Some things never change over the years, and the service at this location is one of them. We mobile ordered and chose to carry out, which took nearly 15 minutes on a a slower morning. Our order had a few things wrong with it. No hash browns, which they provided a replacement. My yogurt parfait had 3 blueberries in it. When I asked where the berries were, I was given it back with 3 more blueberries, 6 total. They were out of strawberries. How hard it is to go to the store and get more strawberries or provide more than 6 blueberries for a blueberry parfait? Very poor service. read more

On Friday, went here to give this location a 2nd chance. Drive through, is worthless. They need to hire more staff, or make it one lane. Accuracy of orders, by having a drive through not working correctly, they missed the mark completely on order Accuracy. In correct drink and sandwich. Ask for a deluxe, didn't receive it. Asked for Sunjoy didn't recieve it. Extremely disappointed with this location, wont be back, as Popeyes is across the street. read more

Our experience at Chick-fil-A today was not the usual great service. We were taken very good care of with a young man named. Lincoln. He corrected our drink order along with refills checked on dessert that never came. He was very professional and courteous. Food was delightful, yet service was quite poor even compared to the lower restaurants like McDonalds. When my food was being served the server (Alex P.) asked me if I forgot my name when there was two people at my table with the same name and was being very rude about it. Brand new location so yes it's packed. The service is still fast and the food is still good. The employees are friendly. Lots of seating and a double drive thru. There is a play area for the kids. They do provide a police discount. They currently do not offer a military discount like the majority of other locations do. The lemonade tastes really good. My father and I stopped here one night to get carry out for the family. We ordered using the mobile app, which was very easy to use. It's a new restaurant and very busy so I hit the "We are here" button in the app just before pulling in and parking. Took about 10 mins but all the food came quickly and the gal and guy who brought it made sure to go over the order and were very friendly despite the level of busyness. No complaints at all. And for the one guy who left a 1 star review because they were busy. That's not their fault. It's a new restaurant and that's how it works in Somerset. This is the worse service I ever has and this is Chicago, Il on 76th Cicero. 2:26 pm The 3 or 4 little Mexican and Asia. I told the pay out girl I wanted a receipt and she never gave it to me. And the other girls totally ignored me and waited on all the cars around me. And when I got my order the lids were not fasten to -- so the lemon aid fell on my new car carpet. I know you can't control your people but they need to take their mines off boys when they are working a job. Hope I never get hungry enough to buy another. They got our order completely wrong and when we asked for a refund to ignore the hassle of trying to get the order right they said it would take 2 to 3 days for it to come back to the bank account. They didn't even try to fix the order when we pointed it out. Just stood there confused. They had already given the two cars in front of us each other's orders. We try to be understanding and nice when our orders get mixed up at restaurants but this was just a horrible morning for Chick-fil-A. read more

I hate to talk bad about Chick-fil-A but this location is hands down the slowest location I've ever been to. I have visited this location multiple times and every time the lines are long and move extremely slow. Was very disappointed at the Somerset KY location. There were 11cars in line/only one lane open. We were in line before 10:30a. The gal let us order breakfast & was finalizing our order, then told us, sorry we've stopped serving breakfast. She had no idea what the 12 days of Christmas rewards was (as this location was not doing this promotion). She was very pleasant & friendly but we were trapped in a long single line of cars we could not exit. read more

This location has a beautiful building and parking lot. They have trouble making the guest feel real hospitality. They combined my hot and cold food products (grilled sandwiches and nuggets with fruit cups). We arrived in line at 10:25 and did not get out of line till 10:48. When asking if my mobile drive thru order (for breakfast) was going to be too late, the team member told me that they had run out of biscuits 10 minutes before anyway. It maybe time to go over different scenarios of guest interaction with team members again. Perhaps give them some templates of how you want them to respond to each one. Seemed like a rough breakfast transition for them today, maybe face-2-face order takers would help smooth things over. read more

First of all I have been a die hard Chick-Fil-A fan since I met Truett Cathy when I was in college in Atlanta in the mid 70s. When I semi-retired back to Somerset in 2013 I told everyone "we have to get a Chick-Fil-A and an Outback in Somerset if I have to open them myself!" That said I'm sure everyone knows that this place flat out has the best chicken sandwiches in the universe. Beyond the food though is the quality of the service which is extremely good for a new restaurant. I didn't go there for first month or so because people around here go berserk when new place opens and you can't get in the door for couple of months and I refuse to wait an hour at any food place. What I want to mention is the convenience of the mobile APP route. Couple of days ago I downloaded the APP and have used it twice. Takes about five minutes to download then you put in your info including your preferred payment method such as credit, debit, gift cards, as well as phone number, vehicle description. When you ready to order just hit menu, select items, then your credit card auto charged then just park at front in curbside delivery, hit I'm Here button and turn on blinkers. Associate will message you that order is being prepared then in few minutes message you that order is on the way and then shows up at your vehicle window. How easy is that? Only problem I have is it's too easy and food is addictive and since I only live four miles away I'm afraid I will eat myself to death! read more
