This place has a courtyard porch outside the building. It has a huge parking area too . This place is Called Chk Fil A . As uou enter in frm the courtyard porch arwa door you see a huge diningcara and indoor children's playground. And in middle of the place has a barista customer service Cashier area with a open somewhat concealed concept kitchen where they perform their magic to make your best foods you could ever want or have you can't find anywhere else the. Above the Customer service cashier arwa they have their huge menus of all you could ever want to have here . Another disappointing fact , There's no WIFI there . They should Add wifi plugs in the future in Chik Fil A . This place has the best Chicken Club sandwiches and other tyoe od chicken meals to fo with regular or Waffle Fries . They have a lot of other great chicken sandwiches . But things i dint see are deserts of any sort . The have sida fountains near the cashier areas. But cashiers handke doing your drinks . This place is Family and community oriented atmosphere i like the place its clean great custkmer service . This was my first time there to Eat there and I had a great time there . They have lobbiests to check on all od you to see to your needs too . I like that . Fr drinks heyday have free refills . But many times I tried to get a job there . But i di t like their virtual interviews when I like the Persin to person interviews better . They hadmt gotten rid of their Covid rules of interviews when the times od Covid pandemic are over . Everyone like me deserves jibs there but t sould be person to person interviews to see what we can do without bejng Judged , Feared , And used bad politics against. What happened during the Covid Pandemic it was Unlawful, Inexcusable, Unjustifiable, Reprehensible, Irresponsible, Wreckless, Ignorant , Prejudice, , Unprofessional, And Down Right Wrong . We all have a chance to prove we are the better men. This is our time to prove it once again . The behaviors of the past 6 to 7 years should never be Tolerated in any place of business ever again by Law . But people and all Americans we need to give this place our loyalty patronage and customer attendendance again to gce the business theyneed tgat should and must be again . We all need to put our political and other differences away for good to.be outstanding law abiding Americans again . So the food is still good (love those chicken and cheese breakfast biscuits with hash browns) but the vibes when you go in are WEIRD. Like I felt uncomfortable, and it wasn't the case before. Not sure what's changed (my last in-person visit was 6months ago, every other time was through a colleague or friend who would pick it up, or Uber), but it startled me. The employees weren't rude but they seemed...robotic. It was unsettling. Not sure if they hired new employees or what, but even the biscuit was off this time. Or maybe it was my perception of the environment and the food didn't taste as good because of it. Who knows. Visited for a quick lunch. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and an iced coffee. It hit the spot for fast food. There's a roped off line to lead you to the cashiers to make your order and you wait on the side when your food is being made. Typical fast food atmosphere. We took our food to go but there is both seating inside and outside. There was also a small play area for kids. I've been here before for like two years since I moved. The food is really good but sometimes the chicken nugget is pink. I don't think that's a bad thing because it's been stopped since I went here again, but the food is really good if it's your first time going to Chick-fil-A I should suggest you try the chicken nuggets fries, Sprite, and mac & cheese. Pretty decent Chick-fil-A. I dined in and thought everything was fine with my food and service. The restaurant was pretty clean, and it had plenty of space for eating. Coming here on a Saturday is not for the weak. I understand that chick fil A is an establishment that is very popular and known to be packed. However, when we arrived we were greeted with dirty tables and filthy bathroom stalls. And we physically didn't see anyone assigned to cleaning the tables the entire time that we sat in to eat. Luckily we were prepared with our own wipes to clean the tables. I will say as a positive, the wait wasn't too terrible and the service was okay. Not Chick Fil A great, but nothing to complain about. I order the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and chocolate fudge brownie. The sandwich was very good with a good amount of heat. Excellent. The food was perfect. Service was very good and very fast, but I did have a minor error with my order (medium v large and dine-in v to-go). They had a line out the door of customers waiting for their orders. I was able to walk in, 2nd line to order, and I had order served to me at my table in about 10 minutes. A bit disappointed to read over some of the updated reviews as I've noticed they've been given some low ratings. I'd like to share however my experience with this Chick-fil-A location has been completely different. I went yesterday with a friend to place a mobile-order pickup and waited a very reasonable time for my food to be prepared (and it was busy). Service was nice and food came out hot and fresh. The employees were all wearing masks and gloves when handling everyone's orders. I had no issues and would likely return in the nearby future. read more

