This location is fantastic always great food. The service here is always great. I used to eat here almost everyday for lunch.

In keeping with the customary Chick-fil-a brand of service, the Springfield, VA franchise location maintains the extraordinary level of friendliness and courteousness to go along with their signature and sought after chicken, waffle fires, and freshly squeezed lemonade. My family and I patron this establishment at least once a week and will continue to in the future. The food is always delicious. The service is top notch; they will bring your order to your table, refresh your beverages, and bring you condiments without you having to leave the table. The only down side to this location is that they don't have a kids play area. However, they make up for it with their "Family Nights" every Monday which includes free ice cream (with extra toppings) for the kids, arts and crafts, and balloon animals made by "Colors" the clown. read more

I just left the drive thru and the one time that I don't check the bag there is something missing. I just got home and when I dug into the bag to pass out the fries I notice that all (5) of the large fries were not indeed large fries. They were medium amount of fries in a large container. I thought the fries had fallen into the bag but there was nothing. I've never had a problem before but this is disappointing. I will have to make sure that I check the contents before leaving the premises. read more

Service at the drive thru is super slow during lunch hours but thats to be expected for any Chick Fil A. The parking lot is a mess because the drive thru line trails all the way out of the side of the building, making it hard for people to leave.Even as I pass the shopping center, I see folks in their convertibles racing out into traffic without stopping creating uneeded danger. I think I managed to get out faster during the pre-lunch rush hour by going into the restaurant instead of waiting in the drive thru the whole time. Seating arrangement inside leaves a lot to be desired. If Springfield Town Center ever opens a Chik Fil A across the street in the Food Court, it would be a a great for dining inside with all the extra space they have there. The worst part of this Chick-Fil-A is the drive thru. There is a wall abutment that juts out right as you turn into the window. I scraped my car super badly a few months ago and even after repairs I narrowly miss or hit the same spot on the vehicle because of this poor construction. read more

The two stars has nothing to do with the great food, which everybody seems to love. Instead this location has two major faults. The drive-thru is a nightmare and can often back up traffic in the shopping center. This means after you get your food you might not be able to get out for a while because you are sitting behind somebody waiting to get to the drive-thru. The other issue is it's a crap shoot for getting your order correct. I have now started to give them stats on how many times they have messed up my order and tell them to check it before they give it to me. They offer excuses like they have new staff members, but this has been an on-going issue at this location. read more

We're frequent customers of Chickfila and have noticed lately that the service at the drive-through has been deteriorating rapidly. For each of the last three visits, a part of our order has been missing, so we've now gotten into the habit of double-checking to make sure that we have everything that we ordered and paid for. There is always a long line of cars outside this place, so the staff is no doubt rushing to fill the orders to keep things moving along. Unfortunately, that rushing is having a negative effect on their service. Too bad; we love the food at Chickfila and they're known for providing their customers with a good experience. read more

Great staff and service but the location is absolutely horrible. I've seen some long lines but holy crap. Inside and out?!? It sucks that chick fil a sometimes attracts some of the most rude and annoying customers too. Has to suck even more for this location. I waited in the drive thru line for 30 mins. I don't live in this area and stopped to get some ice for a friend in labor and accidentally went to the middle of the line. An patron, who obviously has only enough money for chick fil a, decided to shoot me a disgusting look as if it were my fault that I had no clue I was attempting to enter the middle of the line. I had no issues finding the end and trying to squeeze in bc no one in the DMV understands merging, right of way, or general traffic laws for that matter. But anyways. There are no clear signs that point to where you should be. This location should NOT be attached to an active and rather busy shopping center. read more

let me start with WE LOVE CHIK-FIL-A and eat it often. But we will not ever be returning to this location. The last time we came, we got it to go. It wasn't until we got home that we realized that there were bacon pieces in our "no bacon" salad. We had to throw it out and get a different dinner. They also forgot to give us our drink. This time, there was ICE chunks in my salad and they gave us Dr. Pepper instead of Diet Coke. When we went to tell them about the salad, the manager said he couldn't put eggs in the salad then because we asked for it special (no bacon) and the eggs are frozen. Wait what? When we got the new salad, they also forgot to give us the topping that go on the salad, so my salad was plain and unimpressive. We will NOT be returning to this location as they've spoiled two meals here now--food AND drinks. read more

I love this chick fil a and LOVE the drive through! I eat here about 3-4 times per week and really love how you can eat healthy foods inexpensively and quickly here. The employees always go out of their way to be super friendly. My only slight negative (and the reason for four stars instead of five) is that I have had employees mess up my drink order on multiple occasions, giving me regular lemonade instead of diet. Now I am paranoid that I'm drinking all the sugar accidentally when I go through the drive through and I can't see them fill up the cup in front of me! read more

