Ever since I found out that the franchise doesn't actually use only chicken in its products, I've stopped going. Unfortunately, they choose to tear the chicken apart, stuff it with chemicals, and then put it back together again as "chicken." No. I will say, though, that in terms of service, Chick-fil-A is outstanding. Ever notice how they have a friendly white person taking your money and serving you, but everyone else is Hispanic? Maybe five stars is a little over the top for a fast food joint, but I really like Chick-Fil-A in general, and I've never had any problems at this location. The staff is always nice,f friendly, helpful. I always get the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich, and if I'm feeling extra hungry I get some of the chicken strips on the side, which I dip in their spicy sauce (I think it's called the buffalo sauce or something). Great renovated location! Super clean, helpful staff, nice playground and home like touches of decor. The parking lot is kind of crazy with the drive through right there in a busy area of many shops off of 7 but this is really a nice location providing the quality food & service consistently served at Chick-fil-A across the board. I went there at lunch hour peak time. They were busy, but they bus the tables and deliver your order to your table with a smile. They have a staff going around asking customers if they are doing okay or if they need anything else, making refills for people and so on... Standard issue chick fil a, which means high quality fast food, but still fast food, with CFA clone staff and interesting political messages buried, if you know where to look. This location often overrun by children, which wouldn't be so bad if families all sat near the playground, leaving the rear area for the non-food-throwing clientele. Alas. Terrible staff. I asked for a fork and was pointed to two different places both of which contained no forks. When I politely asked the girl at the front for a fork, she rolled her eyes and acted like I was asking for an unreasonable request. Someone eventually reloaded the forks but I will NEVER go back to that location. When I spoke to a manager, he casually mentioned he would talk to the girl about it. Yo I don't know where this Chik-Fil-A went wrong. I always hit this one up on my way into work. I've actually NEVER had a bad meal or experience at ANY CFA until this morning. Super bummed because I needed a good meal. First off whoever was working the drive thru window taking orders - needs some training ASAP. This was Monday July 15, 2019 at about 6:30 am. This girl was not only rude but repeated my order back to me like 7x. Then paused for an extensive period of time - ok awkward. So I said "hello?" and got a nasty "HOLD on" - bish what? You're literally about to crush my love affair with CFA AND have me hop through that drive thru window so chill. Okay okay so I pull up to the window and the window lady who is a vet repeats my order back to me AGAIN. She even didn't confidently think this broad got my order right. Super annoyed at this point. So I finally get to work and I bite into my sandwich and my MFing muffin IS BURNT AND STALE. I'm so so upset and disappointed so I'm here basically to save your restaurant. I really love Chik Fil A and they are usually fast and on top of things. My last two drive through orders were missing the salad dressings, which is a bummer to spend $28.00 and get home without them. But we are all human and it happens. My concern is this: These people are friendly to the customers, but the last few times I have been in there I have witnessed undesireable actions towards the employees! The management is awful to them! One blonde screams at them and berates them! Others were standing around making fun of someone else. I was shocked. I hope I never witness that again. I ordered a chicken deluxe meal from the Chick Fil A In the mall for pickup. I take that meal and head straight home to have lunch and study. When I got home and ready to eat that meal, I open and see that I got a spicy chicken burger with pepper jack cheese, and apparently they mixed my order with someone else's. ( what a bad luck because I cannot tolerate spicy food and everything I got was just spicy). I had to throw that meal away, did not even want the fries anymore because how mad I got. This location has the worst customer service! Not a pleasure to dine at this restaurant. Due to health issue I asked for a watermelon mint lemon aid without ice, the manager said that she couldn't serve it without ice it messes up the ingredient!!! Since when did ice become an ingredient? Stupid female says it's corporate's rules, yet none of the other locations had this problem but this one. Maybe the manager needs to go back and get some training that learn what customer is asking for is what should be served not what you want to be stingy with! Normally food from Chik Fil A is fresh, properly cooked, prepared as ordered, and served at the correct temperature. Unfortunately, if you are watching your diet and eating salad - sometimes the lettuce is not as fresh as it should be. What I mean is that some pieces (or many) will be wilting and browning. As you eat the salad, you will find yourself picking out the "suspect" pieces to avoid eating them because let's be honest they won't taste well and they should not have been served at all. Thus, with my last 2 salads, I have found this to be the case and as I ate I wondered whether I had gotten the last remaining vegetables in the restaurant. Normally this location is very good and I would give them 5 stars. However, today I went through the drive thru and ordered my meal I asked for a large drink which was apparently not heard by the cashier. I pulled up to the window and was handed a medium drink I informed them it should be a large. The cashier added the charge to upgrade to a large and informed her coworker to make the medium a large. I took my order home and upon sticking the straw in the cup realized that my medium drink was imply converted to a large by taking the original drink pouring it into a large cup and adding more ice. The cup was filled to the brim with ice! There was so much I've I couldn't even move the straw. I don't mind waiting the extra minute for a new drink or paying the up charge because of the mistaken order. But when I'm charged for a large I expect more drink not more ice! read more
