I probably come to this Chick-fil-A once a week! Everything is super affordable and always delicious. I can never go wrong with the kids four piece nugget and most of the time I trade in my toy for a dream cone, even though I'm nowhere close to being a child, the staff never judges me. As for breakfast, I love their chicken minis and will get either a diet lemonade or unsweet tea! I'm never deterred by their lines because they always go quick and I've never waited more than 10min. This location by all accounts is clean, professional and the food up to par. My only contention is how hard it is park or go thru the drive thru at any given time. So if ur looking for a quick lunch than I suggest elsewhere, during lunchtime u will be there awhile. read more

Some of the best customer service I have ever received at a fast-food restaurant! I was in there during dinner hours one night, it was busy, and my wait was a little long (about ten minutes). At a typical fast-food place, a ten-minute wait can be expected from 5-7 pm; however, the Chick-fil-A staff was very apologetic that I did not receive my order sooner and gave me a free gift card. Horrible service. They got my name and order wrong, then told me they would have to cancel the order and charge me again because the drink they were supposed to give me was like 70 cents more. Also my drink was wrapped with a huge hair and I found two hairs in my nuggets. I never leave reviews but I had time today. Will not go back. read more

Let me start by saying, I love Chick Fila and love that they have gluten free options for those of us who can't have fried things. I am usually very happy with their customer service and satisfaction and that is the reason I choose Chick Fila instead of other restaurants and fast food establishments. However, today I was not overly impressed. I went through the drive-thru and ordered grilled nuggets and French fries. When I got home I realized I had gotten normal nuggets instead of grilled, so I drove back to the restaurant and inside to get my correct order. I understand mistakes happen. This situation has happened before to me and it has been quickly corrected, and I am usually given a complimentary item when it does happen (which I don't expect but it is nice). When I told the cashier that there was a mistake she did not apologize and asked me to pay the difference between normal nuggets and grilled nuggets, something I have never been asked to do in a chick fila establishment before when my order has been wrong. By the time I got home my fries were cold and I have driven to chick fila and back twice. I take my business to chick fila for the outstanding food and service, and it didn't cut it for me today. read more

I can't get enough of Chick-fil-a's trademark sandwiches, waffle fries, and seasonal milkshakes, so I was excited to find out that this store would be opening so close to my University campus. Expect the same great service that Chick-fil-a is known for, but also be prepared for a horrendous parking situation. In the past year I have lived here, I have not had one problem with this Chick-Fil-A being stingy with their Chick-Fil-A sauce. Every morning, I get my daily chicken biscuit with a large water and Melvin does a phenomenal job at taking my order. He's the reason I get out of bed, he deserve a raise. This is hands down the BEST experience i have ever had at a fast food restaurant! Where do i begin?? Ok first of all they have a double drive-thru. That would have made it super convenient! I however chose to go inside. Next the staff. Every single person had a beautiful spirit about them. They were super friendly and super professional! They took my order and as i was waiting engaged in conversation to make the wait go by quicker. The wait wasn't that long at all. I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe meal with a strawberry lemonade milkshake!! It was literally heaven in my mouth! I absolutely love thos company. I hate that they arent open on sundays.
