mins making the rounds to clear plates and any to go containers. We all understand the business in the food industry and turning tables, and trust me, after an hour from arriving to food on the table we wanted to get home for bed time. However, really sours the experience and would not advocate going here with large groups.... Between the kitchen and staff I can't say you'd have a guaranteed good time.

We ordered two appetizers: Point Judith Calarmari and Corn Arepas. The calamari had too many tentacles and not enough rings for me, but the arepas were excellent. The cornmeal base was crispy and hot, and there was just the right amount of meat and toppings. For entrees, our group ordered the Chimichurri Grilled Chicken sandwich, The rigatoni with pink sauce and sausage with crispy chicken as an add on, the short ribs over mashed potatoes, the Wood-Grilled Bone-In Pork Chop, and the Rib Eye Steak. The flourless torte was rich and very chocolately, and the cheesecake was very good as well. I'm not a fan of bananas, so I didn;t try the Sundae, but the friend who ordered it enjoyed it. This place could be so perfect with only a couple small changes! - There are white flourescent style lights on the ceiling. This really kills the vibe. It's almost like the top of the restaurant and the bottom don't match. You have cozy, 70's style wood paneling with dark wooden booths and stained glass lights hanging over the tables. Warm, cozy and intimate. Then, bright white lights above. I'd love to eat here with those bright lights turned off sometime. - Probably not economical but red checkered tablecloths, like vintage Italian restaurants used to have would make this place look like a movie set in a good way. That being said, everything else about this place is cool ... you know a good spot by how many regulars are there and everyone seemed to know everyone else by name on a Tuesday night. It wasn't crowded ... but it wasn't empty on an off-night. - The staff is exceptionally good. The waitress and hostess couldn't have been any sweeter and more helpful. Fast refills on the soft drinks and helpful without being intrusive. - The pizza is good. I have to admit, I am not sold on the cheddar cheese vs. mozzarella. I thought it would give the cheese an interesting, sharper taste but it seemed a bit bland. I will do the Italian-style next time with mozzarella. I liked my pizza but there was just something different about it. The crust is Greek-style ... kind of like the old Pizza Hut, when it was actually made fresh. Back in the 1980's and 90's there was nothing better than a golden, buttery light and crisp pizza crust from Pizza Hut, before the brand went to shit. This reminds me of that goodness of 1980's pizza crust. I'm not a thin crust guy ... but if you are, they have a thinner crust on the menu as well. Topping was good, maybe a bit spicier pepperoni would be a bit better ... toppings are a tad expensive for a few slices of pepperoni. A 3-topping pizza adds around $5. The small is good for two-people with light/moderate appetites. I wouldn't be able to eat a small and a salad by myself. Speaking of the salad ... one of the best regular house salads I've ever had. The dressing is amazing ... tangy, salty, perfectly done. I know it's hard to get all worked up over a standard Italian dressing but often the simplest things in cooking are the hardest to get right ... and they get the dressing right! Also, the lettuce was super fresh and the tomatoe slices were as well. The only issue I had was there was no 'side salad' version. There was a 'small' salad for around $8 ... but that could easily feed 2 - 4 people. Overall, this place gets just about everything right. It doesn't change or modernize. It's portions are great ... the food is very good ... prices maybe a bit high compared to other spots ... but you can tell they don't cut corners and everything is freshly made. The bar is where I'd want to sit normally ... but the seats are very close together and I didn't want to be elnow to elbow with strangers, so I snagged a small booth, which was also fine. The customers seemed nice ... but they all seemed very 'Cranston'. If they could deal with the lighting situation and make it less bright, I'd eat here 2 times per week. You can't beat a classic ... and this place is a classic.
