I love how fresh the ingredients are here, but I am having an issue with the concept of ordering crispy shallots, and receiving TORTILLA STRIPS when I place a pickup order. The first time this happened, I called the store and was told the manager was going to get in contact with me. This was roughly 6 months ago, or less, and they never did. Now tonight, I ordered the same salad I always get with the crispy shallots and AGAIN I get tortilla strips? Why is your staff not educated on what the toppings are for this to happen twice in roughly a six month span. Now, since I am an ingredient household, I am lucky enough to have crispy onions to replace the strips but at what cost? It's not the same. I cannot tell you how frustrating it is to place an order through an app and think you are going to pick something up on time, only to get there, not find your order ready, and find out that two of the key items you needed/wanted are not even there. Why sell dressing if you don't have it? Lmao And instead of calling you to let you know or ask you if you would like an alternative, they expect you to act like you are not inconvenienced and just take what they give you when you come in. This is my favorite salad place (not this location, but Chopt in general). There aren't that many in the area, so I drove out of my way to get here today. When I arrived, after my pick up time, I was immediately frustrated when my order wasn't available and I was told someone would be with me in a moment. I was crunched for time; hence, why I placed my order for pickup before I even knew I would arrive. A few minutes later, an employee came down and asked me if I needed help. When I told her I was there for an order I placed through the app, she told me that they were out of the dressing I requested. She said "it would take a really long time for us to get that for you." The way she phrased it made it seem like they were out of dressing for the actual salad, itself, too. She asked if I wanted any other salad dressings. I said no. I am very particular about my dressings. She told me she could refund me and that I didn't need to be there. I left shortly after. My biggest issue is that when you have an account and place a mobile order, they do have your phone number. They could've called me or even texted me to let me know that the items were out of stock. They also still could have and should have put my salad on the shelf for pick-up. They were obviously behind because my salad wasn't even finished and they hadn't even put my bread in a bag. To make matters worse, once I actually did start to eat my salad in the car, I noticed the following: -missing ingredients (THAT I PAID FOR) -multiple avocado pits (after paying an upcharge) -shrimp shells ... ewww -and onion skin Like, why am I paying $20 for this salad? read more

This is one of my favorite local fast food restaurants. The ingredients are very fresh and high quality. The salads are made to order and I have never been disappointed. The portions are generous and I can usually get two meals from each salad. The Kale ceaser with extra chicken breast is generally my go to. Each bowl was around 600-650 calories, which felt perfectly balanced for a filling yet mindful meal. The food was not only healthy but also full of flavor, and what I really liked is that there are plenty of options to customize your bowl just the way you want it. I have a petition, please change the name of the dressing from "Mexican Goddess" to AVOCADO or GREEN goddess. The amount of times I have gotten my order wrong because you put Mexican Goddess instead of Mexican Caesar is just unbelievable at this point. I feel like it's just careless, the staff probably just reads "mexican" and they put whichever one they feel like. And yes- they are completely different in taste. This location is a hit or miss 80% of the times they get my order wrong, and I eat here at least once a week or once every two weeks, so that's a big percentage of messing up. Car-side delivery is a big plus but countless of times I just end up having to get off my car and walk inside to get my order because it takes 15+ minutes and I get nothing. Not horrible but also not the most convenient when I have my kids in the car and purposely order here so I don't have to unload the whole family. This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and I am so glad I was able to check them out today! I think there should be more restaurants that offer healthy options like this. I truly enjoyed my super fresh and crunchy salad. I opted for the make it your own option and if I remember correctly, you get for free toppings, and anything else above four is charged. The restaurant was very very clean and the staff was super kind and helpful especially when it came to picking dressings. The one thing I will share is that the meat is not cooked there and neither is the fish. I'm not sure if the other protein sources are cooked there or not, but it didn't appear to be that any of them are. I opted for a vegan salad, and it did not disappoint! The inside was well decorated, it's a clean look but not sterile and is somewhere you could eat and enjoy the company of friends. Initially we weren't greeted and it took some time before we were acknowledged to give our orders despite other employees being around, I'll chalk that up to maybe it being a busy mobile order rush time so they don't prioritize in person ordering (?) Delivery beware. Package was left at our units door.... No knock, no call, so we didn't even know it was delivered. The so called 'grilled chicken' we paid additional for on our salads was definitely NOT GRILLED. It tasted like boiled tasteless chicken with stripes painted in it to look grilled. Have been to this location several times- they are always out of stock of main items (for example, out of all greens minus the romaine). The employee who took my order was prompt/quick, but I was disappointed to see that my romaine was not fresh (discolored and brown on several pieces). The employee also packed the bowl full of the romaine but then proceeded to hold the full bowl against her stomach with the entire side of greens pressed against her very stained shirt .. very unhygienic. To top it off, nothing in my salad was "chopped". My salad was mixed but I was left with 2 inch blocks of feta and whole pita chips (Kebab Cobb). I was also interested in getting a tea/fountain beverage but they were also almost all of of stock, if not close to empty. I'm a fan of this chain, just not this location. I was excited a location closer to me would be opening. The first time I was here, the workers seem to be more attentive to online orders vs in person, despite a long line forming. The second time, we ordered two salads for pickup - a shrimp salad and the chicken tinga. The shrimp was undercooked, to the point we picked them out and trashed. The chicken tinga was missing chicken. I called and spoke to the manager and they said they ran out of chicken. I understand supply chain issues but I paid for a chicken tinga and someone could have let me know when I picked up my food. I'd rather avoid this location and go to another chopt. read more

He gave me a quick overview. I ordered the crispy chicken ranch without the spicy peppers and celery. I added some carrots and croutons. They will add the dressing and mix your salad. I had him to add the dressing and mix my salad. If I was going home I would have had him to mix without dressing because the salad is huge. This way, I can eat some now and save some for later.
