I'm really dumbfounded that this KFC has such poor reviews. I've ordered multiple 12 piece chicken buckets here for a monthly poker game. Each time, the chicken was hot and delicious. The sides were good as well. The last time I came, the Manager, Krystal helped me with another 8 piece bucket to accompany my two 12 piece buckets. They were slammed but Krystal still made it a priority to help me get my food and on my way. Can't say enough about how Krystal took care of the customers and ran the crew to perform their best work. I ordered the 4 piece for 2 meal. Chicken was over cooked or I got shite that was hot holding until bought. I ate both drumsticks and tossed rebreather and thigh. The biscuits had a brown crust but underbaked on the inside. threw out. I threw both mashed potatoes out. I don't know what the hell that was, but it wasn't potato's and disgusting. Almost vimmited. The service was HORRIBLE. I did an order and unfortunately when the driver delivered my food it was missing 12 items. I called KFC and was told that they could give me a credit for my next order or I would have to pick up my missing items. So I went to pick it up the rest of my order and there was a young man trying to finish the rest of my order. I told him not to put ice on my Dr. Pepper and He tells me that I order 2 Pepsi's and I show him the ticket that stated I did order the dr. pepper and then he proceeded to get the drinks. He was rude. The place needed some cleaning. sorry I don't have picture. The worst part was I paid 6.00 for delivery and $11.00 for a tip.. The worst service by a KFC ever would not recommend this place to anyone. MAJOR PROPS TO KFC FOR FINALLY HAVING VEGAN CHICKEN!!!!! 20 years, KFC. 20 years it's been since I stepped into one of your joints. The Beyond Fried Chicken got me in the door and will get me to keep coming. The dine in section of this restaurant was closed, possible due to Covid. So we had to do drive thru. The line was long but it moved fairly quickly. We asked for bbq sauce with the nuggets and got none but it was ok we brought our own as well. The Beyond Fried Chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Had a nice flavor. I will be back over and over again just for that. read more

Employee at the counter ignored me and stood there wiping trays and the rest were moving in slow motion. I was told after already waiting 45 minutes that there was no white meat. I haven't been there in a really long time since the last time I was there, 3 hours prior to closing, they were out of chicken for the day and only had sides available. We have tried many times to go to this establishment but clearly it is poorly run. They don't have chicken at peak hours, waits in line can be three times as long as other KFCs and its kitchen and dining room are filthy. We just tried to order inside and the staff ignored us. I made the mistake of ordering lunch here today and to say I was hugely disappointed would be an understatement. I tried the new chicken nuggets they have been advertising. I remember when KFC chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside infused with their spices creating a great flavor. Sadly those days appear to be long gone. The chicken nuggets were soggy with grease on the outside and lacked any flavor on the inside. No spices at all apparently. I got through 2 of the 8 and the other 6 went in the trash can because the taste was so bad. Looks like it's time to take a pass on KFC for a while and hope they get their act together. Oh where to begin on the most epic fail of a location. We decided to go to the bell location versus our usual union hills location. First mistake. While their remodel was nice, the level of service was zip. Second problem cash register wasn't working. Third problem they burnt the "extra crispy chicken" version and had to do a new batch per manager, who at this point hid in the back and did nothing post this moment. I said ok i will wait. 28 minutes later still not out. Every five minutes I am asking is it done. Everyone is hiding in the back as this point. 36 min later finally done! I stupidly grabbed the bag and went home. Opened the bag, and it was not the sides i ordered. I had two mashed potatoes and a nasty dried up mac and cheese. What the heck? Two mashed potatoes and a cole slow was supposed to be there! We open the chicken, most pieces were half breaded and much of it tasted soggy and not crisp at all!! We were supposed to get 12 piece mixed and it was not the right number of pieces of each section, like we only got one wing but had some mutilated back piece with no meat on it. I think I am done with KFC and will go to Popeyes or raising canes. Disappointing to say the least as our family has been regular customers since the 80s. read more

My family and I suffered a loss this morning, so cooking was the last thing on our minds. My mother hadn't ate since breakfast because it was her brother that she lost and was very distraught. We hadn't had KFC in a while and wanted something out of our norm. I did an online order, when I went to pick my food up it was not ready. The cashier was very nice and said it would be a few minutes. When I returned home with my order it was a disaster. The biscuits were smashed on top of the chicken. The sides did not have lids on them just plastic wrap. The cole slaw was runny like it had been sitting out for a while. And the corn was smashed on top of the cole slaw. The mashed potatoes looked old. The corn was cold. The mac and cheese also looked as if it was just sitting out. The fries looked like they just reheated them in the fryer. My chicken was cold. My chicken tenders were not cooked all the way. Honestly, I refuse to go back to allow them to mess up our food twice or attempt to give us food poisoning twice! read more

The worst KFC chicken I've ever had, period. A short time ago they did a remodel and got new management hoping to fix all the problems this location has had for years. I met the guy, and he seemed very excited to implement needed changes. So today I was quite surprised that the chicken came out in such unacceptable condition!
