So so yummy! You just can't go wrong with chik fil a! Although almost every time I go through the drive thru, I realize I didn't get a fork to go along with my Mac n cheese or a straw for my drink. ‍ And when we go inside, the play area is always messy with sticky stuff all over and it just doesn't feel like it gets cleaned. All in all, we love chik fil a and will look past those small issues! They aren't enough of an issue to bring down the 5 star rating, although I wish the play area was cleaner. read more

coworkers and i ordered from doordash and when i received my order, the food was correct but my drink?! it was halfway full and i can't tell if that's spit where the straw is or not! i made a smart decision in NOT drinking it. my coworker didn't even receive their food at all and we had to call for a refund. overall it seems either the staff was lazy and didn't check the food, or we had a sketchy doordash driver. either way, i'm very hesitant to go back to this location. read more

So far I have only been through the drive-through they always get everything correct. If you haven't tried their salads, salads are excellent. I really like the Cobb salad with the cilantro dressing. I also often get the four count chicken strips. They seem to not be very many when you open the box but by the time you are finished eating you are full. The prices are a little more expensive at Chick-fil-A however I have found that by comparing Chick-fil-A with any other fast food restaurants Chick-fil-A is always high quality food. read more

Wow this location is hopping on a Friday night! 6:30pm and the lines were crazy, however the team was super fast still and delivered our food hot and ready to eat. Grabbed our food to-go, and our order was placed correctly, and everything tasted great. You can never go wrong with an original ChickFilA Chicken sandwiches, fries, and chocolate milkshake. This Chick Fil A saves my life. I seriously don't know what I would do without it. It's close enough to my work that I can stop on my way in or run and grab something on my break. No matter how complicated my order is, they always get it exactly right and they are super fast! And there's this guy named Kyle there who is just the kindest, sweetest kid ever. Food is better than most fast food places. Service is great. Restaurant is clean and orderly. My only complaint is that the dual drive through lanes is annoying when you get the slow line. Today I had 3 people who came in line after me but because I picked the slow lane they ended up ahead of me to get their food. It makes me grumpy. read more

If I could give this location NO-star, I would. It's by far the absolute worst restaurant in town and maybe even the county. Whether it is basic utensils, missing condiments that you ordered, cheated by miscounted servings, never fails...something is ultimately wrong with this location. I will give them credit for being the most apologetic group of all the county's locations though... maybe it's because they habitually create simple errors. With that in mind, you definitely have to be proficient in apologies. Whatever basic training skills it takes to remember the most common sense, simple task, this is not the group to trust to carry them out. 3 recent occasions, 3 very wrong visits from only 1 Customer(this is not in total of all the infractions) I can only imagine how many other local customers that frequent this venue, that have been offended and share a similar perception of this level of service. I have seen a manager and a cashier cover ladies' checks with their own personal cards when the ladies cards were declined. And the chick/fil-a sauce! I Give this company 5 out of 5 stars because of their great food and so is their service. I always love going to Chick-Fila because they are always quick, and delicious! From all of the times that I have gone , I have never had a bad experience. I always love getting their original chicken sandwich with extra Chick-Fila sauce. Their chicken nuggets are amazing but I mostly come for the waffle fries and Cobb salad! Add some avocado like ranch in the Cobb Salad and oh my gosh! It's just to die for! What makes it even better is the pieces of chicken nuggets cut into the salad. The service here is great! I love Chick-Fil-A but this locations fries are never fresh they are always dry and taste a day old. I have lived in Spanish Fork for five years. I try to not order the fries at this location but sometimes i just crave them and try it again then get disappointed. I don't know about you but when I get fries it's a good day. Lol so when they aren't good it makes me sad. lol I just eat the fries with chick-fil-A sauce but it doesn't help much. The spicy deluxe sandwich is always delicious. Love this place. Always good service, fresh food and quick. However last time I visited I ordered a chicken strip meal and kids meal nuggets and they forgot our sauces on both meals. I was pretty disappointed because for me the sauce makes those particular meals good. I called and there wasn't much they could do for me unless I drove all the way back which I didn't have time to do so my meal wasn't the same and I felt like I wasted my money. They have also forgotten my kids meal drinks before. Learned my lesson. Will check my order before I drive away next time. Good food though. read more