I went for breakfast today and they were fast, food was great!! They even picked up my tray for me! the best part was when they asked if i wanted a refill before I left the place! Great food and extremely friendly staff. The food I have gotten has always been on par with other Chickfila restaurants. If there is a wait on any of the food, they will bring it to your table for you. I recently visited a few times and took advantage of their free coffee promotions for the month of February. The service is a bit slow when it comes to the coffee, usually out and has to be brewed. No big deal though because then there is fresh coffee! read more

I ordered dinner on the way home. It was supposed to be a small nugget platter. Cashier told me it would about 15 minutes. So decided to go wash my hands in the bathroom which was absolutely Filthy with paper all over the floor and urine on the seats. When I came out there must've been confusion about my order. All staff were young teenagers kidding around on break and also behind the register. Which I didn't care I just wanted my food. Once I got home. I realize my order was incorrect. I called over to the store asking for the manager but again there was confusion with the teenager on the other line. Either way it was not resolved the only thing she could asked was for my receipt number which I never received from my cashier. She then asked me what was my cashiers name . As if I would actually know that. Because she wanted to speak with her. The only thing I wanted was to get the platter that I paid for. The Chick-fil-A employee wasn't any help and I just got frustrated. Because we sat on the phone in silence. I've been there many times there was never young teenagers playing around instead of working. Everyone was always polite ,professional . I probably will never go back to the Chick-fil-A again. I spent over 40 bucks and got a six dollar value meal. I'm so up set. Chick-fil-A basically stole my money because incompetent employees. read more

I was ecstatic when I heard that Chick-Fil-A would be opening in Springfield. I love Chick-Fil-A's food and now I woudn't have to drive to Woodbridge to get my fix. But unfortunately, my Chick-Fil-A customer experiences have been very disappointing so far. Yesterday, I went inside and ordered two sundaes for my son and I. It was my first time, so I had no idea where to go to pick them up. I took a seat since I saw employees taking orders to customers in the dining area. I waited a while and I saw people come and go, so i decided to check on my order. My sundaes were left to the side and the employees didn't make an effort to get the order to me... Today I went again...it was crowded inside but the line moved swiftly. I placed my order to go and stepped aside to wait for my food. When my bag was given to me, I quickly peeked inside and noticed that my medium fries were only half-filled. I informed the employee handing out the food and she had someone add fries to my order but didn't apologize for the error. I got home ready to dig in and to my surprise...I was given the wrong sandwich. I was extremely disappointed and I didn't want to drive all the way back. I'm hoping the third time will be the charm! read more

Nicest customer service ever. I went inside today (cause it was snowing and the drive through was stupid long) and I ordered a sandwich meal that I was going to bring to my boyfriend for lunch. After I had already ordered his, I realized I was hungry, so I got a fruit salad. Couple minutes later when his sandwich was ready to go, I grabbed it and forgot I even ordered the fruit. So I walk outside and make it all the way to my car and start backing up, when I see the cashier running after my car, in the snow, in his short sleeve shirt, waving a small bag. *right then I realized i had forgotten my $2 order, and he was sweet enough to literally chase me down to give it to me. We use this location often. On weekends and dinner, it can get crowded in the drive-thru but they do a good job of getting the cars through quickly. I love the chicken nuggets, the frosted lemonade, the iced/frosted coffee, the delicious waffle fries. The reason for the four stars - the kale salad. This was the first time I tried it. I love kale and greens, but did not like this salad. No dressing was included so I guess it was already on there but I couldn't really taste it. I got 2 dried cherries in the whole salad and I couldn't find any brocollini, just some stems? it was all wilted, didn't look anything like the pics on the website. I appreciate that they are trying to have healthy options on the menu but I would prefer that they drop this salad and bring back the cole slaw. their cole slaw was the best ever! I come to this place quite often because of the short distance from home and my kids love the kids meal. I have known this place from the moment it opened and their food tasted fantastic at the begining. Now when i try to get some strips in the evening there are times when the strips are not hot and fresh. Their quality is going down a bit and whenever they make ice coffee it tastes different everytime. They need to consistently deliver fresh food and taste for their hand made drinks such as ice coffee. Good value for the money overall. read more

I have never had an experience as great as this one at a "fast-food" restaurant. Although it was lunchtime and extremely busy, the wait on line was not long and servers actually brought your food to your table. They also came by and asked if I would like a refill on my beverage. Stay away for breakfast, as items are very expensive. Small granola yogurt parfait is $2.95, and if you substitute a small fruit cup for the hash browns as part of a meal, you will be charged $1.80 in addition to the meal--even though they did not tell me this until have I paid and questions the cost listed on my receipt. So a chicken breakfast sandwich, with small coffee, small fruit cup and a small yogurt granola yogurt parfait was $10.96. Next time I will go to McDonalds and get twice the food and drink for the same price. read more
