When the girl came on she instantly said "We are out of everything except popcorn shrimp, if you want to order anything other than the shrimp you are SOL." That's an exact quote. I explained to her I ordered on the App and had already paid. She said I could click the order on the app then click cancel or refund. That is not at all how to do it. I had to search through the help and then interact with an AI chat and select that the restaurant was closed, the chatbot then tried to give a $15 credit to my rewards account for a future visit. I said no then had a few more options to go through before it finally offered a refund back to my debit card. This is the third time I've been to this location and they were out of all Chicken. The rudeness of how that information was relayed over the speaker and saying I was "SOL" means I will never return to this location. If your primary item is chicken and you are frequently out of chicken than you need to either place larger orders or close.
