Definitely don't get the salads because it take about 45 min to prepare and if you see a line go somewhere else!!!! mean while I'm waiting at the window for my order 2 Market salads and 12 nuggets that's it!! I watch them hand out 9 big orders to cars that are behind me in line they can't go anywhere because I'm still at the window, when I asked about my order the girl said let me check came back and said my order was lost then a Assistant manager said it takes a while to make the salads... please it's not my first time I've ordered them and asked me to pull forward and park, i said no thanks I'll wait right here until i get my order and all 8 cars behind me can eat there dinner while waiting on me then the Assistant manager says if you don't want to pull up and wait you can leave and I'll refund your money back because obviously we don't need yours ok let have my money back. Then the Manager was rude and said so you want your money back right pulled my ticket I guess and then turned and said ok you will see it in your account in 48 hrs. Is it possible to have a bad experience at Chick-Fil-A? It's like the Disneyland of fast food chains! Always spotless, super clean, and inviting. The staff is always friendly, smiling, and displaying top notch old fashion customer service. I love that they always say "my pleasure" like we're back in the 1950's. Food is ordered accurately, delivered quickly, and always hot. I like that they will come around and refill your drink, something other fast food places do not do. Sets them apart. It also speaks highly that their management team is also in the mix, working hard, and setting the example for their employees. It shows good leadership. Honestly, I have never been to "bad" ChikfilA. They really have the formula for customer service and efficiency. I have rarely ever had any issues with my order but when I have they are prompt to fix it. I visit ChikfilA about twice a week to let you know how often I visit! The food is delicious; I can get dinner for breakfast (5-7minute wait at most); I usually order either a grilled chicken sandwich or a spicy chicken sandwich. 3 stars merely for their ok customer service - which I will mention in my opinion consists of many things, one of them being the appearance of food they are handing to a paying customer. I've probably been to this location a dozen times in the last 4 months I've been in Surprise. In those dozen times, I've had 2 solid visits. I went last week and waited 16 minutes for 2 - 4 piece chicken strip meals. While they were hot and delicious when we got them, 16 minutes is a lifetime in the fast food industry. 7 cars passed through the drive-thru before I was finally told it would be another minute longer. I'm sorry but c'mon. I chose to walk in because there was not a single person waiting for food/ordering. I went through the drive-thru today because I fugured it was quicker. I had to wait to get my order taken, although there was 1 car in front of me. When I received my food, my 'large' fry was more of a medium. They were soggy, old and just no good. I've given up on this location. You can either wait forever for good food or you can get through like lightening and get lazy. I love Chic-fil-a, they're number 1 in the US for a reason but this location needs to re-evaluate. read more

I love Chick-fil-A as does my whole family. We are frequently at this location. Recently it's seemed like a staff turn over and to be completely honest...I've had issues with two of the workers recently. One being a cashier who I have encountered now 3x. Every time I see her she looks like she's had a rough shift and doesn't feel welcoming. She seems annoyed with my business more than anything. She does say the company required, "my pleasure." However it's obvious it is definitely not at her pleasure, more like being forced against will! Haha. I probably eat here at least twice a month during the school year, and have so for maybe the past year. I have to drive past a sonic, mcdonalds, and taco bell to come here but it is SO worth it. The food is always delicious, with all the appropriate condiments and napkins present, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I even always get a dinner mint in my bag in the drive thru! This is by far the WORST Chick-fil-A I have ever been to and the only one which I have a had a negative experience at. Employees are rude and do not embody the customer service the restaurant is known for. I say thank you and there are no "my pleasure" responses if I get a response at all. My order is always missing food and sauces and when I let them know a mistake was made employees are combative and unwilling to correct the wrong doing. I have even had an employee with a blue polo meaning she is some type of manager throw sauce in the bag then practically throw the bag at me in the car. Is this how you train employees especially those in management positions? Management should stop hiring children who are just trying to earn a paycheck and do not want to be there but that is just my opinion. I will start driving further to other Chick-fil-A establishments so I no longer have to deal with the incompetence of this one. Generally, I love Chick-fil-A, I go there for the food and service. Today 3/16/19 @ 930-10A I had an incident where the boy at the drive thru did not know how to properly handle money, he handed me back my change receipt and all folded, he saw me reach for it then he looked away because he was talking to a coworker so without making sure my money was in my hand securely it flew away, so I got out of my car to go pick up my money. I told him that's not how you should be handling money, I got a DISINGENUOUS apology. I left obviously in anger and I got home and saw they didn't even put the sauces I requested, leaving me even more upset, went back and spoke with the manager and she came to not even asking what's wrong so I just told her myself. All she told me was that she's going to review money handling with him and gave me my sauces. She didn't even offer a courtesy card for the upsetting service I got today. Came to this Chick Fil A for the first time with my daughter and grandkids. As soon as we walked in I could smell something that smelled like strong air freshener. Apparently they have some sort of fragrance delivery system. The smell is nauseating and giving me a migraine. Not appetizing at all. I would leave but the kids want to play. And I'm not the driver.