This location has always been clean and gotten my order right. After the renovations there is more space to dine in and they have a children's play area which is great. They always have the kids high chairs cleaned when needed and mats and wipes available at all times- as every location should. Staff is helpful and attentive. read more

I do not understand why we indulge on a sodium infested food. Once in a while my kids crave for a delightful chicken sandwich or nuggets. Each time when I taste it, I regret the fact that I have been tempted. Their service is good, they go above and beyond to deliver what you paid for. Chik Fil A itself is already good. The food is always good, though I always order the same things on the menu. This location seems to be alwaya packed whenever I go but the lines goes pretty quickly because they utilize other staff members to take your order while you are in the line and save the order under your name. I think that is smart and efficient. They're pretty quick with the food too so it is a nice spot to grab quick food after work when you are starving. I have to say that their polynesian and chik fil a sauce are the best and goes well with the waffle fries and the sandwich. The price isn't too bad either for somewhat quality food. I don't usually spend more than $10 on my meal. On top of the good food, this location also has good service. I see the staff members try to keep the general area clean at all times. They also have touch free trash can/compactor. First place to see this but it is an awesome idea. read more

I love Chick-fil-a but this location always takes forever for curbside. We ended up doing it because we had our two small kids and there is no drive through and they forgot our all our fries. We had already been sitting there for a while so we were eager to leave and didn't check the bag. I like that it is convenient to Route 29/Columbia Pike, I like their food (I normally get the spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and regular lemonade) in general (consistent across all of their locations), and I like their customer service. Now I know that the restaurant cannot control how many customers come (this location is always hella busy) and they should not be faulted for how busy they are, but I do want to comment on how they manage the crowds with the resources (i.e., staff) that they do have. I waited for a simple frozen lemonade for 10 minutes while there was a huge line of about 25 guests waiting to order. However, I saw three staff members just talking and observing the line, not really assisting anyone or managing the line in any way. I've only seen one fast food/fast casual place that seems to have a solution for managing customers waiting in long lines: Potbelly, which sends an employee to take orders, via iPad, of customers in line. It almost always works out and avoids customers ditching the line and going somewhere else (here, there is a Qdoba, Five Guys, Panera, and a few other less crazy-busy places). I wish CFA did something like this. Also, the last time I visited, my frozen lemonade was only partially filled. Disappointing for what I spent (around $4). Note that when you order via mobile app, you don't have a receipt, which sometimes includes a survey for a free sandwich. read more

So many people there the guy took my order wrong which was repeated to me, then the receipt machine was broken so I didn't get to visually look at what I ordered until they brought out my bag. They messed up my order even after talking about fries with the order person. Lol. I never waited that long at Chick-fil-A so I just took my wrong order home. First it was the milkshakes... now served in paper cups with no whip cream or cherry. More recently, it's been the sides... On today's visit, the fries tasted like they had sat for a while and were a bit gummy. For as busy as the location was tonight, I was quite surprised our entire order was anything other than piping hot & fresh considering we promptly picked it up and only live 5 mins from the store. The worst part though, and provocation for my posting was the side salad! When did CFA start using romaine & iceberg lettuce in the "mixed green" side salad? This side salad used to be full of dark greens... see the picture, but over half of my side salad was disappointingly white tonight. Chick-fil-a is literally one of my favorite fast food places. This location on tech road is the closest to my house, so i visit here frequently! The staff is always friendly and quick! I always order food on the app and just pick it up once I get there (this makes it so much faster and they sometimes offer free menu items on the app)! Everyone loves chick-fil-a so the line is always long whenever I visit this location! Not to worry because it does go by pretty fast. I wish this location had a drive through though but unfortunately I think it's nearly impossible for that to happen. I typically order the chicken nuggets or chick fil a sandwich without pickles, fries, and i always have to have a small vanilla shake! Sometimes the shake is a hit or miss (too thick/ too watery) but overall, the food is always delicious! Make sure you get chick-fil-a sauce and honey roasted bbq packets!! read more
